My Chemical Romance are a rock band composed of lead vocalist Gerard Way, bassist Mikey Way and guitarists Ray Toro and Frank Iero. Formed in 2001 in New Jersey, MCR have become highly influential for their blend of rock, pop-punk and emo music along with unflinchingly open lyrics and theatrical live performances. Beginning with 2002’s I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love, MCR have released four studio albums, two live recordings and three compilations. The band unveiled their major label debut, Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge, in 2004 behind their first charting singles, “I'm Not Okay (I Promise),” “Helena” and “The Ghost of You.” In 2006, MCR’s third album The Black Parade reached a career-high No. 2 on the Billboard 200, while lead single “Welcome to the Black Parade” peaked at No. 9 on the Hot 100. After touring 2010’s Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, MCR did not perform together again until 2019, followed by a reunion world tour between 2022 and 2023. The band headlined Las Vegas’ When We Were Young Festival in 2024. In 2025, My Chemical Romance embarked on a tour in celebration of the 20th anniversary of their landmark third studio album, The Black Parade.

I had an amazing time. Never thought Id get a chance to see them live and they did not disappoint! Best concert ever!!
MCR always puts on an amazing show but they really outdid themselves with this one. It was nonstop fun and engaging with them. Definitely a must see band if they’re in your town.
MCR does it again, a show I won't forget anytime soon!
Best, most theatrical show ive ever seen. GO if you can!
It was a great event, but I do wish that we were notified of the net that was in front of us.
It was a concert on my spouses bucket list. We decided to go up to Dallas for the show. Not being too familiar with the band, I had no expectations but was I in for a treat. Had a great time but seeing my spouse have the best time and singing his heart out made me melt. The theatrics and musicality were phenomenal. It was also a treat to see Garbage as an opener. Great night!
I was lucky enough to be able to follow My Chemical Romance from the very start of their career. I was an emo kid in the early 2000’s and I have them to thank for that lol. I’ve seen them 4 total times live including this show and my god, they always outdo themselves. I feel this show is truly for the fans. They put so much work into this performance and it was so nostalgic for those of us who were young when this album came out. I loved every second of it 🖤
It was an amazing show. They did not disappoint! Only complaint is I wish Globe Life would take down the foul ball net. It did make it hard to see the concert through a net.
My Chemical Romance put on a performance of the ages. It was fun, creative, theatrical, and had the best set list! The performance alone was a 10/10. I gave 4 stars because the venue was not great and filled with hazards. Multiple people fell on stairs (myself being one of them), in the ADA areas, and other places. It just wasn’t safe and staff was not well informed on medic areas. Merch and entry lines were horribly long and many people waited hours in the heat with little to no shade available. Waters of course were overpriced at $6+ a bottle, and you couldn’t take them to the floor. Even with the roof being closed, it was still uncomfortably warm on the floor. I would see MCR perform again and I hope they visit Texas again! However, I hope they’d choose a different venue…
My third time seeing these guys and what an amazing time it was! Theatrical, entertaining, and the music sounded phenomenal. Can’t wait for the next time they visit.
My chemical romance is phenomenal especially live. They told a story with the show and it was perfectly played. I’d say my only complaint was the venue. It just didn’t seem like a goof fit for them. Speakers were to great and overall sound did not give the band justice they deserved.
Bought these tickets for my wife, she's been a huge My Chemical Romance since her teenage years and never got to see them live. I walked away from this show a fan of the band also.
I was in section 320. The walk to my section was a trek but walking was no issue. The air conditioning was BLASTING the WHOLE night. I did not get hot once it was a miracle. Thank you air conditioning. I was far away from the stage and way up high. The view of the stage was still incredible and the screens really showed the band well. The music was loud and you really could not miss a thing. I had the most fun and awesome time at this concert, it will be a night I will never forget. My Chemical Romance played well and put on the best show <3
This was the best concert of my life. MCR delivered. They GAVE. They did it all. The whole Black Parade album plus another 7-song set. I think they played for over two hours?! The venue was massive. As a sports arena, the sound wasn't the best but I just don't think the space is made for concerts. It was very loud and almost echo-y. It was hard to make out the words/lyrics if I didn't already know what was being said.
I waited 20+ long years to see these fine folks perform live and it was worth every second of anticipation. The title of the review says it all and says it best.
It was f**king amazing. the storyline & theatrics, the pyrotechnics, they played all of The Black Parade plus a great selection of others spanning their other releases. The guys seemed so happy and you can tell they're really loving this tour. Gerard's voice was spot on, Ray & Frank killing it on guitar, Mikey's bass was perfect, and Jarrod Alexander is a great drummer. The way they implemented the audience and audience reaction into the story was top notch. I really love this band, they're my absolute favorite, and I had an AMAZING time.
Even if you have seen the black parade album performed live you have never seen it like this! MCR puts on an amazing show! Their second set list is always different and you do not want to miss it!
It is weird to review a live event after it takes place, perhaps even weirder to do so when each show in the tour has been different plot wise, but here we are. On August 2, 2025, I saw Gerard Way Execute 3 people on stage and my life is changed for the better because of it. The fans know every lyric and sing along with such enthusiasm it's unparalleled in my concert going experience, and I've seen multiple anniversary stadium shows in the past five years. MCR seem to really love the show they are putting on, and lets face it is a SHOW in both the scene since and in the theatrics and plot that is developing each week. And after they play through The Black Parade, the B Stage performance doesn't disappoint either. From fan favorite B Sides like Kill All Your Friends, to lesser known gems like The World Is Ugly, to the MCR lore important cover of Bullet With Butterfly Wings, to whatever they are cooking up with War Beneath The Rain sprinkled with fan favorites like I'm Not Okay, it's a true celebration of the band and what they mean to their fans. MCR has saved my life multiple times, August 2 was just the most recent instance of them doing so.
My first My Chem Concert and it was such a wonderful experience. The boys did an amazing job and i was so blessed to be able to see them in person. No difficulties with ticketmaster and getting into the venue was a breeze.
Loved finally being able to see MCR live! But the venue was not the best. HORRIBLE 2 hour 45 minute wait in line to get merch. Missed Garbage and two songs of the MCR show. Sounds was also not the best due to the size of the stadium. Won’t go here again for a concert.
