Marc Anthony Concert Schedule and Tour
New York native Marc Anthony, born Marco Antonio Muniz to Puerto Rican parents, is the top-selling salsa artist of all time and has wowed fans across the globe for 20-plus years. In 2013 Anthony released 3.0, his first album of new salsa material in almost a decade. He spent the second half of 2013 on his "Vivir Mi Vida" world tour, refocusing his concert setlists on upbeat salsa material and creating a party-like atmosphere for fans who bought tickets. Anthony released his debut album, "When the Night Is Over," in 1991, and immediately found success when its single "Ride on the Rhythm" topped Billboard's dance music charts. In the years that followed, he released a mix of English- and Spanish-language albums, occasionally crossing into the pop mainstream but always keeping a foot in his salsa roots. It's been a wildly successful route, resulting in more than 30 million albums sold worldwide, a pair of Grammy Awards, and three Latin Grammy Awards.
Marc is awesome, very proud to be puertorriqueño when I see a show like that!!
I have been Marc's fans for years and it was my first and I think last time in the USA, I had already seen him in Latin American countries. The concert disappointed me, many ballads and little salsa and movement. I didn't like the song repertoire either.
Growing up I've always wanted to see Marc Anthony's performance live. I couldn't afford it when I was younger but i saw him perform in an HBO special (remember those, do they still have them?) anyhow, this was the opportunity! To my dismay, he started his show 1.5 hours, yes, one hour and 30 minutes LATE! The show time schedule was 8-10. He arrived at 9:30. He barely sang about 1.5 minutes of each song. Had the audience sing in between each line and stretched as much as he could with guitar and piano solos. After each song the light would be turned off for about 20-30 seconds. I get it, they have to rest. But a seasoned performer that LOVES what they do tells a story, entertains, fills the gap, drink water, I don't know. At times you could not hear his voice over the music and audience. I was so disappointed and left such disregard as a fan that I could not take it and left around 10:20. Really disappointed.
Awesome show, Marc Anthony is incredible!! Unfortunately the opening comedian was not at the level expected for this incredible performance. Could not wait for that guy to leave the stage.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been a Marc Anthony fan! Growing up I used to say he was my husband. Whenever his songs came on in the car, noone else could sing his songs when they came on the radio. I think the show was amazing. His vocals are incomparable. I wish he would have done more songs. I’d definitely go see him again in person. <3
It was my first time being at a Marc Anthony concert and I would go again, I had a super spectacular time
The concert was supposed to start at 8pm . Marc anthony didn't come out until 930pm then closed it at 1045pm! Really won't ever go to another concert of his!!!
Marc Anthony was in good voice but the concert was very short in comparison to others. He has such a large body of work that 13 songs made me feel short changed. I also wasn’t thrilled about the song choice. Despite my complaints, I’m a huge fan and this was my 4th time seeing him.
Started 2.5 hours late No energy Short concert Awful choice of songs
I've been wanting to go to see Marc Anthony in concert for a long time (eventhough I've seem him before). But it was dissapointing how he sounded that night. I understand he's a human and as a one, can get sick, tired, etc. But if that was the case, cancel or postpone it. His fans paid a lot of money to see him.
I love Marc Anthony i’ve seen him a ton of times in New York and other places, but this go around concert was too short, and I felt like it was rushed and he could’ve played for longer very disappointed with all the money that I spentbut
It was easy with the tickets coming in coming out. It was very organized out of great time.
Has a great time. Marc anthony is favorite ❤️ of all time had amazing time. And my seats were amazing so close
The performance started late it was suppose to be 8:00 he didn't come out until 9:20 it only lasted 1 hour and a half sadly sad kind of disappointed for that reason i thought it would of ended at 12:00 at least because he perform late .
I'm a huge Marc Anthony fan and this was my 2nd time taking my grandmother who is now 98 years old. His shows always makes us feel like we're family. He never disappoints! His team was so good to her and showed her so much love. Thanks also to the team at the Kia Center for taking care of us as well.
Delay ...The concert had begun with 1h20 late... Thz show was amazing... but as a lot of Big stars Marc Anthony was not generous with the public, everything is programmed and he don't stay 10 minutes more. Apart from that, the concert was really good
First time attending Marc Anthony concert and it was an amazing experience!
Marc Anthony always puts on a show! Never disappoints! Great from beginning to end!
It Was amazing, I would definitely see him again. Thanks to Rumba i got see Marc Anthony.
I have seen MA in concert several times and he had always exceeded my expectations. This concert was a 2 in a 1-10 scale. The concert was very low energy. There were more ballads and slow songs than salsa. I only stood up to dance one during the entire concert. The turning off the lights in between the songs was a turn off and killed the mood. MA looked tired and seemed really uninterested in being there.
