  • Phenomenal!

by Stacie on 10/18/25Rating: 5 out of 5

I attended the show in Chicago! My best friend and I flew from different cities to Chicago for a girls weekend. We had an amazing time! I have read lots of reviews that said the show was underwhelming. Our show in Chicago was amazing! So much positive energy and fun! I loved every minute! Mel is personable, funny and so honest. I loved her daughter’s involvement and loved to see how they worked through their relationship struggles and shared with us.

  • Did not meet my expectation

by Louise on 5/21/25Beacon Theatre - New YorkRating: 1 out of 5

While waiting to enter we were given a little swag bag which contained a little journal/note pad and a pen. Thinking that this would be used during the night, my excitement grew. The space was dark the entire time, which didn’t allow to take notes, without the cumbersome use of your flashlight on your phone while in the space. The evening turned out to be more of a performance rather than an inspiring and rejuvenating evening. For the majority of the audience, they know her story… the where and how she began as well as the origin of the Let Them theory- a good portion of her performance was sharing this already known story. I left unmoved and deflated. My expectations were very different from what was performed. The addition of her daughters was nice but not an addition I appreciated or valued. I’ll try to continue to listen to her podcasts and follow her on social media, but very doubtful that I would ever attend a live speaking engagement. It seemed the folks around me were also disappointed with the evening.

  • Love Mel - I was hoping for more

by DJ on 5/20/25The Chicago Theatre - ChicagoRating: 3 out of 5

Mel is always great & personable. The show was entertaining, and if you want a book tour conversation that focuses on the info you read, that's exactly what it was. Personally, I wished she would have discussed tips on how to handle different situations or elaborate on techniques that were mentioned in the book. Saying Let Them is easy . . .guidance/new ideas/conversations around the Let Me part would have been great to hear more of.

  • Big let down

by Disappointed in my. on 5/19/25Beacon Theatre - New YorkRating: 1 out of 5

Not Mel's best work. Nothing useful gleaned. Disorganized. Two daughters played a major role for some reason? Bait and switch -not what people were there for.

  • Love her didn’t love the show

by Me on 5/19/25Beacon Theatre - New YorkRating: 3 out of 5

She (and her daughter) gave it a lot and put on quite a show. I think that’s what I didn’t love about it. Too performative. I get/got so much more from the book and the podcast. There were a couple prompts that were good to hear. This is the year I will… And Do the thing you think you can’t. And Having a reminder of the 5-4-3-2-1

  • Awesome

The show exceeded my expectations. And I had high expectations after doing Launch! There was a lot of positivity and energy. Traveling too & from NYC was challenging to say the least but oh my so worth it!

  • NOW LET ME

by katrynan on 5/19/25Beacon Theatre - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

I brought my mom for mothers day to see Mel and it was such an amazing experience to see Mel on stage with her daughter. As a 20 something i felt so seen and understood even though the typical demo might be a bit older. My mom had a blast as well and it was heart warming to see her have so much fun. Would 100% recommend seeing Mel Robbins if you ever get the chance and of course Read the Let Them Theory. :)

  • Disappointing and felt like the wrong demo

by Nothing like the book Let Them on 5/19/25Beacon Theatre - New YorkRating: 2 out of 5

I was initially very excited to see Mel Robbins in person, but upon seeing her, I felt that she appealed to a much younger audience (20-30) as she had both of her daughters accompany her on stage to share their experiences. My expectation was that she would refer to strategies mentioned in the book, and how to apply them to every day life....which was not done. I also thought that there would have been interaction with the audience, which this was also not done. I'll stick to her pod casts and books!

  • Waste of time and money

by Ljay on 5/18/25Rating: 1 out of 5

I was really looking forward to this event however I was extremely disappointed. A long time was spent telling stories that I've heard multiple times from Mel's other programs or events (like the origin of the five second rule) and then the two daughters played a major role, which was not what anyone was there for. Seemed disorganized. Love mel but this was pretty much a disaster.

  • Yay ❤️

Was a very inspirational and funny show. Mel (and family) delivered. Thank you, Mel! ❤️
