Live Nation VIP Club Access Tickets

When I paid the premium price foe may son and I to get Eagle Access I expected it would be worth it. It was not. There was no special parking (even though there was an Eagle Club parking lot). There were no snacks or free samples. We did not get early admission. The only benefit was a nice "lounge" to relax in with overpriced food and beverages and a bathroom with a single stall. This was not a VIP experience and I doubt I will ever buy again unless there are some changes made.

The VIP club was great, food was great, the drinks were great, they went far as making a special plate for one of my friends since she was lactose intolerant, that was very cool, awesome, I would do it again

Food was cold and line for restroom was long. Also better explanation on where premier parking is located Vs where VIP is located

I paid extra for the VIP Tickets to get private bathrooms, live tvs streaming the concert, a bar and more… however i did not leave my spot on the floor once to visit the EP Lounge because the concert was just so great!! I did however keep my VIP bracelet and would absolutely have loved if the bracelets were location specific! The bracelets we were all given were for a completely different venue than the Coca-Cola Roxy. However I’m giving a 5-star review because the bathrooms and bar downstairs were very nice and the staff was all wonderful!

Two suggestions to offer those who pay extra for VIP: 1 - Food concession(s) in the VIP area 2 - Separate line to get into venue (not with everyone in general admission) Restrooms for VIP was great! Bar area was understaffed and drink menu fairly limited.

Way to expensive to be able to get drinks faster or use a restroom faster.

Nice area. No matter how you slice it 22 is rough for a double of Titos.

This was my very first time ever being to 20 Monroe. I was lucky enough to still purchase VIP tickets the same day as the concert. The ease of purchasing online, walking through the fast lane, and being shown where to go for the VIP club and designated area to watch the show, made my experience- one to remember! I doubt I will be doing it any other way, and I absolutely cannot wait for the next show here!! Great job by all!

No early access. Gates opened at the same time as other. $17 beer. Crappy upgrades.
