MercyMe has been releasing hits in the Christian rock genre since 2001, when "I Can Only Imagine" caught the attention of the public and became the most requested song on a mainstream station in Texas. Despite the band's success on conventional radio stations, the majority of ticket buyers expect MercyMe's concert tours to be religion oriented, and they are not disappointed. Fans who attended the Rock & Worship Roadshow in 2013 described the tour as uplifting and filled with spiritual hits that included "Word of God Speak,” “All of Creation” and "You Don’t Care At All." The latter song is from the 2012 album The Hurt & the Healer, which reached No. 1 on the Christian Albums Billboard chart.
Millard formed MercyMe with Jim Bryson and Mike Scheuchzer in Oklahoma, and after releasing independently, MercyMe signed with INO Records in 2001. Their first album earned the 2x Platinum certification from the RIAA after "I Can Only Imagine" won two Dove Awards. On 2002's Spoken For, which peaked at No. 2 on the Christian Albums chart, the title track was the most successful. 2004's Undone brought with it hits like "Here with Me," "Homesick" and "In the Blink of an Eye." 2006's Coming Up to Breathe was nominated for a Grammy, due to hit singles like "Bring the Rain," "So Long Self" and "Hold Fast." All That Is Within Me was released in 2007, with "God With Us" reaching No. 1 on the Christian Songs Billboard chart. 2010 saw the release of The Generous Mr. Lovewell, while 2012's The Hurt & The Healer featured "You Are I Am" and the title track as the most popular songs. MercyMe has plans to continue its tour for The Hurt & the Healer album in 2014.

Everything you want from a concert and a little bit more.
Great Performance! So uplifting! I've been fighting cancer for a long time! Thank you for helping me remember God is Right Beside Me. Thank you
At first the sound wasn't very good. The last half was much better.
Absolutely LOVED this concert! Music was great and the guys are very personable and funny. The new music video they shared was great too! My husband said it was the best concert he’s been to!
I’m in my 60’s and I definitely didn’t act my age! I wanted to get up and move around!
MercyMe`s entertaining lyrics and musical scores appeal to all ages and are testimonies to their strong Christian beliefs. I appreciate that they are performing in smaller cities, which big-time entertainers often forego in favor of larger metro areas. Ticket prices were affordable, which was a big plus. The two openers were excellent too. I encourage others to go and see MercyMe when they have a chance.
The Alerus Center is a great venue for this concert!
Good trio (Natalie Grant, Sam Wesley and MercyMe) of Christian artists! Soul inspiring music, lyrics and visual effects ! Powerful vocals and musicians that interacted with audience in a moving experience! Would definitely recommend attending this great concert !!
Fantastic music, whole production, sound, singing fantastic, venue great
My 22 yr old granddaughter was with us. She is struggling after her mom’s (my daughter) death this year. So many songs and comments included struggles. God is our anchor and He can be trusted even if we can’t see the whys.
This was an amazing concert. Loved the music, videos, and humor!
I have been to maybe 18 to 20 concerts in my 66 years! This is the best and most powerful I have been part of...except for Third Day in 2008! I was truly Blessed!
All 3 bands were superb. Parking to admission went smooth. Seats were great although chairs were uncomfortable and too close together. But we really enjoyed the evening.
Sound was way too loud at times, but really enjoyed the music and the message. Mercy Me was GREAT!!! Their acoustic numbers were awesome. Looking forward to their next tour. But please, control the volume next time…
What a gifted inspiring band! They all sang with heart filled joy! They got the whole crowd involved. It was wonderful to see the diverse age group that attended. I deeply appreciated the old hymns that we all sang along to in between their popular written songs. I got the privilege to sit by a family with their children, adopted children and foster children at the concert. Their mother explained that she had received tickets from MercyMe after writing to them about wanting to bring her family to the concert. Thank you for a GREAT concert experience!
I so love Mercy Me. Every show is so different and so joyful. Wonderful music and experience.
The concert was awe inspiring! This was my first Christian concert. I’ve never felt so much love for Jesus and unity with people in one place in my life. MercyMe was amazing!
Love Mercy Me! They were awesome! Also loved having Sam Wesley & Natalie Grant, they were also awesome.
This is the best concert I've ever been to. The only thing is I didn't find where I could buy CD's, but I will welcome seeing the concert again.
