Long Island Philharmonic Tickets

AS USUAL VERY ENJOYABLE. wOULDN'T MIND IF THEY STARTED AT 8PM.

This is the second year that we have attended the New Year concert at Tilles. My only complaint would be that I was not familiar with some of the selections as they were some of the less popular ones, perhaps the favorite of the conductor. That being said, it is a wonderful way to get ready to ring in the new year.

What a great way to end a year and cheer with the Great American Songbook

We have done this for about 5 or 6 years in a row on New Years Eve. By far this was the least enjoyable due in large part to the selection of music. Very few or no modern era selections from the last 50 years of Broadway or film music.

amazing Concert was great. Excellent staff and support team. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have more traffic direction assistance when trying to get out of the main parking lot. Thanks for the evening.

This is our 4th time seeing the LI Phil, our second New Year's Eve concert. This time we brought friends. We just love hearing this orchestra, they never disappoint.

Thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Everything from the Champagne, to the courteous staff, the fabulous performers and the amazing orchestra was a joy.

always a delightful evening HOWEVER, the performance was shorter than usual and the 2nd act incredibly so.

The Long Island Philharmonic was excellent, as usual! The Broadway stars were great, too!

Although we could not see whole stage from the seats we had, you could see the intensity and focus of the singers and musicians. The sound was great. A very pleasant experience which I would readily repeat.

It was my pleasure to have a front row seat at Saturday's night's performance. The evening was most enjoyable and included many of my favorite arias from operas as well as Broadway show tunes. All the soloists seemed to enjoy themselves in their roles and offered some interesting trivia to the audience. Their voices blended beautifully. I hope there will be more special evenings with the Long Island Philharmonic at Tilles Center in the near future. I will definitely be in the audience for their summer concert at Heckscher Park in Huntington.

This was the first time my husband and I went to this annual show. We both always say that "there is nothing like live music" and we were not disappointed! The song selections were wonderful, the orchestra arrangements were beautiful and the voices of the 4 Broadway vocalists were so lovely to hear. The orchestra played and the vocalists sang with such expression and passion. It was a great way to celebrate the New Year. We will attend this show again and bring friends next time!

We go to Tilles every New Year's Eve for the past several years with our close friends. This year the show not only was sold out, but it was absolutely terrific! We had great seats and it was a terrific way to begin 2011.

Is it the acoustics? Somehow, as we were listening to the wonderful Broadway show tunes, I found myself wishing I was at home with my CDs hearing the music from my surround sound speakers. Even the orchestra sounded weak. This is the third performance we attended at the Tilles Center and I probably will not attend another event.

My husband and I really enjoyed this performance. We especially liked the choice of vocalists combined with the selections they performed. Of course, the orchestra was wonderful, as well. Overall, for music lovers, this was an enjoyable way to spend New Year's Eve, and I might add, our third time.

The concert was tremendous. What a great way to bring in 2011. My wife and I and our friends thoroughly enjoyed it. Not that we want to rush 2011, but we're already planning to go to the concert next New Year's Eve. Thanks

We all really enjoyed the whole experience. Besides the concert being very entertaining, the the venue was convenient, and extremely organized as far as entering and exiting. We were home by 10PM. We would definitely consider going again next year.
