Comedian Nate Bargatze’s clean-cut and relatable humor is why The Atlantic called him “The Nicest Man in Stand-Up.” The Nashville, Tennessee native and host of the Nateland podcast found his voice in the mid-2000s with regular appearances on Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Bargatze was featured on Jimmy Fallon's Clean Cut Comedy Tour 2013, three years after he was named “New York's Funniest Stand-Up” at the New York Comedy Festival. Since then, Bargatze has been selling out arenas on solo tours and in support of comedy icons like Chris Rock. Bargatze’s signature deadpan delivery was showcased in his 2021 Netflix special, The Greatest Average American, which earned a Grammy Award nomination for the coinciding comedy album. His 2023 Amazon Prime special Nate Bargatze: Hello World became the most-streamed original comedy special debut in Prime history — with 2.9 million viewers in its first 28 days — culminating in Bargatze breaking the attendance record for Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena. Bargatze hosted “Saturday Night Live” for the second time in fall 2024 and also co-produced a holiday variety special titled “Nate Bargatze’s Nashville Christmas” with Lorne Michaels. In May 2025, Bargatze published his highly-anticipated first book, Big Dumb Eyes: Stories From A Simpler Mind, which became an instant New York Times bestseller. Coming up for 2026, Bargatze will host his new comedy game show, The Greatest Average American, which premieres on February 25 on ABC and Hulu, and will star in the family-friendly comedy film, The Breadwinner, which is scheduled to be released on March 13.

Nate does it again! He is so charming and utterly hilarious!! I wish he was my friend ;)
Everything about the night was awesome. From the venue, to the staff, to Nate himself, everything was perfect!!!
Nate did not disappoint as expected. Almost all of his stuff was new material which is somewhat surprising to someone who goes to comedy shows quite a bit. He was here at the improv last year so I was only expecting about 30-40% new stuff. The only complaint I had was that the show ran a little long. The show (including his opener) started around 8:15 and ended around 10ish. No complaints about either performer at all, just felt stretched towards the end.
This is our 3rd time seeing him. We saw him twice at the Orlando Improv. Funny as always and we had a great time. Thank you for bringing laughter into our lives Nate Bargatze!
We have followed Nate for a couple of years and decided to take our kids and their girlfriends to see him. They are all in their 20’s. What a great night. We all were literally crying by the end of the night. I even got one text the next day that their face still hurt from laughing so much! It’s so awesome for a clean comic to make it big! Keep it up!
Omg we had such a good time. Nate Bargatze is so funny! I hope to see him again in the future.
Very, very funny and family friendly! Nate and his opener were very funny without the use of profanity, which makes it very family friendly. I’m not against the use of profanity, but it’s nice to come to a show where it’s not used as a prop for the comedy. If you’re really funny like Nate and his opener were, you don’t need profanity.
Nate’s opening comedian was good and got better as he went along. Great venue and just the right size. I’ve seen the Netflix special several times and so glad it was a new set. He’s really funny and so glad he’s seeing success! Will definitely see him again.
Totally entertaining! Family friendly and really enjoyable!
Nate was hysterical 😂 I would highly recommend his stand up!!
I would see this show again in a heartbeat! All 3 acts were awesome. Nate's dad was hilarious. Couldn't stop laughing the whole show! GO SEE HIS ACT!
Great show. Great venue. Loved seeing Nate’s dad opening with him.
This was our first time seeing Nate and he was sooooooo funny. Another thing I appreciated was the fact that he was so clean. Nate is the best comedian touring now!
We all loved Nate Bargatze! Venue was nice, we had second row loge seats and had a great view. Special treat was the magician before Nate, the crowd loved it!
Nate’s humor is refreshing in a world of comedians who think you need to be crude to be funny. His takes on life had me belly laughing. The crowd was very eclectic. From teens to people in their sixties. He has a wide appeal. Would definitely go see him again
I cried laughing when I watched Nate Bargatze’s Netflix special and I did the same when I saw him at this show. I’d see it again if he came back too! The special guest was also the best surprise.
Nate Bargatze did not disappoint! Fantastic experience and great atmosphere. The opening comedian and Nate's dad were top notch too.
I paid to see a show, I attended said show and had a good time.
Laughed the entire show. Have never laughed so much at any show. I'm so glad we had the opportunity to see him in person. The pre-show acts of Brian and then Nate's dad were a bonus. GREAT. EVENING.
Nice venue, however, seating leaves a lot to be desired especially for taller individuals such as myself. Very limited legroom for anyone 6' or taller that is for sure.
