Enjoyed the concert ! The wait wasn’t bad gettting in line went pretty quick .. beautiful night
Concert was AWESOME!! Will definitely see them again!!!
The bands were excellent! However, the event was so disorganized. Had to search for the person who provides the wrist band to get to our floor section, for about 45 min. Had to stand in another line inside the venue to get said wrist band. After attending concerts for 35 years, first time I attend such an unorganized event.
Sounds from side of stage was muddy. Vince Neil’s vocals were muted and washed out by all instruments many times. Could have done without the porn overload, but hey…it’s Crue. Crue’s music was on point, though. Same with Def Leppard. Music TOTALLY on point. However…Alice Cooper steals the show! Music on point, and theatrics that made us love him (and his wife). Best SHOW, since we saw Iron Maiden.
Best show I've seen this year. I grew up in the 70's and 89's. Love this metal bands.
It was an awesome concert!!! They were all bad ass!!!!! Loved it!!!!!!🤘🤘
UTEP did not have an efficient plan for entry into the stadium. No advance notice of logging on to a specific wifi signal to download tickets to enter. Terrible lines (to enter stadium and at concessions) due to inadequate staffing.
3 acts were great overall. Loved the old classics, outfits and on time appearances! Some sound issues with the last band but we thoroughly enjoyed it! I rated 4 stars due to concession stand wait times and dirty bathrooms. With that many attendees proper planning and scheduling shouldn’t have been an issue.
Overall a great time! Vince struggles a little bit but I didn’t bother me I know what to expect, other than that the Crüe sounds good! I wish Mick was there but his replacement can play. I saw other reviews that the 2 dancers get shown a lot on screen which they do but I didn’t bother me, they can move! I wish I would’ve gotten floor seats
Had a great time. Great music took me back to the 70's and 80's. My 23 year old son also really enjoyed the music. I would like to see the Sun Bowl stadium upgrade from bench seating to individual seats.
All 3 bands were awesome. The parking, entrance and vendors were terrible. Needs improvement, UTEP I'm very disappointed with you.
They were ok, not good, but ok. Alot going on to distract you from the fact that Vince sounded horrible. the band sounded good tho, kinda. The best part of their show was Tommy's wife. Also, no drum solo, that was the only reason i wanted to see them. Now I can say I finally saw Crue live, but disappointed. Def Leppard blew them out of the water.
Alice cooper and Def Leppard killed it and honestly saved the show for my wife and I. Motley Crue from the start of their portion of the show just didn’t give the same energy as the other 2 sets. Unrelated to the bands the concessions there were god awful. My wife waited in line for 1.5hr to get water and missed a lot of good stuff. And she didn’t even get the water because their card machine wasn’t working! We enjoyed the setup and environment.
Totally awesome. A must see. Def leppard ages Like wine. Crue awesome. Not the same without mick. It's time for the crue to move past the Sexual content. It's about the music. Alice rocked.
Good as ever!!! Good condition. The only thing is the reception to get the electronic thickets on site(sun bowl) was hard or impossible. We need a better way to show our tickets at entrance.
No time was put for when the show actually started just 5:45, is that when doors open? What? The venue was a NIGHTMARE, no clear parking, the building you were allowed to park in had signs saying permit event parking, no indication on wherr to get a permit, and then agter 2 almost 3 hours waiting to find parking, ended up missing Alice Cooper. Poorly planned and lack of info, would not go to this venue again.
Motley, Def Leppard and Alice Cooper totally nailed it, it was a hell of a show that many of us will never forget, I was glad to find out that Vince Neil actually put up a great performance despite so many articles stating that he wasn't singing well anymore, the audio was ok, the visuals were great, but the venue... oh my God! The Venue! Lame organization, the entrance became a whole disaster, I've been at bigger stadiums and they know how to handle it, sadly this is not the case at the Sun Bown Stadium, gaining access was a total headache, as if that wasn't enough, seats were not clearly displayed and many people ended up seating in the wrong place, during the entire concert there were newcomers asking people to move, and picture my surprise when it was my turn, this lady suddenly stated I was in her seat and she was right! And that happened because the numbers on the seats are all foggy and vanished, it was super embarrassing.
Our minds were blown by Alice Cooper, Def Leppard, and Motley Crue!
Concert was really great. I loved all three bands, but I have to admit I really, really loved Alice Cooper. I have seen Alice Cooper 10 times and would still see him another 10. I wish El Paso would bring in a lot more rock concerts like this one, like we used to get in the 70's and 80's, but unfortunately rock concerts are very few now in El Paso for some reason. We literally have to go out of town for them. Why doesn't El Paso bring in these bands now? Is it because rock and country bands don't want to come here or is it because El Paso doesn't want them here?
