MATT MAHER IN CONCERT:
Singer and composer Matt Maher’s worshipful performances are infused with personal storytelling as much as they are with praise. His sweeping songs are pieces for reflection, but rather than get mired in introspection, they veer towards the energetic, encouraging passionate participation from audience members. While his meaningful and profound music appeals to contemporary Christians of all ages, it truly resonates with a new generation of believers in need of spiritual renewal.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Canadian born singer-songwriter Matt Maher found his musical calling upon relocating to Phoenix, Arizona, when he received a graduate jazz scholarship to study at the University of Arizona. He earned his way through school playing piano in hotel bars and fully developed the great breadth of his talent. He released three records on the small Spirit and Song label before inking a deal with Sony's Essential Records for his 2008 major label debut Empty and Beautiful. Since then he has performed for popes and mass revivals and released three more full-lengths that all charted as top ten Billboard Christian Albums.

Audrey Assad has a beautiful voice with beautiful songs and was entertaining, though I preferred Matt Maher's performances. He was upbeat, funny, and got the audience involved! Great show!!

Audrey Assad was not treated as an opening act and then thrown aside. She was integrated in the night and it made for an extremely seamless show and very enjoyable. Audrey Assad has the best voice I have ever heard.

The Concert was absolutely awesome! Matt is an outstanding artist and Audrey has a very beautiful voice. My wife and I had a great time and it flew by in a flash!

This was my first concert but it was amazing! Matt Maher really engaged the audience! Audrey Assad was very simple but it showed how natural her talent was! Overall, a wonderful concert with two great artists!

Paise & worshiping the Matt Maher.....................the best time of my life. One of the favorite moments was when I had an opportunity to meet and take a photo with Matt. What a true gentleman. I had the opportunity to see Chris Tomlin in Albuquerque, NM earlier this year and his concert was incredible. Matt Maher and Chris Tomlin concerts tie for my favorites of the year. I am truly blessed by the best!!!!!
