by Dean on 9/25/24Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts - GreensboroRating: 5 out of 5

It was a fantastic show! The actors/singers were all excellent. It's still hard to believe we have such great off-Broadway shows in such an amazing venue right here in the Triad.

  • Entertaining

I’ve had seen several versions of MaMa Mia in the past, starting with New York, then in Las Vegas, and a small theater in Hilton Head SC. This production was very updated to today’s times. The performers were excellent, the props could have been a little more professional found them to be something you find in a high school performance. All in all found it to be entertaining and fun.

  • Great singing, dancing & comedy. Great night out

by Multi Season Symphony Pops Ticket Holder on 9/21/24Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts - GreensboroRating: 5 out of 5

The production of Mama Mia was "Super Duper."The talent on stage was Broadway WOW. Costumes were colorful, wild and out of this world. Singing was perfection. Everyone deserves a Tony award. Two areas to improve. #1 - Parking in the Greene Street Deck is great, however many cars are not parking within the yellow lines, therefore not allowing cars to use all spaces. This is specific. As someone with a handicap, there were at least 5 parking spaces we were unable to park in. There is an area designated for handicap guests. I would suggest a sign next to the Parking Deck entry reminding cars to be within the yellow lines when parking. #2 - The Tanger Center in Greensboro, NC is a beautiful venue for all Symphony Pops and Broadway productions. However, the flooring reminds of an older movie theater with dried spilled soda. It is sticky, noisy, and annoying when dancing, entering and exiting the Tanger Center. It would require maintenance - but this will not stop me from returning to the Tanger Center. Great! Wonderful experience.

Mamma Mia is a must see. There are many funny moments, the actors are amazing, and the vocals are top notch! When you think the show is over, the curtain call becomes a fun dance party! My daughter and I loved the show and we will definitely come to see it again when it comes back to Memphis!
