About

My Chemical Romance are a rock band composed of lead vocalist Gerard Way, bassist Mikey Way and guitarists Ray Toro and Frank Iero. Formed in 2001 in New Jersey, MCR have become highly influential for their blend of rock, pop-punk and emo music along with unflinchingly open lyrics and theatrical live performances. Beginning with 2002’s I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love, MCR have released four studio albums, two live recordings and three compilations. The band unveiled their major label debut, Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge, in 2004 behind their first charting singles, “I'm Not Okay (I Promise),” “Helena” and “The Ghost of You.” In 2006, MCR’s third album The Black Parade reached a career-high No. 2 on the Billboard 200, while lead single “Welcome to the Black Parade” peaked at No. 9 on the Hot 100. After touring 2010’s Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, MCR did not perform together again until 2019, followed by a reunion world tour between 2022 and 2023. The band headlined Las Vegas’ When We Were Young Festival in 2024. In 2025, My Chemical Romance embarked on a tour in celebration of the 20th anniversary of their landmark third studio album, The Black Parade.

  • Good concert bad merch line

by Jo on 7/30/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 3 out of 5

I really enjoyed the MCR concert! However I waited in line with many others for over 3 hours to buy merchandise….I highly recommend having security there to ensure people don’t cut in line (which is what I saw happen). I was at the venue at 4:30, which should have been early enough to get merch, buy something to eat and drink and enjoy the pre show. However, because of the long wait in the merchandise line, I didn’t have time to grab food/drink and I missed the Wallows pre show. This was a huge disappointment and made the whole experience worse.

  • LIFE CHANGING

by Abcde on 7/30/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

Such an amazing show and experience! This is my second time seeing them in concert and im so glad I got the tickets and managed to get floor seats as well (and at a reasonable price at that! Wow!)! Super happy I went with Night 2 as they played all my favorite songs! The show was hilarious and jaw dropping and the fire show was incredibleb Truly a night I’ll never forget!

  • BEST CONCERT EVER

by amccarty on 7/30/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

This was the greatest concert and tour I’ve ever been to. I see a lot of shows but My Chem is truly the best. I went to this tour 3 times and would see it over and over again forever if it was possible. If you have the chance to go, do it- you won’t regret it!

  • One of the best

by Mariangela B on 7/30/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

My Chemical Romance at Dodgers Stadium was absolutely mind-blowing. Everything from the stage set-ups, the storyline and theatrical element, to the band looking and feeling phenomenal. Gerard Way is a force of nature, just an unbelievably charismatic talented frontman now in his late 40s as he was when Black Parade came out (yea, I was there, and I liked MCR a lot). This show was amazing, full of energy and passion and you could feel the power throughout the entire packed stadium. Just magic. Undeniable energy, palpable love. Truly one of the best I attended.

  • Best concert I’ve ever been to

by SOL on 7/30/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

They preformed their hearts out to everyone and you could tell they really enjoyed the show

  • Awesome Show

The music was great, and they put on an incredible show.

  • Everything and more

by Noemi on 7/30/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

Incredible show, view and access. Would def do it again including concession!

  • Amazing

by Zoey on 7/30/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

So fun and entertaining, loved the theatrics and aesthetic. Loved that the audience got to participate. Sounded so amazing live.

  • a theatrical raw experience.

by maddy august on 7/30/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

I’ve been a fan of My Chemical Romance for well over a decade and this was my first time seeing them live. I’ve been to about 100 concerts and this one ranks the highest. They put on such an insane performance. They really went all out this tour and it was perfection. You can tell they love being on stage. Even though the stadium was filled with thousands of fans, they seemed to connect with every one of them. If they’re coming to a city near you, spend the money to see them. This is a show & band you DO NOT want to miss.

  • Incredible and Impressive Experience

by Karen on 7/30/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 4 out of 5

Access was good, relatively quick. Watching the show from the field was impressive ♡, and it was interesting that the staff inside the stadium was really attentive to keeping everyone in their seats, even coming across as a bit rude... Although, I appreciate the work of all the staff to maintain a certain order, which since I attended the event alone made me feel a little safer. Regarding the show's content, it was so wow, three very memorable hours. There were also some friendly people who made it an even more enjoyable experience. The stage effects were amazing: the lights, the fire, the costumes, the performances, the music (a new song release? Wow!), I really want to repeat that experience or attend another MCR concert ♡♡♡.

  • Merch lines atrocious, floor not short person friendly

by Cat on 7/30/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 4 out of 5

The band was great, but I def wish I went to Night 1 because I like the set list better. Still had a fun time. As a short person, I recommend next time either getting very front on the floor or otherwise a seat in the 100s section would be a better view. Could barely see the band from Section P. Had to rely on the screens, and it still was a struggle. Merch lines were the worst. Lines moved at a snails pace, and multiple items ran out at several booths. No exclusive shirts left even an hour before opener. Last reunion was nowhere this bad. Didn’t get a Yea/Nay sign that everyone else had, had to grab one off the floor that someone else left behind.

  • "Long Live(?)"the Black Parade!

by Omnomidon on 7/30/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

The Black Parade is back in full force - My Chemical Romance has brought their full emo gremlin presence back to the stage with a fully realized production that sets it on the same shelf as rock epics like Pink Floyd's The Wall and The Who's Tommy. "Long Live"the Black Parade is a once in a life time experience that comes highly recommended for fans of MCR new and old. Every date they've played has brought a new surprise and variations to the set list and bits between songs, adding to a rich tapestry of storytelling woven on stage in Gerard Way's signature apoca-punk style. The first half is the Black Parade in its entirety followed by another complete set on a B stage featuring a shifting setlist of hits from Bullets, Revenge, and Danger Days - the Los Angeles shows even got selections from their unreleased album, Paper Kingdom. If you're hesitating on whether or not to go to this show, just stop and go all in. You won't regret it.

  • Okay

by Annie on 7/30/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 3 out of 5

The stage needs to be higher for this type of venue. Having the net up sucks.

  • Love MCR!!

by Diana on 7/30/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

This concerts was amazing ! To have seen live one of the most iconic bands was amazing! To be part of their chorus and be one was out of this world! Will forever fo to their concerts!

  • Epic event did not disappoint

by Ltuck on 7/30/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

This was an amazing concert at a great venue! The traffic in and out was painless, parking was a breeze, and what can I say, MCR was perfection as always. I love the theatrics of their performance and it seemed the crowd was a mix of generations. I'm glad to see people discovering them for the first time!

  • Great show

by Cerjedi on 7/30/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

Great performance by My Chemical Romance. They were very personable with their performance. Wallows also played a great set. My only grievance would be with the venue. Not a lot of directions for certain things

  • No Regrets

by Jacqueline on 7/30/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

My Chem put on an amazing show. The theatrics and pyrotechnics were stunning. The stadium was full and the fans were all so united. Loved it and would go again if I could.

  • Great performance but had obstructed view

by Nicole on 7/30/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 3 out of 5

The concert was great, but we had an obstructed view. The tickets were expensive and there was no mention at the time of purchase that there would be a huge pole between us and the stage. We ended up walking to another action and standing at the back for the entire concert.

  • Fricken Amazing

    by Bubbaders79 on 7/30/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

I've been waiting for this show for so long, it was amazing. The pageantry, the presentation, the music, it was all amazing.

  • Best night of my life

by Fr on 7/30/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

Do I Really need to specify? It was a 2 hrs mcr concert. Like drugs, but good for your body and soul.
