About

Comprised of Ryan Guldemond (vocals, guitar), Molly Guldemond (vocals, keys), Jasmin Parkin (vocals, keys), Ali Siadat (drums) and Mike Young (bass), Mother Mother are best known for their deep connection with their fans, and for bringing stadium-sized energy to their live show, no matter the stage.  Singing about themes of alienation and enormous longing for self and societal acceptance, the band's mission is to be a home for souls that feel they don't fit in anywhere else.

Mother Mother were recently catapulted into a new stratosphere of universal success following the release of their critically acclaimed studio album INSIDE.  Their explosive follow-up to "Hayloft," "Hayloft II" connected with fans around the world and is now certified Gold in the US and approaching Platinum in their home country of Canada. A string of #1 radio hits in Canada, 6 billion global streams, and multiple Billboard chart appearances cement their newfound global success.

The quintet spent most of the last year touring the world playing to sold-out audiences in theaters to stadiums, with multiple sold-out headline tours in Europe, UK, Canada, Australia and the U.S. as well as past and upcoming festival plays at Reading + Leeds, Lollapalooza in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Berlin, Corona Capital in Mexico, Pukkelpop Belgium, Frequency Festival in Austria, Lowlands in The Netherlands and more.

  • Mother Mother at Kee to Bala

by Draven on 6/23/25The KEE to Bala - BalaRating: 5 out of 5

This was my second time seeing Mother Mother. The first was at bud stage second being at Kee to bala. Wow, what a better venue for getting up close and personal. Ryan the lead singer was hilarious when he forgot the lyrics to It’s Alright! But hey it’s Alright. He Thanked all the fans. Calling some out by name and memories of fans he met at previous shows. He knew the names of all his meet and greets. He tossed me a guitar pic and my friend a drum stick. Mother Mother has some of the coolest riffs and unique lyrics. I love em and would always go back to see them again. My favourite part of the show was he went off the set list and asked audience what request they wanted. Plus he mixed in Nirvana and Pixies into their songs. 🤯 Really cool show!

This show was my childhood dream come true! I’ve been listening to mother mother and cavetown since I was 12-13 and always wanted to see them live but never thought my dream would come true, it came true at 18 years old! I definitely cried some happy tears, it was amazing.

The performance from mother mother was amazing. The environment was great expect someone behind me with an ear piercing scream the whole time. I dont know how they heard anything over their own scream. Not even singing, screaming.
