  • Lynyrd Skynyrd Rocked!

    by Monk0313 on 9/12/24Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

Went to see Lynyrd Skynyrd at Jiffy Lube live in the northern Virginia suburbs. Beautiful weather and good seats. The Outlaws opened - starting things off right. Check out their big hit: “Green Grass and High Tides”. Brought back a lot of great memories from my youth. They were followed by ZZ Top. It’s sad that Dusty is gone, but the new bassist brought a bit of youth to the show. Billy Gibbons and Frank Beard are still doing their thing after all these years. Wish them many more. The headliner really made the event, though. Lynyrd Skynyrd played hit after hit, sounded fantastic, and had a great collection of video montages interspersed with the act on the super-sized video screens. This band is southern rock royalty and didn’t disappoint.

  • Just fantastic!!

  • Amazing Concert!

by Lynyrd Skynyrd on 9/12/24Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

Such a Great Concert, brought back a lot of younger years memories of growing up and listening to ZZ Top and Lynyrd Skynyrd. They literally Rocked the House.

  • Venue sucks

by Bill on 9/12/24Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 3 out of 5

Great show but venue sucks. Drink prices are out of control. Bands are not loud enough. Probably the last show I'll attend there. Sad I've been going there for years but the prices have gotten crazy. $20 for chair rental SMH.

  • Great Concert! Back to Back high energy rock and roll.

by JRJR on 9/11/24Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

These two iconic groups never fail to rock the audience and get them on their feet. Super double header with two of the best rock bands around for 50 years! Enjoyed this venue and the seating was great for the price. The down side is getting out of the parking lot is VERY slow after the show and the food and beer is prohibitively crazy expensive (a beer and a personal pizza and you've almost spent the equal of the ticket price).

  • Awesome! ❤️

by Kelley on 9/11/24Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

This was a GREAT show! As a Skynrd fan from back in the day, I thought I might be disappointed. But NO! Amazing show! Loved every minute!

  • Great Show!

by MeMaw on 9/11/24Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

Was a great show, both ZZ Top and Lynyrd Skynrd were great. Opening band was good too. Only gripe is bands didn't play long enough. Otherwise an awesome show.

  • Awesome show, Awesomer pit crew guy

by Pagan Queen on 9/11/24Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

A guy named will in the pit crew was awesome, he brought my kids popcorn, and he walked one to the restroom so we didn't have to all leave the show...he was awesome and super helpful! The show was amazing, great tribute to van zandt...free as a bird baby!

  • Most Exciting Concert Yet

by Scottie B on 9/11/24Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

This was the most exciting concert my wife and I have been to with perhaps the exception of KISS. We had front row middle seats for The Best Dressed Simple Man tour with Lynyrd Skynyrd and ZZ Top. So impressive to be so close to these amazing artists.

  • Best one of the Year

by Bobby on 9/11/24Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

Two of the best performances ! ZZ Top and Skynerd !

  • Great performances ruined by bad sound, video lag.

by BT on 9/11/24Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 3 out of 5

These three acts put on a superb show. The venue is terrible for acoustics and we were sitting right in front of the mix where you'd think if anywhere that should be the best. No, over base like a resonance drowning out the rest. To further frustrate the paying patrons: For year, the live video of the performers is ALWAYS a second out of sync. Inexcusable in every way. How about a little lip-sync adjustment. When the drummer smacks the snare and you see it on the screen a half to a second later it really is annoying. Invest a bit more in the production equipment. This is a house problem and not the touring artist because it's consistent every show. Need to do a better job identifying the Premier Parking entrances from the main road. Very unclear.

  • Best Live Band Around

by Mark on 9/11/24Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

You can't beat the amazing sound of the triple guitar attack, piano, awesome drummer, backup singers, and Johnny's voice which sounds very similar to his late brother. There aren't better musicians anywhere, and their catalog of songs is timeless. The tribute video montages of their late band members are both compelling and touching. If all that weren't enough, the concert ends with the greatest live rock song of all time - "What do you want to hear?"FREE BIRD! I get chills every time I hear this song live and watch their incredible musicianship. I've seen them countless times and every time is thrilling. I can't wait until they come back again in a year or two. I'll be there.

  • One of the best concerts I have ever seen!!

by Susan on 9/11/24Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

The concert at Jiffy Lube live was one of the best concerts I have ever experienced. First, the people at this concert were friendly and talked to me although I was alone. I hooked up with a friend who has an available extra seat in the VIP section of the stadium and so I joined them. I did not get there in time to see the Outlaws and later decided that I did not miss much. ZZ Top, a band that I had never seen before, was excellent. I would go to see them again. The band I really bought tickets for, Lynyrd Skynyrd, was the best. I have seen them numerous time prior to this date, and as usual, they hit the ball out of the park. I will always go to see them when they are in my area.

  • First time at the venue

by AJ on 9/11/24Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

For my wife and I it's the first time at the venue all the bands were over the top

    by Navy34 on 9/11/24Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

The show was great. But I wish we had paper tickets. Because I collect them, going back to the '70s.

  • Great concert.

by Ed on 9/11/24Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

Actually, the outlaws were simply amazing from Green grass and high tides to Gray ghost and ghost riders in the sky. They still rock like 20-year-olds.

  • Explosive

    by MJDevo31 on 9/11/24Jiffy Lube Live - BristowRating: 5 out of 5

This concert featured The Outlaws, ZZTop and Lynyrd Skynyrd. All 3 sounded great. Outlaws played a short set that was a great warm up for was what to come. ZZTop played their set featuring most of their its. Skynyrd blasted away and sounded very much like the original band. JVZ sounds eerily like his brother. It was a high energy night. I would recommend you catch the show while they still continue to tour.
