About

My Chemical Romance are a rock band composed of lead vocalist Gerard Way, bassist Mikey Way and guitarists Ray Toro and Frank Iero. Formed in 2001 in New Jersey, MCR have become highly influential for their blend of rock, pop-punk and emo music along with unflinchingly open lyrics and theatrical live performances. Beginning with 2002’s I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love, MCR have released four studio albums, two live recordings and three compilations. The band unveiled their major label debut, Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge, in 2004 behind their first charting singles, “I'm Not Okay (I Promise),” “Helena” and “The Ghost of You.” In 2006, MCR’s third album The Black Parade reached a career-high No. 2 on the Billboard 200, while lead single “Welcome to the Black Parade” peaked at No. 9 on the Hot 100. After touring 2010’s Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, MCR did not perform together again until 2019, followed by a reunion world tour between 2022 and 2023. The band headlined Las Vegas’ When We Were Young Festival in 2024. In 2025, My Chemical Romance embarked on a tour in celebration of the 20th anniversary of their landmark third studio album, The Black Parade.

  • MCR, AMAZING, GLOBEFIELD, NOT SO AMAZING

by AR on 8/5/25Globe Life Field - ArlingtonRating: 4 out of 5

I wish I could give a 5 star rating because it's My Chemical Romance, but the venue staff was not ready for the masses. The security to get in acted like they didn't know what was permitted and not permitted. Our line was held up for 10 minutes because the security wanted to argue with the girls he stopped. He should have moved them to the side and let someone else handle it. After standing in the sun for hours, everyone just wanted to get in. The merch line was just as bad. The staff working that was so slow and letting people make phone calls to others on what they wanted. With the line wait time and the cardless payments, customers should had already known what they wanted and the lines should have been going at a rapid speed, but it did not.

  • Best Night of ENTIRE LIFE

by Sofia B on 8/4/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

This was my first ever MCR concert and my mind is blown. I’ve been loving this band for almost 11 years now and I can’t help but feel euphoric. I had the best night of my entire life and I can’t help but feel on cloud 9. I mean from beginning to end it was freaken PERFECT!!!!!!Wallows was an amazing opener as well. I’m genuinely in awe, they played so many songs that were on my dream set list. Long Live The Black Parade🖤

  • My Chem at their finest

by Monica on 8/4/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

I've had the privilege of seeing My Chemical Romance 15 times now (9 of them being during the Black Parade tour) and they never disappoint. I was reminded why I love them so much. The music has always meant something to me, but what strikes me now is how much the fans support the band and each other. During the beginning of the Black Parade, the entire place was alive/electric. And people were just so good to each other reminding me one of the reasons I love this band as much as I do. They sounded amazing. The setlist was great. It was just so much fun to see them again. Thanks to the band for putting on an amazing show (as always)!

  • A wish come true

by Lorena on 8/4/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

I had an awesome time. I have listened to this band since I was in middle school. Seeing them live felt like a wish come true. I will definitely go to another performance of them if I get the chance.

  • BLACK PARADE TOUR

by Bella on 8/3/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

MCR made an explosive comeback and put on an amazing show at Dodger Stadium! Will definitely go see them again next tour 🖤

  • Wonderful Performance

    by A.G. on 8/3/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

Great show! Great energy, incredibly well-executed visuals.

  • MCR Lit Up a Tired Stadium

by AnnaAZ on 8/2/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

I recently attended the My Chemical Romance concert at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, and it was a night of mixed impressions. The stadium itself felt old and run-down, and the seating was far from comfortable, which took away from the overall experience of being in the venue. However, MCR’s performance was absolutely incredible—their energy, vocals, and connection with the audience completely made up for any disappointments with the stadium. I truly hope that on their next tour, MCR considers a stop in Phoenix, which is a much cleaner and more enjoyable city for live events.

  • Amazing concert, besides my seat getting stolen.

by Raven on 8/2/25Rating: 4 out of 5

Someone was already sitting in my seat & refused to move, so I had to sit somewhere else. Besides that, the concert was great. Definitely want to see MCR again, best concert I’ve been to. It was a nightmare getting out of the venue however.

  • Good concert, exiting parking not so good

    by Fan77 on 8/2/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 4 out of 5

The concert started on time which was a good thing also the seating was easy to find, concert was really good and had a lot of fun, but merch stands had a line of 40mins or more, only one cashier, and exiting the stadium was also a big line to get out almost an hour before we actually got out of the venue, traffic to exit needs a lot of improvement.

  • AWESOME

by DC on 8/1/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

I had the best experience and had so much fun!! THE BEST DAY EVER!!

  • Perfection

by Chris on 8/1/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

The music. The showmanship. The crowd. Everything. Perfection. I'm already trying to figure out how to attend another show this fall.

  • Best show ever

by Subwayguy on 7/31/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

Nothing could have topped this show. The venue, seating, set list, everything was just beyond perfect. I’ve been a huge fan for over 20 years, and getting to experience this meant the whole world to me.

  • i love you michael

by cassie on 7/31/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 4 out of 5

michael ate the performance up (wallows too!) however- perhaps it's my own poor judgment- i could not see the stage at ALL from my seats. it was a bummer but fun anyway.

  • My Chemical Romance crushes it in LA

    by Pmills65 on 7/31/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

What an amazing show! Great sound and best theatrical stage performance I’ve seen. If you’re a MCR fan, they are truly a must see!

  • MCR Finally

by KlosterMountain on 7/31/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

Great concert! The band was in great form and played flawlessly. It was obvious that the entire band left everything they had on that stage! I was exhausted at the end of their performance from the sheer energy they gave the audience and received right back. The merch lines were too long, my only complaint.

  • MCR

by JoSy on 7/31/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

The show was absolutely AMAZING!!! Everything was perfect.

  • Astounding

by Eddie on 7/31/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

The sounds, the theatrical skids, the fire, everything was truly amazing. MCR great as ever.

  • Amazing better than a one night stand

by Spectacular on 7/31/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

  • Best concert of my life!

by TylerRedFox on 7/30/25Dodger Stadium - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

There is no way to describe how amazing this concert experience was... Front row seats in the floor section directly in front of the Grand Immortal Dictator, dead center of the stage... I wish I could attend this concert again. My Chemical Romance is the best band ever, and this performance was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I will relive in my mind every day for the rest of my life.
