Mumford & Sons in Concert
English folk rock band Mumford & Sons have catapulted to stardom with their captivating mix of bluegrass, country and rock, enchanting audiences with their soaring harmonies and catchy pop melodies. Their second album Babel was released in September 2012, debuted at No. 1 in the U.K. and U.S. with hit single “I Will Wait,” and took home the Grammy Award for Album of the Year, as well as winning the Brit Award for Best British Group. The band consists of Ted Dwane on vocals, string bass, drums, guitar; Ben Lovett on vocals, keyboards, accordion, drums; Marcus Mumford on lead vocals, guitar, drums, mandolin; and Winston Marshall on vocals, banjo, guitar, resonator guitar. They formed in late 2007 in West London, and put out two EPs in 2008, Love Your Ground and a self-titled effort, garnering interest from ticket holders in the U.K. and the U.S. as they opened concerts for Laura Marling and Johnny Flynn. Mumford & Sons’ debut studio album Sigh No More was released in late 2009 in the UK and early 2010 in the US, peaking at No. 2 on both the U.K. Albums and U.S. Billboard 200 charts, and selling over three million copies in the U.S. alone on the strength of hit singles “The Cave,” “Little Lion Man” and “Winter Winds.” They also earned two Grammy Award nominations, one for Best New Artist and the other for Best Rock Song for “Little Lion Man,” and won the Brit Award in 2011 for Best British Album. A worldwide headlining tour followed with the likes of Fanfarlo and The Middle East.
The bands were amazing naturally, but I was so impressed with how efficiently the SAP crews kept everything going. The time between sets was minimal and seamless. Thanks for making my children’s first concert experience a success!
The SAP Center is one of my favorite venues, great sound and great views just about everywhere you sit. The lineup was great the music was Tremendous and we had a good time. I am a seasoned veteran of concert going, so my one issue is all the people on their cell phone which is so distracting. In a dark theater it is annoying to have the glow of a phone next to you, in front, on the sides, everywhere you look your view is skewed by the glow of a cellphone. I wish more artists would gently request that people enjoy the show and stay off their phones. Also, The Racouters were so bloody loud my internal organs were vibrating around. I mean really, is a decibel or two down going to change the quality? Also gotta add I’m not a fan of the strobe light effects I find them irritating and painful to my brain. But overall we had fun.
Great show!! We go every year and are never disappointed.
This was our first time at NSSN - we bought tickets, last year, but could not attend due to a tragic family emergency...Loved this concert!!! Loved the pace - keeping the show moving...We were a little confused by the lineup changes, but overall a great experience and we look forward to returning next year
The revolving stage was fabulous. It made getting the bands playing very quick. The stage set up was great with the screens and lights. The sound system was loud and clear. The bands were awesome. Great mix of sounds and performances.
I've attended over a dozen NSSN shows. This was one of the best. Thanks for another great show 105.3!
For me, the Not So Silent Night concert was disappointing. The accoustics were terrible and the big screen videoing was horrible. The sound was muffled and the video rarely strayed from the main artist of each band. The stafing was dismal w only a rotating stage and the only band that had any type of show was 21 Pilots. I love all the bands, but it felt like they 'had' to be there. The entire performance was just underwhelming.
Mumford and Sons put on an amazing show! Their stage presence and performance was beyond outstanding! Would definitely pay to have this experience again!
I may be biased having been blessed to see Mumford in Guthrie in 2013 but this show and crowd were very low energy in comparison. The bar for the floor tickets was fancy and great however. Also loved how you could use any entrance to access the arena, instead of queing at one like you do in Tulsa.
Tickets were easy to buy, and were stored l on my Ticketmaster app so they were easy to access. Ticketmaster sent reminders and extra tips leading to the show, making it easy to navigate!
I bought a single ticket after they had been on sale a while. I got the cheapest ticket. A week before the concert, I see tickets that are closer being sold cheaper. At the concert, there were so many empty seats an employee literally came to our section and told us to move down. If it was scalpers, yall need to find a way to limit the amount of tickets they can buy.
Mumford and sons gives you Everything you would want or expect to get out of a concert. Loved the music and entertainment!
First off - the concert was phenomenal. Mumford & Sons always put on a wonderful show. However, having to use mobile entry is an absolute nightmare. For some of us, we waited in line for hours to get in for GA. When the doors opened, I was the first one in our line, the scanner would not work. They had to reboot the system. That might not seem like a big deal, but when you have to race to get to the front of the line, that is disastrous. It wasn't just my line, there was trouble at each door. Let's work on this before a riot happens.
There are no words that could possibly describe seeing Mumford and Sons in concert.

I parked in a parking garage and walked 20 feet to the venue entrance it was fantastic!!! :) show was awesome. Sound was great. Security and event staff were helpful! :) Thanks for a lovely show 💙

Our concert night was great from the close parking to easy venue entrance, good seat and awesome performance. Mumford puts on a great show.
This was my first Mumford & Sons concert and won't be my last. The band was engaging and powerful. Also kudos to Ticketmaster and the easy ticket process.
