MercyMe has been releasing hits in the Christian rock genre since 2001, when "I Can Only Imagine" caught the attention of the public and became the most requested song on a mainstream station in Texas. Despite the band's success on conventional radio stations, the majority of ticket buyers expect MercyMe's concert tours to be religion oriented, and they are not disappointed. Fans who attended the Rock & Worship Roadshow in 2013 described the tour as uplifting and filled with spiritual hits that included "Word of God Speak,” “All of Creation” and "You Don’t Care At All." The latter song is from the 2012 album The Hurt & the Healer, which reached No. 1 on the Christian Albums Billboard chart.
Millard formed MercyMe with Jim Bryson and Mike Scheuchzer in Oklahoma, and after releasing independently, MercyMe signed with INO Records in 2001. Their first album earned the 2x Platinum certification from the RIAA after "I Can Only Imagine" won two Dove Awards. On 2002's Spoken For, which peaked at No. 2 on the Christian Albums chart, the title track was the most successful. 2004's Undone brought with it hits like "Here with Me," "Homesick" and "In the Blink of an Eye." 2006's Coming Up to Breathe was nominated for a Grammy, due to hit singles like "Bring the Rain," "So Long Self" and "Hold Fast." All That Is Within Me was released in 2007, with "God With Us" reaching No. 1 on the Christian Songs Billboard chart. 2010 saw the release of The Generous Mr. Lovewell, while 2012's The Hurt & The Healer featured "You Are I Am" and the title track as the most popular songs. MercyMe has plans to continue its tour for The Hurt & the Healer album in 2014.

Our group THOROUGHLY enjoyed the concert. Best ever. Seating was great as well as ticket pricing. And the added opportunity to purchase parking in the garage was a huge plus. We hope to see them, as well as other groups, again at your venue!.
They are extremely talented, extremely personable and extremely Christ driven!!! They are pleasing to listen to however it is the way they “get into your heart” that’s most important. It was an evening with laughter and with heartfelt tears of gratitude!!! We have been to several of their concerts and look forward to going to more!!!
This was the best concert, I have ever attended this year. My fourth. Can't get any better than that. Love Mercy Me.
Mercy Me was fantastic! So glad we went. Our two boys (10 and 13) also had a great time. They are so talented and personable. Loved every song. The venue on the other hand could stand improvement. It took forever to park, the parking garage was a sheet of ice on the top level (worried someone might fall), concessions were worse than a little league game, the majority of staff we asked didn’t know exactly where our seats were, had to ask at least 5 people, signage was not helpful. However the quality of the performance made it all worthwhile. Would love to see Mercy Me again.
The Entire night was AMAZING!... Just wasn't a "Concert". It was a NIGHT OF WORSHIP! God's presence Flooded the Atmosphere and the Hearts of People! Including MINE! Lighting and Sound was AMAZING! Parking was easy! We LOVE Elliot Hall of Music at Purdue AND Mercy Me for there Heart to share the Gospel through Music!
Excellent concert. Mercy Me was amazing as always. Love the interaction with the audience. Excellent song choices. Just love their concerts. This was my daughter and my 3rd time seeing them in concert. Natalie Grant was incredible…she has an amazing voice.

2 big things- the location of the parking lot was a lot farther from the venue than it looked on the map and 2-you need a better view of the venue as far as picking seats. I didn’t realize it was in the 2nd balcony and they have no elevators. The venue itself was fine but they need railings for people that can’t get around well. I was very thankful that a nice young man saw me struggling and held my hand all the way up the stairs and waited for me outside of the bathroom and walked me back to my seat.
We were able to park close to the building in handicap parking which we appreciated. We were then completely surprised that we were given accommodations to be seated on the 1st floor. Our tickets were for the balcony and we purchased them without knowing that there are no elevators. We missed that information. We were going to do our best and make it but the kind people checking tickets had us wait to the side. They said that they were going to look for seats on the 1st floor. We really thought that at that point (party of 4) would be separated. But to our surprise we were given seats in the 6th row to the side. This made our night even better. What could had been a huge challenge, turned into a blessing. I hope this is done for every concert held at Elliot Hall. Thank you so much!
They played all of my favorite songs and I loved it. Skip Natalie Grant warmup. She ruins every song by trying to show off her voice. She seems in love with her own voice
Mercy Me did their usual outstanding performance. I particularly enjoyed the acoustic section. The graphics that accompted the music was very well done. It was nice to meet Bart's son. Only problem I had was the blaring volume used on Natalie Grant's opening set. Way to loud to the point you could not hear the beauty of her voice.
Absolutely an amazing concert. Want to see them again! The crowd was super charged!
It was my first Christian concert and it was so special! The music was amazing and the group is really funny! I enjoyed the jokes. We even signed up to sponsor a child in Honduras!

One of the best concerts I've been to in a while. Opening acts were great and Mercy Me was icing on the cake!! Been wanting to see them for a while now and they didn't disappoint. Venue with sound and light was great too.
Wish I could do it all over again. Uplifting. Heart warming. Just so much fun.
We absolutely had a wonderful time.And just loved all of the concert, every performer did a wonderful job.And we could understand and hear them perfectly.We would definitely do it again.In an instant.The praise time was wonderful love praising God all the time.

I have seen Mercy Me a total of 6 times now, and I can say they never disappoint. They bring so much energy to the stage with both their presence and their music! Natalie Grant & Sam Wesley opened for them this time and they were amazing also!! The entire concert was a huge worship service done through music coupled with a really great revival! God is Good!!! I will continue to buy tickets to their concerts over and over again!! THANK YOU MERCY ME FOR A SUPER GREAT NIGHT OF WORSHIP!!!
