  • Excellent Time

by BigV on 9/11/24Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 4 out of 5

The Outlaws were good 1st band, ZZ Top followed them and ROCKED!. Skynyrd was also excellent. I love that they pay tribute to all original members of the band throughout the concert. This was an very strong, excellent concert. One of the better ones of the 6 I attended this year at Jiffy Lube Live

  • Got what I went there for.

Lynyrd Skynyrd were at their best and lifted the public with their beautiful music. Overall environment was also very nice and well thought of.

Lynrd Skynrd represents a time in my life that takes me back to family fun and the simple things in life. Reminds me of all the memories that are attached to their songs and those moments in time. I had great seats and the sound was excellent. The vendors and merch were really good as was the weather thankfully. Lynrd Skynrd brought down the house by ending their show with Freebird. Watching the montages they prepared as an accompaniment to their music and honoring the people they lost tragically, makes me proud to be an American. They put on a GREAT show. One I won't soon forget. Thanks Jiffy Lube Live!!

  • Great show...but...

by A fan on 9/11/24Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 4 out of 5

The Show Lynyrd Skynrd put on was nothing less than awesome. However, the sound at Live Nation could use improvement. For all 3 bands that played, the vocals are largely washed out by the rest of the music. It is always worse at the start, and improves some as the show continues. We had great seats, so that's not the problem...and the Chicago concert had the same issue...literally unable to hear vocals at times. I hope they work on this for next season's lineup.

  • Great band

by Scatou on 9/11/24Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

The band is top notch. They were completely in tune and crisp. Stage presence was excellent as was the lighting and vibe. The singer is an entertainer, doing a great job engaging the crowd and being inclusive to all areas of the audience, near and far. Though he sang well, Johnny is the worst part to the experience. His voice and delivery isnt as fitting as we'd hoped. Replacing his long lost brother as lead vocal was the obvious. but not best choice.

  • Awesome

The line up was perfect and all 3 bands were spectacular. They always put on a good show!

A great night out with the family with great music from great bands. ZZ Top and Lynyrd Skynyrd did not disappoint and for the first time seeing Outlaws, that was a nice touch to start the show off right!

  • Ear Splitting

by Avid Fan on 9/9/24Ameris Bank Amphitheatre - AlpharettaRating: 2 out of 5

I have attended at least 100 concerts and usually purchase great seats. We were sitting on row 4 of orchestra (great seats) and ZZ Top was great. When Lynyrd Skynyrd came out, the volume had been turned up quite a bit and it was unbearable. Despite paying big money for tickets, we left after 3 songs. I couldn’t believe the amount of people that stayed and got blown away. My ears are still ringing…

Beautiful evening. Fantastic music. Food is lacking. Expensive and sadly, lacking flavor.

  • Great Concert

This was my sixth year in a row that Lynyrd Skynyrd has come to the Atlanta area (they missed one year) with my youngest son. The fifth time we have seen them at Ameris Bank. We both agree that this was the most enjoyable concert we've been to with them. Their sound was the best that we've heard them live, too. The only downside was ZZ Top's sound was a little off. On a couple of songs the bass was a little distorted and sometimes you couldn't understand the vocals. Overall, I give the concert *****. Hope Skynyrd comes back next year and we'll be there.

  • Absolutely awesome night!!

What and incredible night. Great seats perfect weather! Saw ZZ TOP and Skynyrd both for the first time in 1973! They never disappoint!!!

  • Great show

by SW on 9/8/24Ameris Bank Amphitheatre - AlpharettaRating: 5 out of 5

Lynyrd Skynyrd has been one of my favorite bands since I was a teenager and this is the first time that I've gotten to see them. And wow - they did not disappoint! What an unbelievable show! Even my husband said it was one of his favorite concerts and he isn't nearly as big of a fan. I love how they paid tribute to the band members no longer with us - it was very touching and how they did Freebird gave me goosebumps. I will see them from now on every time they come back to our area.

The venue was nice, big speaker blocked larger screen. Staff was very nice and helpful. Bands were great! The last song for Skynrd was a tribute to Ronnie and was done perfectly

  • Skynrd sounded as good as ever!

by DawnM on 9/8/24Ameris Bank Amphitheatre - AlpharettaRating: 5 out of 5

I have seen Lynyrd Skynrd at least 10 times, from 1974, thru the Rossington Collins era, to Johnny taking the helm. There is nothing to compare seeing Free Bird live..it always brings tears to my eyes!
