Loreena Mckennitt gave an amazing show. We got a very interesting history lesson in between all the songs and she showed how knowledgeable she is. Her voice is incredibly soothing and we had an awesome time.

Loreena McKennitt gave a wonderful performance. Her voice is hauntingly beautiful. The stories of Ireland were woven into the set pieces. The venue was intimate and warm.Acoustics were outstanding.

Haven't seen Loreena in 10 years(Radio City). Great show stripped down versions of her classics.

This was my second time to see Loreena McKennitt, the first being back in the nineties. She was absolutely amazing and the venue was perfect for her music. During her performance you could have heard a pin drop. The audience seemed to be mesmerized the entire show. It truly was wonder music at the perfect venue

The concert was amazing. Her music is almost haunting. Enjoyed all the old favorites and her commentary made it more interesting. The NYC audience was thrilled from the first song. Loved her harp, piano and especially her voice.

The show "Loreena McKennitt a Trio Performance" was just amazing! First time watching her alive and LOVE IT! She has a voice of an angel! Very inspiring! Please consider coming to Chicago!

Our first time to see Loreena live did not let us down. We thoroughly enjoyed the concert and hope to see her again. The seats were a problem, though. The balcony seats have very little knee room for people over FIVE feet tall. My wife was so uncomfortable that she stood in the back during most of the second half of the show. The view and acoustics are fine, but these seats are VERY uncomfortable.

Loreena McKennitt was part of a trio. I was expecting a full band with her and was disappointed with the fact that there was no percussion. Having said that, Loreena and her accompanying musicians, did not disappoint, and they put out a nice sound, and Loreena's voice is magical as always, As good or better than the studio album. Most songs were recognizable, but the biggest disappointment was when she did 2 encores and they did not play her huge popular hit "The Mummer's Dance", which was very strange. She played more than a few slow tunes that were good, but the fact that she left out her huge hit was just weird and many people commented on that decision. Would definitely recommend seeing her perform live.

I'm so glad we did this. I've been listening to Loreena's music for years, but this was the first time I'd seen her perform live. She and her fellow musicians were excellent!

Having waited what seemed like forever for an opportunity to see Ms. McKennitt perform in NYC, the anticipation leading up to this show was overwhelming. Ms. McKennitt and her accompanying performers, Brian Hughes and Caroline Lavelle, did not disappoint and provided us with a hauntingly mesmerizing performance throughout, including two selflessly wonderful encores. If you enjoy Loreena McKennitt's music, this tour is a rare opportunity that must not be missed.

This was my first time seeing Loreena McKennitt even though I have listened to her music for years. The concert was amazing! It was just like listening to her only live is so much better! The stories she told, the history she recounted, all amazing. The three performers were out of this world. Thank you for sharing your talents! The venue, Town Hall, was great! Intimate while still being large enough. I will definitely see future concerts there.

Loreena's performance was beyond our expectations. We first heard Loreena's music back in 1991 while at a antique store located in a large old barn. The owner had this beautiful music playing. It resonated throughout the space. We inquired about it, and the owner told us that the cd was "The Visit" by Loreena McKennitt. We bought it and every other cd released since then.

I have been a Loreena McKennitt fan for years but had never seen her perform live. This concert was unforgettable! She has the voice of an angel as well as being incredibly talented on the harp and piano. Aside from her vocals, we loved her stories and recitations. We were also very impressed with the equally talented guitarist and cellist on stage with her. The Hart Theater is probably one of the best venues to see a concert. The acoustics are phenomenal and the vocals and instrumentals were crystal clear. We happened to be sitting center front but all seats at the Hart are fantastic since it is a small theater. All in all, this had to be one of THE BEST performances I have ever attended!
