BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Born in Ghana, Africa, Michael Blackson was brought up on Eddie Murphy's comedic style, developing his own stand-up skits at a young age. After moving to Pennsylvania in the early '90s and testing out his jokes at local clubs, Blackson began competing in comedy contests, where his performances attracted attention from none other than Ice Cube. It wasn't long after they met that he appeared in Cube's hit film Next Friday, and his career took off from there. Since then, he's had several more acting roles as well as stints on BET's ComicView and Shaq's All Star Comedy Jam, proving he's an all-around entertainer at heart with his impressive acting chops and outrageous skits. Showcasing his many talents on tour, Blackson will have fans doubled-over in laughter on his hilarious upcoming dates.
I gave a 4 star since I wasnt aware Michael Blackson was the headliner and he repeated his whole show when he was at the Baltimore Comedy Factory back in August. B Simone is not funny at all. Otherwise Chico Bean Deray Davis and DC Young Fly was hilarious i love them.
From check in to finding our seats, the show was a success. It was 10 of us and we were able to get the entire row to ourselves. The comedy line up was mix, so everyone was able to get something out of the show. With the show being at 11:30 pm, I was still able to be engage all the way through. Great time!
Michael Blackson used the same material as he used last year in Atlantic city. A waste of my money same as DJ Red. The only 1 was funny was DC (comedian)
Every comedian was HILARIOUS. When the comedians laugh at their own self it makes it funnier. I had a great time at this event. It was worth every dime spent. Loved the show!
I had a good time it was a nice show !!! I had really good seats the ushers were nice got me and my girl to our seats with no problem at all !!!
The show was great and very funny with great seats.
Chico Bean, DeRay and DC Young Fly were the highlights of the show. The rest of the lineup was awful. Michael Blackson headlines and he was super CORNY! I didn’t even chuckle one. We made the mistake of going to see him 2 months ago at another venue, and not only was he bad then, but he did the same terrible jokes. DC Young Fly had me in TEARS. Non-stop laughing. Chico Bean was funny as well, but Young Fly stole the show.
I took my husband to the Constitution Hall fir his Birthday the comedy show and it was not good because sometimes we could hear what they was saying and most of the time we could not. They do not have surround sound at all we had good seats to where we coukd see the all the comedians while they were waiting to go on stage. I was seating in the balcony close to the box seats. For the money I paided I was very disappointed.
I've been to varies concerts/comedy events/seminars. The one held at DAR was by far one of the best. Reason being no standing outside in the cold to make entrance and there were many entrances to enter the building verses one or two.
I had a Awesome Time!!! The Comedians were very funny and entertaining. I had a blast for my birthday.
This show was great. The lineup and the host were the best i hearr in a long time.
Very funny from the moment it started till the very end. Had a great time and looking forward to see the next time he's back in Boston.

It was a great comedy even his opening acts. I would love to see him again. He is always a pleasure to see Never a disappointing.
From start to finish with no signs of slowing down Michael Blackson is my favorite comedian i didn't want the show to end that is how good he is definitely worth the money and i would definitely recommend watching him, I've seen plenty of comedians from amateurs to regulars and pros and celebrities but none compare to Michael Blackson. Hopefully he comes by again so i can see his comedy worth it experience was phenomenal.
We seen Michael Blackson at The Wilbur on 10/5/19 & he was great. The 2 previous acts were super funny as well. The Wilbur is a nice place for a comedy event (on the smaller & intimate side) drinks were pretty pricey but I didn’t go there for the $14 beer. Michael actually “called me out” 5 minutes into his bit (he called me Jake from State Farm) we did the meet & greet afterwards & as soon as Michael seen me he said “Jake from State Farm”. It was a great time from start to finish

It was a good show but I feel like he needs more material. His show sounds basically like all his other shows. While some of the content was funny, I think he needs to evolve more as a comedian.
He did not disappoint. He was hilarious, I laughed the whole time
