  • Best version of Mama Mia I've seen!

by Papa Peoples on 7/27/24The Orpheum Theatre Memphis - MemphisRating: 5 out of 5

I saw the show on Broadway a couple of times, and have seen a couple of tours of the show. But this particular cast and version of the show was the most entertaining I have ever seen. Bravo! šŸ‘

  • Disappointed

by MM on 7/26/24The Orpheum Theatre Memphis - MemphisRating: 3 out of 5

I have seen Mamma Mia play 4 times and this was the most disappointing production I have seen. Casting was marginal. Sets were totally uninspiring!

  • Leave smiling!!

This show is a feel good production. My daughter and I said after it was over that you can’t leave it without a smile on your face. The sing and dance along was the icing on the cake!!

  • Still THE Dancing Queen

by Erly R on 7/26/24The Orpheum Theatre Memphis - MemphisRating: 4 out of 5

A very energetic touring group! Strong (if not sometimes too loud) vocals, but the right amount of energy to make one forget any (if any) shortcomings. A great supporting cast with over-the-top acrobatics to show they're able to do anything else the Tony World has to offer! ABBA music doesn't fail and from looking around the theater, still appeals to every generation. This production will have everyone on their feet before show's end and you'll "watch that scene, digging the dancing queen"!

We all thought it was great, the singers were all really good and such a good job telling the story. See it.

  • Momma Mia - Embassy in Ft. Wayne, IN - Fabulous show!!

by Reb on 6/3/24Embassy Theatre - Fort WayneRating: 5 out of 5

Excited to see Momma Mia, especially due to Nicko Diprimio being in the cast, at the Embassy in Ft. Wayne, IN. Full house, with not a seat empty in the theater, that I could see. Energy level high as patrons dressed for the occasion swinging to Abba songs as the cast danced and sang with vocals right on tune and pitch. Festive esthetics radiated as it was hard to contain the desire to dance and swing the arms, hips and tap the feet, reacting to all the electric vibes of the cast and fellow on lookers. Friends shared they forgot how funny the musical/ movie was as the hilarious scenes continued to unfurl. A MUST see in every theater across the country and the pond. An event for the entire family, sure to bring lots of laughter and fun for all. Mark your calendars for multiple locations and enjoy the festivities of the cast and hard-working crew. LOVED IT!!!!

This show was so awesome. So much talent. Comedy mixed with beautiful voices. So entertaining.

  • Great performers, terrible sound board operator

by Alan on 6/1/24Embassy Theatre - Fort WayneRating: 3 out of 5

Great performers who were hampered by the worst sound board operator I've ever witnessed. The volume mismatch between the singing performers and the sound track was just unacceptable. The first two songs you could hardly hear the vocals, it got marginally better as the show went on. We left after the intermission as they still couldn't seem to get it right. First show in 30 years where i felt cheated for going.

  • For husbands

by Zemat on 6/1/24Embassy Theatre - Fort WayneRating: 5 out of 5

My wife loved it! I’m not in to musicals, nor have I seen the movie. But this was a very entertaining performance. The singing, acting, and humor was on point. For a man who isn’t in to musicals or ā€œchick flicksā€ I give it a thumbs up, and say to the husbands to treat your lady to a date at this show.
