Wonderful night, venue, food, service and of course Mr Franks. All we beyond expectations.

1st time at the Birchmere. Didn't know what to expect for the open seating aspect but we were able to find a table with open seats right next to the stage. So close to the performers! Great acoustics & good was terrific. Will try to come back.

It was all Right All through The Night Delivery was Tight!

Michael Franks is always amazing. First of all, the songs are beautiful with melodies that you want to sing along with, and creative and beautiful harmonic chord progressions. Michael's voice is warm and mellow. Michael's lyrics are deep and fascinating with little obscure references that you may or may not pick up (i.e. La Califusa is Los Angeles, Califormia). And then, as the cherry on top, Michael always selects the very best caliber of musicians with whom to play. I have seen Michael in concert about five times, and loved his music every time. But my wife and I sat with a younger couple who had never been to a Michael Franks concert before, and they were swaying with the music, and heading back to have their Sleeping Gypsy album cover signed. Michael is my favorite song writer. Amazing! For anyone who has not yet listened to the music of Michael Franks, you are missing out. Really!

It was amazing! Michael Franks was great! His voice was magical and seeing him fulfilled a dream. I love him! He makes you feel good, relaxed and understood.

Wonderful concert and Michael Franks never disappoints. Great venue, intimate yes spacious with good food. We will definitely attend more concerts at the Birchmere.

The venue was nice and intimate! The artist was and will always be phenomenal! Lastly, Ticket Master made purchasing and retrieving tickets very easy!

I grew up on Michael Franks! So to finally see him live was a treat and especially in celebration of my Mom's Birthday. She is responsible for putting me on in the first place. Even though GA, we secured great seats with an awesome view of the stage. Birchmere has great capacity yet is still intimate. In this post-COVID era of so many spots closing, it warms the heart that Birchmere is still thriving. Great show.

Michael continues to perform at a high level even in his golden years. His band is world class, and he and his vocalists are still music to my ears,

Michael Franks showed up and showed out! The only thing I wish Najee would have done a few more songs especially Day by Day then my night would have been complete. Overall, great show.

This was his 1st concert since covid! It was great!

Michael Franks did a phenomenal job with his performance. His band has a crisp sound . Every song sound just like the recording.

Was very happy that he chose Detroit to give his first post pandemic concert. It was like a sing along - everyone knew the lyrics and was pleased with his choice of songs. It wqs truly a triumphant return!

The show with Michael Franks featuring Najee was absolutely awesome. For Michael to be 76, he’s still as smooth as ever & still has swag!! Najee was & never has been a joke either!! Two bad boys & their bands were awesome too! Loved it & excellent venue!!

It felt good going to a nice jazz concert, Michael Frank's seems as if he's better than he was thirty years ago at the Meadowbrook amphitheater, his band was awesome, the crowd was singing along with him, it was a great night

Michael Franks admitted that he hadn't done a live show in 2+ years. You would have never known it. He and his band were absolutely awesome! Hope he comes back to Motown soon...., we will be there again, for sure!

Great concert. Najee opened and he was fantastic. Michael Franks and company sound fantastic.
