    Fantastic

by Monigirl317 on 2/9/20August Wilson Theatre - New York

The show was absolutely amazing! Awesome singing talents, & dancing!! Great use of props, stage background screens and costumes!! Told the story through dialogue and songs, with funny jokes, and without dragging!! My daughter and I love love loved it!! We waited outside to see Cameron Dallas, who was my daughters crush when she was in middle school and while there a few of the talented performers signed our playbills and took pictures. They were all very nice. We had second row seats in the mezzanine which were great seats, but my daughter forgot her glasses, and everything was blurry for her, so we will definitely be going back again soon.

Incredible show, minus one little detail...

by sputz on 2/7/20August Wilson Theatre - New York

This is my second time seeing Mean Girls on Broadway and I absolutely LOVE the show! It’s the perfect mix of comedy with an incredible soundtrack. The only drawback, however, was the choice to cast Cameron Dallas as Aaron Samuels. I don’t know what the reasoning behind this choice was, but given the fact that he cannot sing nor dance, I would say it was to attract his large following. Casting him was a terribly poor choice and does an absolute disservice to people that pay to see the show.

    New cast good not great

by fur on 2/4/20August Wilson Theatre - New York

Significant drop off in talent compared to the OBC. Rapp is good, but Louderman was unbelievable. Really missed Ericka Henningsen who is spectacular. And whoever decided to let the whoever Dallas YouTube kid guest star ought to be fired... the kid can't sing. Kyle Selig is so much better. Fortunately, Kate Rockwell, Barrett Wilbert Weed, Grey Henson and Cheech Manohar were still there to save the show. OBC Mean Girls was 5+ stars, a top 3 show on broadway. The current production needs to step it up or their time on broadway will be short.

    Hysterical

by M. on 2/2/20August Wilson Theatre - New York

Mean Girls was a hysterical musical but really had a good message for high school aged even middle school kids today. Kids forgot how to be leaders and not followers.....it’s an easy trap especially with all the different types of bullying throw social media and directly.

    Great show with funny commentary

by RoadWarrior2019 on 1/31/20August Wilson Theatre - New York

Bought tickets for our family of four. The show is definitely more "adult" themed with some of it's references but the over 13-15 crowd knows more than a parent wants. The leads were ALL great and the show is very funny. Seats are tight "we were second row mezzanine stage left" but there doesn't seem to be a bad view in the house. There's a swag counter on the Mezzanine level if you want to skip the enormous line on the first floor. As a dad, it was a fun show, funnier than the movie and a great time for the entire family.

by A. D. on 1/29/20August Wilson Theatre - New York

Loved the stage and choreography. The cast was fantastic. My daughters were thrilled to see Cameron; his efforts were...valiant...he’s definitely a draw for that demographic. Thanks for a great memory!

    Better than expected

by Danielle on 1/27/20August Wilson Theatre - New York

Took my 8 1/2 year old daughter and we loved it. A few parts, as expected, that were too mature for her but overall a great time and easy for her to follow. The cast was amazing!

Mean Girls not for Senior Citizen Males

by pat on 1/26/20August Wilson Theatre - New York

I enjoyed Mean Girls. My husband did not. It paled in comparison to Moulin Rouge the night before.

    Eh

by Broadway Lover on 1/26/20August Wilson Theatre - New York

Good but not great show. I took my 11 year old daughter who enjoyed it, but it is just okay. There were some funny parts but other than that no other emotions were awakened. If you miss this show you didn’t miss much.

    Amazing show/don't miss it!

by D. T. on 1/21/20August Wilson Theatre - New York

The singing and dancing is amazing, and the set design is incredible. The constantly moving parts and changing images is truly outstanding. So creative, so fresh. The talent in this show is real. The message of this show is beyond necessary! You will walk away singing and happy, with hope in your heart that we CAN make this world a better place .... Highly recommend -- but maybe not for 12 and under.
