I was excited to see Todrick Hall: The Femuline Tour. I read the information on the site several times because I knew that I was traveling with a friend who needed handicapable seating. I purchased Once there I realized that although there are some “accommodations” in place that this is NOT a fully accommodating facility for those who need additional assistance. The manager, Tim, was quite condescending to me when I spoke with him. We were able to work it out to the tune of over a substantial extra cost but the reality is that they are intent on recouping that COVID loss of funds to assist those who aren’t completely mobile. The site says that they do have a raised platform for those who need it. I felt sincere empathy for a woman who was seated there. If anyone stood in front of her (and of course, they did on the ground floor) she would be unable to see. It’s sad that a place with so much potential would treat a segment so terribly especially at a concert focused on inclusion.
The show was amazing. The location looked great. The staff wasn't offering any southern comfort, no Carolina pride.
Tip: Read everything at least three times AND call them with every single question that you can imagine!!! I purchased tickets, and tickets to the lounge and Fast Lane Access. That still wasn’t enough!!! They found a way to add yet another layer of purchase.
