About the Monster X Tour
The spectacle of motocross meets the brute force of monster truck mayhem in the Monster X Tour, where some of the most famous monster trucks perform stunts and compete against each other for the coveted Monster X Championship. Since 2009, such legendary names in monster trucks as Traxxas X-Maxx, Equalizer, Red Solo Truck, and the one that started it all, Bigfoot, have entertained in stadiums and arenas throughout the United States and the world for the Monster X Tour. Motocross bikers, demolition derbies, and other sideshows complete the program, contributing to a memorable night for all spectators. Monster X Tour events have taken place mainly in the Western US and worldwide, with a show in Hawaii in 2019 and occasional shows nationwide.
Monster X Tour History
Monster trucks first became popular in the late '70s and early '80s with the arrival of Bigfoot, a souped-up Ford F-250 modified by Bob Chandler. After making public appearances at tractor pulls and county fairs, Bigfoot began the monster truck tradition of crushing automobiles in 1981, establishing the iconography of an entire sport and becoming part of American popular culture. The Monster X Tour first began in 2009 and immediately established credibility with the presence of both Bigfoot Racing and Straight Up Racing. Traxxas RC racing sponsored the tour from 2016 to 2018, first as the Traxxas Monster Truck Destruction Tour, and then as the Traxxas Monster Truck Tour.
Monster X events feature several monster truck competitions, including wheelie contests, races and freestyle competitions, which allow these giant machines to do such incredible stunts as hill jumps and even backflips. The tour culminates each year with the Monster X Tour World Finals. In 2019, Ty Cornelius Jr. rode Paul Breaud's Traxxas X-Maxx truck to victory, winning the Monster X Tour championship with an average finishing score of 41.83 points out of a maximum 50.

It was so much fun glad we got to go both nights. Hopefully they come back soon
Would've given 5 stars but the "Light-up" T-Shirt that I bought for $30 didn't light up as it should have. They sell it without batteries so unless you have 2 - AAA batteries on hand you wont know whether it works or not until you get home (which was too late for me...). The shirt would be pretty cool as I believe it also is supposed to make sounds as well as light up. When I put the batteries in, only the words "MonsterXtour" flickered for a bit with a very faint sound... When tapping the battery compartment then the big "X" would partially light up at times also. It is now practically dead after a whopping 5 minutes of glitchy run time... Buyers beware! Go to this awesome show but be wary of purchasing the cheapo products sold there at premium prices!
Trucks and dirt bikes did some AWESOME stunts, what a night we had, full of excitement! They need to come back!
Show was exciting and kids loved it. Non stop entertainment. There was a wait for everything but that was to be expected for the show was sold out. Would definitely see take family to see again! đ¤
Took the whole family and it was the best decision everrr!!! Everyone loved it from the one year old to 17 year old. Dad and uncle were just as excited as the kids if not more!!! Hope they start coming back every year!!!

Brought back many memories as a child watching these monster of machines doing incredible things. Now Iâm blessed to share these moments n memories with my son..
My family and I enjoyed it very much. I anticipated seeing a monster truck rally since a child and this show lived up to my expectations. Worth every penny I spent for my tickets.
It was an awesome show! Great to have the Monster Trucks return to the islands after 20 years. It was entertaining and exciting! Should come back to Hawaii more often!
The experience took me back to the 80âs when I attended these monster truck events with my now deceased Dad! The roar, the excitement and the carnage as each truck tries to out compete the other!!!! Just awesome!!!! Please bring them back because as ticket sales shown Hawaiâi loves monster trucks!!!! Thank you!!!
Kids had fun, and parents! Lol. Well worth it! Will definitely take the Ohana again!!
Everyone in the family loved the show. It had a really great atmosphere and pretty organized for such a big event. Kids loved the pit passes.. money well spent!
Glad monster trucks finally came back to Hawaii. I never got to experience before, it was awesome and we all had a great time.
absolutely loved it ! Only problem is we could hardly hear the commentator talking !
My son loved every part of it! He was smiling the entire show! Parking was a little difficult but we managed!
Overall awesome event. Only a couple things to improve. More food, if youâre going to serve so much alcohol, it would help not to run out of food. Also more direction of whatâs what in the pit pass. Way too chaotic then waited in line for an hour to ride the truck only to be turned away.
My parents used to take me When I was small 24years ago and I knew I had to take my four kids its once-in-a-lifetime kind of thing it was perfect my kids had a blast it was awesome!
Great show for the kids, monster trucks, mini monsters, motor cross, rally cars!! Just wish they had a competition race between the monster trucks
The overall show was great! The stunts and tricks were exciting! Family loved it!
