  • NCAA Regional = expensive

by Anonymous on 3/26/12Xcel Energy Center - Saint PaulRating: 3 out of 5

Very expensive, especially since you couldn't leave between games on Saturday. I think they should sell a split ticket for the semi-finals, similar to tickets to the Final five.

  • Good hockey hindered by venue.

    by prm05161 on 3/26/12DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 2 out of 5

Food was not good at all. Great games but seating was sub par especially for such a close seat. Great view for action in front of you, but once it went to the other end your view was very obstructed by the glass. As always it was amazing hockey, just a sub par venue. I would try to stay away from another hockey event here.

  • NCAA Regional hockey semifinal game

by worksmart on 3/26/12DCU Center - WorcesterRating: 4 out of 5

I thought $57 was to much money for a college Hockey game. Besides that I enjoyed myself. The UMaine Pep Band was fantastic.

  • Gophers got their revenge!

by wincav on 3/26/12Xcel Energy Center - Saint PaulRating: 5 out of 5

The Gophers got their revenge Sunday after beating Boston University on Saturday. The Gophers outplayed the North Dakota Whioux and won 5-2.

  • Found better seats

by UND1 on 3/26/12Xcel Energy Center - Saint PaulRating: 1 out of 5

Not the best seats. Ticket off had better sold at loss

  • NCAA Men's Ice Hockey East Regional - exciting

by Schweizerwf on 3/31/11Webster Bank Arena at Harbor Yard - BridgeportRating: 4 out of 5

Good atmosphere for a college sports event. Only drawbacks: 1) P.A. and music TOO LOUD. 2) No beer sales

  • Great couple of days of hockey

by Anonymous on 3/31/11Webster Bank Arena at Harbor Yard - BridgeportRating: 4 out of 5

Entertaining, hard-hitting couple of days of hockey. All 4 days played well. All 3 games were very entertaining. Only down side were the Yale fans whose behavior was despicable. From the students to the alumni, I've never experienced such boorish and vulgar behavior. Brains and class definitely do not go hand in hand.

  • Lousy Building

by Bulldog1980 on 3/30/11Webster Bank Arena at Harbor Yard - BridgeportRating: 3 out of 5

Good hockey in a terrible venue. The Webster Bank Arena is a third-rate facility at best; corridors are too small and you cannot walk around the entire rink. It's filthy dirty due to poor maintenence and bad design. Attend events here if you must but be warned.

  • Outstanding college hockey

by Anonymous on 3/30/11Verizon Wireless Arena - Manchester - ManchesterRating: 4 out of 5

Great way to see some of the best college hockey talent in the nation! Don't sit in Section 108, Rows A, B, C, or D unless you want alot of "obstructed views." Purchased tickets on first day they went on sale and they sold us seats in row C as "Best Available." No way! Had to watch most of the action on the big screen as players/coaches stand and Row C is right behind the players box. Should be sold as "obstructed views", unless you are more interested in watching what goes on in the team box rather than the actual hockey game. Recommend going past row D in Section 108 for a good view of the ice rink.

  • NCAA Hockey-NE Regional

by Hobarth on 3/30/11Verizon Wireless Arena - Manchester - ManchesterRating: 4 out of 5

good seats, up and behind the bench. Great college hockey, it doesn't get any better.

  • Worst officiating ever.

by TMS71 on 3/30/11Webster Bank Arena at Harbor Yard - BridgeportRating: 1 out of 5

The refs took this game from Yale and gave it to Duluth. The officiating was so obviously biased it was disgrace and completely ruined the experience.

  • Great experience...again

    by Jumbo530 on 3/29/11Verizon Wireless Arena - Manchester - ManchesterRating: 4 out of 5

I was very pleased with the two day package. My seats were at center ice & the viewing lines were great. The atmosphere was pro-UNH, but the hockey was exciting. I've been to a few NCAA regionals, as well as the Frozen Four in 2006. Although the trip from Worcester, MA was over an hour, it was well worth it. I was able to find off site parking for free a few blocks from the arena. My son & I felt welcomed, & the other fans were respectful & passionate for hockey. I look forward to the next time Manchester hosts the tournament.

  • NCAA Northeast Regional Hockey Tourney

by Irishwasherwoman on 3/29/11Verizon Wireless Arena - Manchester - ManchesterRating: 5 out of 5

Any game is great when your team wins! That's just what Notre Dame did. Two great wins with two nights in an outstanding venue - good seating, clean, friendly staff, etc.

  • College hockey rules!

by jdma on 3/29/11Verizon Wireless Arena - Manchester - ManchesterRating: 4 out of 5

Good: great hockey. Bad: food -- stuck in arena between games leaves your stomach to the mercy of venders; food was cold & tasteless.

  • by JTn1 on 3/29/11Verizon Wireless Arena - Manchester - ManchesterRating: 4 out of 5

Games were great! Wish that you could leave between games to look around the area. Could use more urinals in the men's room.
