Maxi Priest's performance was excellent. It was my first time seeing him live and would definitely go back. There was some issues with the sound quality however. It was not set up very well, and was echoing and not very clear, like what you would expect at a concert.
Maxi Priest is one of the greatest performers ever. His music transcends current genre. It was always my dream to see him perform and looking forward to seeing him again
The show was awesome! Maxi Priest was energetic, fun and in great vocal shape. About 30 minutes into the show the fire alarms went off. We were evacuated while the building was checked. The sensors were tripped by dust so everything was ok. After that the show was great. Loved JJ Sansaverino on guitar, as well as the other musicians. Fun night
It was off the chain meaning it was banging meaning it was a 5 star performance and i really like the up and close performance and the mirimar joint was very nice clean i really enjoyed it my girl and i really really had a nice time keep up the good work *****
I was so excited to see maxi Priest. Not only did he sound great - he was awesome with the audience. I would have loved for the show to be longer (he has a bazillion songs!) but it was great. I left the concert happy and pooped from dancing all night!
Can’t wait until Maxi Priest comes around again. One of the best reggae artist since the 80’s and still as good as ever. Highly recommended!
First time seeing MAXI PRIEST and I was thoroughly pleased with the whole show. It was quite warm in there but that was not his issue.
The Concert was Wonderful as Maxie Priest always bring it and the Opening Act was good as well but it was the Hottest Day of the Summer and the Air Conditioning system wasn't working. The Performers were Professional and still did their thing anyway.
The performance started later than expected, but still good vibes. Maxi Priest’s performance was fire. His voice sounds the same live as it does on his albums. Maybe even better live. He sung all my faves. And made me love him even though he is much older than me.
It was amazing; I enjoyed every minute of the show. Maxi was on top of his game.
Did enjoy the venue and concert over all. However, the fact that Maxi was a hour late and no explanation was given or acknowledged was not impressive. A "thanks for being patient, now let's get the party started' would have gone a long way. I like his "older" music from the 1990's. I understand the new age "re-mix" (Reggae rap in the middle of his old hits), but I didn't care for it as much. I'm a purest. Appreciated that the restaurant gave a discount with concert ticket. And, parking garage was convenient. The whole area was a fun place full of shops, eateries, activities, etc. Wished there had been some Maxi Priest merchandise for purchase. I would go back. Wear comfortable shoes, standing in place for hours takes it toll.
I had a fabulous time at the Maxi Priest Concert, It was a pleasure meeting him again.
I really enjoyed the performance. The seating was limited but didn't notice until I stopped dancing.
Maxi Priest’s music reminds me of great 90’s memories!
Never been to House of Blues before so I didn't know what to expect and was much impressed with the venue. Maxie Priest put on a great show. Thank you Maxie. Had a great time.

Maxi Priest is an amazing artist. Concert was fabulous and meeting him after made the evening even more special. The man has an amazing vibe that radiates around him.
