    Worth the trip

by 1stTimeJazzFest on 4/26/10New Orleans Fair Grounds - New Orleans

There's not a bad act in this lineup on any day, and what an outstanding deal (even at the gate price, well worth it). Lionel Ritchie stole our hearts - but every tent was outstanding.

Jazz Fest was awesome and well worth the money. The stages are set high off the ground which gives the entire audience a great view of the performers. The variety of music makes this event appealing to every kind of music taste. I would recommend this event to everyone! The food was pricey (as expected) but oh so good. The only downfall would be the extremely pricey souvenirs and extras.

Watching Cowboy Mouth, Better Than Ezra, and Simon and Garfunkle 10 yards (literally) from the stage was unbelievable! Having this experience, I wouldn't do the Jazz Festival any other way.
