Nashville SC History
Nashville SC joined Major League Soccer in 2020 as an expansion team, reviving the defunct United Soccer League squad sharing the same name. Nashville initially played at Nissan Stadium, home to the NFL’s Tennessee Titans, for their first two seasons before Geodis Park opened in 2022 as the team’s permanent home pitch.
Since entering MLS, Nashville SC have qualified for the playoffs every year between 2020 and 2023. In 2022, All-Star midfielder Hany Mukhtar received the league’s Landon Donovan MVP Award. The following season, Nashville added to their team accolades by securing a 10-match win-streak and advancing to second place in the annual Leagues Cup tournament.

Loved everything about the stadium/atmosphere!!! Also great NSC won the game!
We LOVE being there for the games! It’s more exciting to be there live. The only problem for us (bad knees) is parking and the many steps to get up to Geodis. The venue itself is so nice! Go NSC!!!
It would be nice to see a better view of the seats accordingly to the selection your making. Also seeing the seats taken already would be nice.
First off, Geodis park is great. Great atmosphere. The experience of watching live soccer and legends perform is amazing. The issues that bring it down are getting there and leaving which spoil the whole experience. Getting there: Nashville traffic is awful and the long lines and many twists and turns to get to the right parking locations make just trying to get to the park a headache. We were 5min away on GPS and it took us 45-p60min to finally park. That’s not including then running to try and get there in time for kickoff. Attendants and traffic cops were few and far between with little signage to assist in which entrances were for what parking sections. Some online things helped but google isn’t always right. Once we parked the hike begins. Hope you are in shape. Plenty of stairs, hills and a good distance to travel to work up your appetite for overpriced concessions. I know it costs money to run the park, only asking for at least some budget friendly options to be available. Leaving the park: nothing spoils a great game then finally getting back to your car then getting in a line to leave and not moving for 45min. Thank goodness we filled up before we left and they had portapotties around. It was ridiculous. When we finally started to move it still took 30min to exit the parking area. Overall we spent more time in the lines and parking area then we did at the actual event. Felt like Disney. To have a good experience, BE PATIENT, fill up before you go, bring plenty of snacks and drinks for the ride and waiting, bring your device chargers and download some shows while you wait in lines. Once you get into the park it’s great. Before and after, is a different story.
it was incredible, i got to witness the greatest of all time score 3 goals, im blessed that i was able to see messi for the first time
I'm a Philly supporter from NJ, but have family in TN, so we love going to Philly-Nash games together. We got great seats from Ticket Master, the weather was beautiful, the outcome for us Doopers, not so great, but we will be rooting for Nashville in the final, to support my son's team. Despite the outcome, it was great going down to TN for a couple of days to do this tradition with my family. We happened to go into the store while at Geodis and decided to purchase a couple of the split Philly/Nashville scarfs. It was only after I bought one for each of my kids, that my daughter noticed that PHILADELPHIA was spelled wrong on the scarf. She first said that the spacing looked off, like they were running out of room, but upon closer inspection, we noticed you's missed the second H in Philadelphia. What a let down. A loss and a smack in the face to charge us $100 with tax for two scarfs that you couldn't even bother to make sure of the spelling. I only gave 3 stars because of our great seats and seeing my son and his family. You get a zero for your marketing team not catching the spelling error and the cost.
This was the best soccer stadium I have stepped foot in. The atmosphere was great. The seats were amazing and extremely well priced. I will definitely have to come back. As an away fan, I wish my home stadium was like this one.
It was first time at Geodis. What an wonderful stadium! The perfect size and easy to navigate. Love that my first time there was for a NSC game and vs. Aston Villa! Not only to to see the local boys play hard and tie a Premier League team, but seeing Premier League stateside was also a bonus!!!
Venue and atmosphere are top notch. Game was entertaining and exciting. Cost of concessions would be only complaint, but its in line with the other sports venues in area.
Our first visit to Geodis park to see the NSC was a lot of fun! Our seats were in the upper level but they were great and allowed us to see all the action. The general admission area looked like an exciting area to be - it was filled with chanting fans and drummers and it added to the fun. The concession area had a good variety and the restrooms were clean. I’d definitely go back!
