About

Madonna launched her debut tour in 1985 — The Virgin Tour — in the United States and Canada. Shortly thereafter, she toured the world for the first time, embarking in 1987 in support of Who's That Girl. Over the ensuing four decades, Madonna would ignite the world with the most controversial and dynamic pop shows ever mounted, selling out nearly every tour — in its entirety — in seconds. To date, Madonna has performed about 700 shows across 11 concert tours, generating over $1 billion in ticket sales, and is the highest-grossing female touring artist of all time.

    Seen one, seen it all

by MikeCheck12 on 6/5/12Philips Arena - Atlanta, GA

If you've seen one Madonna concert you've seen them all. They're all pretty much identical with a handful of songs interchanged throughout. Slightly entertaining, but boredome enducing if you've seen her previously.

Why Is She NOT Coming To Florida????

by forevermadonna on 2/26/12MIAMI - Miami

I absolutely love Madonna. I have been listening to her music for over 27 years now. She has always stayed at the top of my list as my favorite singer. I have 6 kids ranging from 21 years old to a 1 year old, and my kids know almost all of her songs cause thats what Momma cleans the house to, and road trips my Madonna cd's always come along. I just want to know why now, at the point in my life where I can actually afford to buy a ticket :) she is not even coming to Florida?? I have waited so long to see her in concert. I guess I will make a special trip out of state, because I know there are not gonna be too many more oppurtunities to see her.

Madonna shows are extraordinary and unique

by LauSass on 2/19/12Yankee Stadium - Bronx

I have seen Madonna live 19 times. From the Drowned World Tour, Re Invention Tour, the Confessions Tour, The Sticky & Sweet Tour and the Hard Candy promo show in NYC. I always leave her shows with a burst of energy and a smile that hurts. There isn't a word to describe the feeling of seeing her live. It's always fresh, always new, always unbelievably fantastic and never repetitive. From the moment the show begins to the end, it's a feast for the eyes. Her dancers are the best, her stage always amazing and the visuals on the numerous screens are the newest technology out there. So all I can say is, don't just stand there, let's get to it, buy your tickets or you will miss out on the greatest show of 2012.

    Best concert performer ever

by zivo24 on 2/13/12Several - New York, Las Vegas, Denver

I've been fortunate enough to see 3 of her tour shows (Drowned World, Reinvention and Sticky and Sweet) and have left every single one of them feeling wonderfully shell-shocked by the talent, creativity, artistry and energy. I've gone with people who weren't even fans or who boasted their disdain for her and they always left with a newfound respect for her. She doesn't get the credit she deserves for how artistic she truly is. Her shows are more than a concert. They're an event. They're worth every penny. Go see her in a different city and make a long weekend or mini--vacation out of it . You'll love it!

    Madonna: is Number ONE

by madonnafan4 on 2/9/12Dodger Stadium - Los Angeles

Forget the Imitators . the true queen of Pop is Madonna. This will be my fifth time seeing her in concert and she really knows how to please her long time fans and those who wonder whats she is all about. I recall her Drown World Tour here in LA it was the week of 9/11 and I had a ticet to see her but no one at the time was in a happy mood but she did not cancell her concert for her fans. She stopped halfway to give a moment of silence and she said even tough everyone was feeling shocked and in a sadden mood she was going to give her best in spite of the tragedy to show the world that Americans can pull through even at that sadden period of our history. So I would recommend anyone to see her concerts or just read up on her and see why she is great entertainer

Don't ever pass up a chance to see her!!!

by vwboi1978 on 2/7/12Madison Square Garden - New York City

I've been listening to her since '83. I finally had a chance to go see her perform during her Confessions Tour, opening night, Madison Square Garden. It completely blew me away. Even if you are only familiar with a few songs that you really love of hers, don't ever pass up a chance to see her live. She is a true performer and crowd pleaser.

    Goddess Galore

by JonRoberts on 2/6/12Global - Anywhere

Don't be that person that gets old wondering what Madonna was like... We live in the best generation to experience an Artiste that transcends through generations. An Type of Artiste that comes around several generations apart, if societies lucky. But, There is only ONE QUEEN OF POP and her name is MADONNA. Believe me if I were alive when Marilyn Monroe, James Dean or Elvis was alive, I would try my best to experience their craft live, if only once...

by madonnasworld on 1/31/12Madison Square Garden - New York City

if you are a fan or just a curious concert goer, DO NOT miss Madonna when she comes to your town. If she doesnt come to your town, TRAVEL. It will be the most fun you have all summer, trust me. I have seen madonna live countless times and she puts on a show like no other, not because she is the best dancer or singer but because she gives you her ALL and she captures your Imagination and she feeds off of the crowds energy and love and when you show your love, you will taken on a journey. Nothing compares to Madonna live.

    Long Live The Queen

by HerMadgesty on 2/16/11United Center - Chicago

My first Madonna concert was Drowned World and I have seen every concert since! Words cannot describe the power of her fans, the energy felt when she emerges from behind the curtain, and the overall thrill that encompasses every Madonna concert. She is the queen of reinvention and her concerts are more than just singing, they are events. Trying to decipher everything from the dancers, backdrops, costumes, choreography, set pieces, and not to mention Madonna, is impossible in just one show (she always leaves you wanting more). She creates a world and within that world a story, from beginning to end, she will have you yearning for more. Madonna excels when it comes to performing and no one can outshine her. She is the epitome of an icon, dancer, singer, performer, diva, the world will ever know. If you have the lucky opportunity to see such a legend grace the stage then you can truly say you were in the presence of a Queen whose loyal followers exceed all others. I have been lucky to have lived during Madonna's era and such a star will not be duplicated ever again.

    Madonnas greatest hits

by sandman711 on 12/28/10Dolphin Stadium - Miami Gardens

Madonna is my favorite and i dont mind saying so. I have seen 2 other shows but this one on Nov. 09 was the best show i have ever seen and heard Madonna perform. This was a greatest hits show even though it was the Hard Candy tour. As it says on my shirt i bought at the show Madonna gave it to me. She even played my favorite song, Into the Groove. If you like or love Madonna get the Blu=ray version of the show. I can watch it over and over. She did make us wait almost and hour past the 8:00 start time but im used to that already. She did make up for it by playing one of the best 3 hour shows i have ever been to.

Elton John & Leon Russell The Union

    by sandman711 on 12/28/10Mckenzie Arena - Chattanooga

When the concert was announced , it was just advertized as EJ alone as some shows were. I was a little let down because i was looking foward to seeing the both of them together. When my wife and i got to the show there were 2 pianos onstage. Could it be Leon was there?? Yes he was. What a great show. Almost 3 hours. l

    Madonna Madness

by mkjy2k on 4/12/10Boardwalk Hall - Atlantic City

I saw this chick rock the house in Philly and in Atlantic City. Both venues proved to be outstanding concerts. The Atlantic City venue was the smallest on the tour and so the intimacy was even more memorable. Madonna danced her a$$ off in this concert. The choreography was spot on and the musicians were amazing. The audience was energetic and the vibe real. Can't wait for the next concert. No one puts on a performance like lady M.
