  • Would have been awesome, but

by Michele on 10/24/25Honda Center - AnaheimRating: 3 out of 5

We had wonderful seats, just one row up from floor. The only reason for the three stars is we couldn’t understand half of what was said. The volume was so loud, the echo made it extremely difficult to understand what was being said. The few times he spoke softer or slower, what I could understand was funny. Too bad, I really enjoy his comedy.

  • Good show

  • Great experience

by Anthony on 10/23/25Honda Center - AnaheimRating: 5 out of 5

This was my 2nd time at Matt's show. This time was jsut as good as the last time, but his jokes were even better This time around. The venue was also pretty cool. The free parking and or parking included with ur ticket was such a amazing surprise, honda stadium was so dope for that, like finding parking was easy and they had 20k people seeing him that night. Having a parking paid in the ticket is genius, so they dont make huge lines to scan or pay for parking... it was all a really good experience. We got the cheaper tickets but the way the stadium is build u really dont have to spend more. Only thing that tucked we couldnt record anything.

  • It was AWESOMELY FUN!

by Paulie V on 10/22/25Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 5 out of 5

Matt Rife is truly hilarious! I loved the no cell phone policy so that the audience could fully enjoy the fun ride that is a Matt Rife performance. His crowd-work is always fun, but I see a lot of that on YouTube. It was nice to see him do other types of material. I especially enjoyed his recounting of a special time in Amsterdam. If you know, you know.

  • Matt Rife is a must see!

by Jess on 10/22/25Honda Center - AnaheimRating: 5 out of 5

If you like raunchy, dark comedy, Matt Rife is your man! I could definitely see him being as big as Dave Chappell, so funny and so smooth (and hot!).

  • Great show!

by Jack on 10/22/25Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 5 out of 5

Three great comedians. They were all top tier performers. Matt Rife interacts well with his audience.

  • It was really good! And moments were great.

by MattFan on 10/22/25Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 4 out of 5

I’ve watched everything Matt Rife that I could get my hands on. And I felt like he was good!! And moments were great!! But it wasn’t great overall. And he wasn’t on the stage for that long. That was a little bit of a disappointment. Still, love him!!!

  • 3.5 Stars

by Keg Master on 10/22/25Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 3 out of 5

The show was funny. The venue was cool. The show started 30 minutes late on a Sunday night which sucked. I had a two hour drive ahead of me and work at 8:00am. So I had to leave the show early. The crowd work which he is known for wasn't that great. He choose people to speak to that were obviously disabled and there stories were sad. The more he spoke to them the worse their life stories got and it did not make for good comedy. Overall, it was a good show. The first part on his set was funny and the openers were funny, especially the second comedian.

  • Not as good as I thought

by Hard worker on 10/22/25Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 3 out of 5

The venue was fine. Leaving the parking lot was crazy. I enjoyed the show, but to be honest, it felt as though Matt ended a bit too soon. Seemed like he was annoyed. He said there was more than when he commented on people getting up, that it looked like they were leaving. He then said, ok, pictures, took a fast picture, then was gone. I think it was too short.

  • Absolutely Hilarious, Best Show Ever!

by LoLo on 10/22/25Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 5 out of 5

By far the best comedy show I have ever been too! Not only were both openers/host absolutely funny but Matt Rife did not disappoint. I was worried that all the internet clips might be all he had, and was I wrong. He is super talented and funny and knows how to work off the fly when addressing the crowd! The venue at Shoreline Amphitheater was perfect and pretty much from anywhere you could see the stage! I cannot believe how one person can fill the stage, but Matt did it and I look forward to see him again in the future!

  • Wasted money

by Stagehand on 10/22/25Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 1 out of 5

I’m a stagehand and worked that morning building your video wall, bought my family and I tickets, Matt came on Late and I didn’t even get to see him because I had to check in to load out his show, not happy I wasted the money!!!

  • Fun night with the likeminded individuals

by Kenzie on 10/22/25Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 5 out of 5

We sat on the lawn and as always it’s a great experience. It was a funny show and I hope we can rewatch some of the jokes later on posted online.

  • Better off watching videos

by NC on 10/22/25Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 2 out of 5

This was the second time seeing him, saw him last year in Oakland. Wasn’t overly impressed then but figured I would give it another go since his videos online are so funny. I felt as though he does his best when he does crowd work and he wasn’t able to do too much of that at such a big venue. The jokes were ok but not nearly as good as his smaller venues with crowd work. Don’t think I would go again to a big venue.

  • Even Better in Person

by Claire G on 10/22/25Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 5 out of 5

We can all see his videos online, but it’s even more fun to see Matt Rife in person. Yes ladies, he is good looking, but also funny as hell! He brought some great openers - introduced me to Adam Ray and I’m thankful. He gave us a good show and it was really catered to the Bay Area too. He respected our time on a week night - and I can always appreciate that. Good vibes and lots of laughter - highly recommend :)! Enjoy!!

  • Great night out!

by Denise on 10/22/25Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain ViewRating: 5 out of 5

I could’ve stayed another two hours! Holding off to start until the majority of folks were in the amphitheater, classy move. Not cutting the sets short because of traffic, delays, etc., also classy. Opening ax both were talented people that I would be interested in seeing more of, a good balanced set of laugh makers. Matt was great. Suggestive, current, played to the local crowd, did all the things we love him for. Personally loved how he stopped to just talk to us, not just do crowd work, but actually talk to us about how he does what he does.

  • Matt rife

by wendy on 10/21/25Honda Center - AnaheimRating: 5 out of 5

He is hot and funny .the show was great and perfect.

  • Show was great, venue not so much

by Tiana on 10/21/25Honda Center - AnaheimRating: 5 out of 5

The show was great, the venue was too big and the screens were too small. For a comedian you need to see facial expressions and body language. We were in 419 N 1&2, the "big screen"was so small we could barely tell that it was Matt Rife. Aside from hearing his voice and know who we were there to see, we would not have recognized the comedian. Also the seats were super small (narrow) I set my Margherita in the cup holder and when I sat down my hips grazed the salt on the rim! And I'm not a big girl. No leg room, knees the entire show. Not a good venue for a comedy show! I will be sticking to the intimacy of the improves from now on..

  • HYSTERICAL!

by Suz on 10/21/25Honda Center - AnaheimRating: 5 out of 5

What an incredible experience. Matt did not disappoint. He’s was raunchy, inappropriate & politically incorrect. Everything I love. The merch line went fast and was very organized. The ENTIRE staff at the Honda Center were awesome! The elevator man, concession stands, security & attendants were very courteous. Thank you for one of the best nights of my life!

  • Amazing

    by Tesa2426 on 10/21/25Honda Center - AnaheimRating: 5 out of 5

Matt Rife was amazing at the Honda Center! The venue itself was wonderful as well things moved along very quickly and smoothly. I definitely will look at seeing someone else there.
