Maks & Val on Tour
Sometimes there's a special communication between siblings that can almost seem like a form of telepathy, and that's the kind of connection brothers Maks & Val have when they take the stage together to display their dance expertise. In their live performances, the pair — whom the public came to adore through their long tenure on TV's Dancing with the Stars — combine their fleet-footed moves with eye-catching visuals that dovetail perfectly with the brothers' sense of style. And when Maks & Val bring their respective spouses, Peta Murgatroyd and Jenna Johnson, on stage as their dance partners, it takes the brilliant, storytelling choreography to a whole other level. Who are Maks & Val?
Maksim and Valentin Chmerkovskiy — better known as Maks & Val — are celebrities of the popular dance world. The brothers were born in Ukraine, where ballroom dance was part of their school curriculum, and they relocated to Brooklyn, New York, as children. After competitive ballroom careers, the duo rose to mainstream fame through Dancing with the Stars. Over the years they've been seen everywhere from Broadway to the Netflix series Fuller House, performing styles from Latin to swing, all with contemporary flair. But starting with the second season of DWTS, Maks & Val danced their way into the hearts of millions with their deft and dynamic style. They were on the show for an incredible 14 seasons. Since then, the suave siblings have been taking their terpsichorean skills straight to the public in a live setting, on tours that allow them to show off their passion and precision on stage, as the palpable energy in the room bounces back and forth between Maks & Val and their delighted audiences.
This show was absolutely amazing. I love how they were able to weave their personal stories into dance. Their love for each other runs deep...amazing humans!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so lucky I was able to attend.
This show was wonderful. Polished, seamless, fun and exciting. The best "DWTS" shows ever! Don't miss it.

I was so moved by the personal touch on their show. Learning their story made me feel that I was a part of their family. The whole show was great from start to finish....I am so glad I went.
Great show, dancing was great, loved seein dancers from both dancing with the stars and so yo think you can dance. Fun show for all ages!

By far THE BEST show my friend and I have been to at Comerica! It was personal, revealing, and the dancing impeccable. I hope they return next year. We can't stop talking about it and didn't want it to end.
An emotional, entertaining, fun, truthful show which I truly enjoyed!! I have never seen anything like this before! Family is important, and it was special to get to know theirs!
Val, Peta, and Max did an amazing job in their recent performance of Confidential. Confidentially, I would recommend you see it. Not to be missed.
It was very disappointing--too much interpretative dance and sexual movements. Some is ok but should not dominate. Had a hard time staying awake.Drove in from out of town, stayed in a hotel--not worth it.
I am recommending only if you like Maks, Val and Peta. I liked them and that's why I went. However, It was about their lives and there was a lot of video of family life. I just thought there was too much video and not enough dancing. Intermission came after 45 minutes. With all that video they should not have been tired. My seat cost over $100 and that was a bit much.
Three of my favorite Dancing With The Stars professionals on the same stage? A no brainer! All of my expectations were met. It was a wonderful testament to family plus the most entertaining dance show I've seen. Highly recommend this production to anyone who enjoys a rollicking evening out with amazing dancers and a truly beautiful story.

I'll begin with there was a lot to like about the show. The dancing was great. The storyline woven into the dance show was unique. My disappointment was with the VIP Meet & Greet experience. I'm comparing it with Dancing with the Stars Meet and Greet. We felt rushed through the photo experience. We had a chance to interact and take photos informally with the cast dancers at the Dancing with the Stars Meet & Greet. At this performance it was a brief rushed experience then sit around the lobby for 2 hours for the show. Considering all the empty seats in the VIP area, which people from non VIP seats moved into, it wasn't worth the extra cost to sit there.
I saw the show tonight in San Jose. It was so entertaining. Max, Val and PETA put their heart and soul into their performance. I’m so glad I got to experience this wonderful show.
I had a really good time here. It was fun and entertaining. The chemistry was good between the dancers. It was interesting to learn one of the background dancers is from Akron, Ohio. I liked learning more about the Pros personal lives. I would see them again. It is always exciting seeing them dance in person. The seats were good. You can see really well. We were in the 10th row from the front.
I attended their first show and thought this would be a replica. I was pleasantly pleased to view a show that demonstrated phase 2 of their life; actually of Maks & Peta. The show was enjoyable and entertaining. What a nice surprise to come into the theater and find out...it’s a different show than expected! FABULOUS! Of course, the dancing is EXCEPTIONAL and makes you want to dance just like the pros! :)
Must see when they come to your town! Absolutely a wonderful evening - better than what we were expecting.
