The scenes, costumes, music was gorgeous. The performers were not well synchronized. Not with each other or the music. Very distracting. Never had this experience before so it was disheartening
It was a wonderful production. One of the best we have seen here in Milwaukee and elsewhere. The costumes and sets were beautiful. The company seemed to truly have a sense of “fun” with the production.
This is the best Nutcracker I have ever seen. I liked the toymaker to start and the fireplace in the next scene. I loved the dancers coming out of the toymaker's bag. I liked the dancing and costumes and technology enhancements. The Carousel was super!
I’ve seen the Nutcracker many times over the years- all have been great. This one was beautifully done! The music was flawless and the dancing was magical. We left in awe over one of the dancers and how he seemed to just float through the air.
Definatly not as good as the nutcracker or swan lake. The dancers were amazing though.
Beautiful dancing and thrilling to watch the doll animations--so controlled, the various moods of the dancers from happy to mad to fear to giggly. The costumes were so festive and exciting to watch the skirts twirl and twirl. It was total pleasure from beginning to end. Bravo! Would love to see it again.
The performance was extraordinary. Everyone put their all into this final day for Copelia. My friends and I absolutely loved it!
The Milwaukee Ballet kicked off its 50th season with a beautiful & delightful performance of Coppelia. The dancing was outstanding. Michael Pink beautifully refreshed the traditional choreography with some modern touches. The costumes, staging and lighting all added to the gorgeous production. Thoroughly enjoyed the performance!

Pleasantly surprised. I have recently moved to Wisconsin. I attended Coppelia because it is a ballet I have seen performed by several other companies and wanted to compare. It was a treat. The Marcus stage is woefully small for ballet. However, the choreography was well adapted. The dancers and the corps were lovely. I will return to see them again!
The set and costumes were delightfully beautiful. Orchestra - fantastic. Dancing - awesome. Skill level - excellent. Puck - out of this world!! Experience - super satisfying. It was a real pleasure to watch this ballet. Thank you for everything you did to put this dance together.
My dauggter and I attended the Saturday evenng show. We loved the large cast and enjoyed all the children included in the production. The elegance, and skills of the dancers took our breath away. Everything was truly wonderful!
Even better than I thought it would be, it was beautiful, magical, and hysterical!
I didn't know there were going to be two prior ballets that were not African inspired. I did enjoy the second ballet Albatross. The first was very long, depressing and repetitive. Lambarena was a brilliant meld of genres. By the applause and the energy that was what the audience was waiting on. I'm also confused with the seating. On line it showed the April 6th 7:30pm show as packed and the Lodge section was so empty. For the last ballet several people moved down to seats closer to the front.
Phenomenal dancers, thoroughly entertaining for all ages! There's so much going on on stage, I feel like I could see the Nutcracker multiple times and see something new each time!! My family went and everyone loved it, my 7 & 10 year old daughters, my 12 year old son, as well as my husband and I. The skill of the dancers and the orchestra is phenomenal!! Thank you so much Milwaukee Ballet for sharing your talents; it's a true pleasure to watch!!

Beautiful show! Great seats and a wonderful entertainment experience.
The show was a great experience. My daughter and I enjoyed the dancing and the music. We especially loved seeing the children. We sat in the front row so couldn’t see the feet of the dancers all the time.
The costumes, the sets, the orchestra, the dancers. It was magical. Took my 10 yr old niece whom wants to be a ballerina and her face throughout the show from the snow falling to every different dancer from scene to scene was fantastic. We all had such a fabulous time and none of us will ever forget! It may become a holiday tradition. Everything was top notch. We had a hard time picking favorite parts because it was all so perfect and wonderful. Bravo to everyone involved!
