    Missing persons should’ve stayed missing

by Lazzz2018 on 3/13/18The Canyon Agoura Hills - Agoura Hills

Dirty venue, terrible sound, poor service, completely terrible experience, I lasted 30 minutes before my ear started to bleed

    Awful mess

by HeyJude333 on 3/13/18The Canyon Agoura Hills - Agoura Hills

I would say unless you are a die hard fan, skip it. Dale Bozzio tried her best but had a back track that was quite obvious.

    Missing Persons ROCK!

by Hallei on 1/2/18The Canyon Santa Clarita - Santa Clarita

One of the best concerts I have been to in quite a while. Dale Bozzio and Prescott Niles of Missing Persons are absolutely incredible. I would highly recommend any time that they are in town that you catch the show. 3rd time seeing them!

    Totally

by eightysBaby on 9/26/16The Canyon - Agoura Hills

Nice intimate venue. Dinner was pretty good. But be aware that the entrees come with two sides so you don't have to order extra like we did. The steak was good. Sound system was excellent. I don't remember the break down of the drink prices. Service was excellent. Richard and the bands were dynomite. Definitely would go again

MISSING PERSONS WAS OFF THE CHARTS

by Bettix1234 on 6/9/16HOUSE OF BLUES - SAN DIEGO

I can not review about the others as I went to see only Missing Persons and arrived just before they started, there show was simply amazing, they still rock so hard like they used to,the gel between the synth and the rock guitars is still just the way it's supposed to be and those songs are just the best,Dale still has it,she was just so incredible all the way,30 years of being a fan and experiencing this show was a real treat.,the audience felt just like I did as the room was totally lifted by Missing Persons and the screams of happiness were louder that I ever experienced at the House of Blues ! 10/10 show as you can see on the picture .

    A let down.

by Dutchtat on 6/1/16House of Blues San Diego - San Diego

I was an 80's kid and loved the music, and definitely was looking forward to the show. It wasn't what I expected. Dale bozzio sounded great, but the music was definitely not from the 80's missing persons never had the hard electric guitar and guitar solos. It felt like they were trying to modernize the music. Bow wow wow was the biggest let down. Only one original member. The band sounded good though, but the lead singer wasn't even born until the 90's. Annabella used to jump around and be energetic and fun. This singer was trying way to hard to be sexy. The people standing behind me said "tell that little girl to get off the stage" Definitely lacked that fun 80's vibe.

    Bad experience

by Rosie05 on 5/16/16House of Blues Anaheim - Anaheim

People around us were more on their phones taking selfies and scrolling through their accounts than there to see the concert. Never been to a concert where people were so rude ( pushing by you with not even an excuse me, edging their way to stand in front of you then block your view by whipping their hair in your face every time they took a picture of themselves, which was majority of time.) Difficult to hear music over people talking.

by freddsvsdf54 on 4/20/16SABAN THEATER - LOS ANGELES

Once again Missing Persons was incredible, the show was fantastic, all the bands were great ! this was an amazing night for 80's music lovers that came for the music. Beautiful old theater in the heart of Beverly HIlls, gorgeous interior ! Thanks to Dale Bozzio to still be the New Wave Queen she's always been ! Missing Persons is still the greatest band coming out of the New Wave era !

    BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

by cutty on 3/29/16Saban - Beverly Hills

1st. the venue location was changed, a lot farther to drive than to Pasadena. The stage manager I thought was rude when the performers wanted to play an extra song. The seats were very uncomfortable, the place is just old. And the price for drinks is more than a meal. Missing Persons was not that great, had more of a rock vibe this time. My date was so bored that he fell asleep. Not worth the $90.00 I paid.

    When In Rome!!!!!!!!

by MtnSplash on 1/26/16The Cave - Big Bear Lake

When In Rome was OUTSTANDING!!!! Bow Wow Wow Rocked it. Missing Persons, well, we left early. A Missing Persons tribute band would have been better. Dale just doesn't have it any more. They started the set with two of their big hits then played a bunch of lesser known stuff and some songs I had never heard of. The show just kept going down hill from there. I was bored and disappointed as was the rest of my party. We couldn't take it after about the 6th song and left. :-(.

The lead singer makes the band - Buyer Beware

by ForeverAnnabella on 1/16/16The Canyon - Agoura Hills

I was so excited when the concert announcement hit, that I believe I bought the first tickets. Front and center and so excited. Until the show. No Clive Farrington with "When in Rome." That said, the band and new lead singer made it their own. I could forgive and, if not performing under the name "When in Rome," I could become a fan. But Bow wow wow without Annabella is a bad cover band insulting my 15-year old fan-girl. It was sad, disappointing, and unforgivable. The whole attraction for Bow wow wow was this young teen girl taking on the pop-punk world as we headed to the New Wave era. She was everything we wanted to be back in the early '80s. #ForeverAnnabella Dale Bozio brought me to tears. She is honest and authentic. She's not trying to be her '80s Playboy Bunny self, but her 60-year old authentic self. She was my role model when I was 16 and driving around LA with the rag-top down working out my teen angst, and a great role model for my 50-year old self (who is getting a new rag-top and will inaugurate it with some classic Missing Persons).

Fun night of retro new wave

by ndconcerts on 1/12/16The Canyon - Agoura Hills

I had never seen any of the four acts on this bill. I was also not a huge fan of any of them, but I liked a few songs here and there and was willing to give them a shot. I really like the venue, and the seats my friend and myself had were perfect. The music started off with Canadian 3-piece Trans-X. Apparently they had a minor hit with a song called "Living On Video" in 1986, but I hadn't heard of them before. They seemed okay; my friend liked them more than I did. Next was When In Rome, which features the original lead singer. He had a lot of personality, but I thought he oversang quite a bit. It seemed at times like he was trying to channel Springsteen, which didn't really gel with the kind of pop they're known for (imagine Bruce wailing his way through When In Rome's 1988 hit "The Promise", and you get the idea). Bow Wow Wow were next. They had the most energy of all the bands on the bill but featured only one original member (the bassist). Still, they did a decent job, but their brand of ska-punk seemed out of place on a bill like this one. Missing Persons closed, and they did a very good job, even if they neglected to perform their 1983 hit "Destination Unknown". Singer Dale Bozzio may look her age (she's in her sixties now), but she sounded great, as did the rest of the band. My friend and I managed to meet her after the concert and she was very nice. It was a good way to close out a fun evening, flaws and all.

    When in Rome was amazing!

by TLB123 on 1/5/16The Canyon - Agoura Hills

When in Rome was actually the best act--they were clear and sharp and sounded just like their recordings. The other other groups had the amps turned up so loud that the drums and music drowned out the lyrics and gave me a headache. Dale Bozzio did have some inspirational messages to the audience and was very appreciative of her fans. We did enjoy their music as well! The venue was great--very comfortable seating at a table BUT the event was TOO LONG since we were asked to be there at 7 for dinner, the bands started after 9 and did not finish until approx 1am.
