The club was nice & clean wasn't to many people I wished I could of enjoyed it more because I was waiting in the long line for parking but I would recommend if you like private areas & nice clean bathrooms
The entry process was the smoothest I have seen it. The change this year with no longer providing a buffet food inclusion is very disappointing. It really changes the value dynamic of the upgrade. While the waitstaff tried very hard and it appeared food came quickly, ordering concession stand food watching waitstaff wander about to find the table number an order to belong too didn't feel very VIP.
Was there for an all day festival on a very hot day. I enjoyed the covered bar area with fans and not having to wait as long for food and drinks. There were a couple things that could be improved. 1. The sound coverage of the main stage performances were poor in the VIP bar area and there was no video coverage at all of the 2nd stage. 2. The advertised “air conditioned” bathrooms were barely cooler the 1st time I went. The second time I went, the door was propped open by a trash can letting in the hot outside air so it wasn’t cool at all. It was cleaner than the other bathrooms so there is a positive.
Love the VIP access . Great being able to walk in have a cocktail and grab something to eat. Service was great and the best way to see Dave
What was really nice? The nice sofas, being waited on, short lines at the bar. What would be better? More sofas (very few people got the opportunity to sit) and it should be enclosed and air conditioned. We had a hard time finding the $300 value (2 people).
I added two VIP tickets thinking it was worth it. The only thing we got was access to an air conditioned bathroom and sitting/dining area. Food was super limited. I have a gluten allergy and the only thing I could order was a burger with no bun. The “gourmet” burger was a frozen beef patty, over cooked and bland. You really only could choose from fried chicken tenders, fried hot chicken sliders, a burger, and chips and dip. The servers were super nice but can you believe when I asked for plastic cutlery they had none in the area. They asked the catering staff and was told it want their job!!. I had waited 10 minutes and finally ate my ketchup covered beef patty with my hands. You do not get any kind of discount on food and drinks either. You’re still paying the over priced venue prices on food and drinks :/. We won’t be doing VIP again.
It was a lot of money for what? I don't mind paying for cocktails, but was advertised side acts or entertainment before main event. Food was rice and beans, pieces of chicken. Seating area was ok, but worth $250 for two people. Servers and bartenders were very accommodating, and nice.
Weve bought the VIP experience at this venue multiple times and loved it. This time, upon arrival they asked us if we wanted to upgrade. I asked what they meant by this. They informed me that if i wanted a "seat" in the VIP section that i would have to pay a minimum of $70 more per seat just to have a place to sit. Needless to say, im extremely disappointed with the way this transpired, seeing as how the only reason we bought the VIP experience was to have a place to sit.
Awesome concert we had a great time all 3 band rocked Cadillac 3, Miranda,and Little big town.
For $120 per tix, I expected much more (i.e. open bar or at lest a few “complimentary” drinks). Instead, it was $48 for 2 cocktails wo tip! Nice place to hang out but for the price you don’t get much (popcorn!). Most VIP tix at competing venues include food and drink. Ford Amphitheater not so much
VIP was no more than a little section where you could buy drinks. They had the same drinks at every place.
The VIP experience prior to the concert was amazing. And special access to less-crowded bar and restroom facilities was what I had invested in, but the switch form an outdoor setting with really nice (and expensive) seats to an indoor setting ruined a big part of what had been planned as a very special experience. The decision was not weather-related, and by the time the show started, the indoor venue was absolutely packed. That aspect of the event put a damper on the evening.
I purchased this thinking it would be a nice addition to the evening but I was mistaken. First I could find nowhere online that said what the club access included. I had no idea food was provided as we went to dinner beforehand. If I had known I could've eaten less. Also it would've be nice if maybe a drink could've been provided. But even free water. I did like the bathroom having less people. All in all I would not purchase VIP club access again.
First off the venue was great for the most part. We love the food market next to it. Very diverse and a great place to start the evening before a show. Nikki was great as well. Super entertaining. The down fall was the “vip lounge” access. We spent 30 dollars a ticket to gain access to a private lounge. It was clean and nice ambiance for sure. The HUGE issue was one bartender and 30 people in line waiting. By the time we ordered (35 minutes ) we got one drink and the show was already starting. We did not get a chance to enjoy the lounge at all. So 90 bucks for the access and 62 dollars for 3 three drinks and no ability to enjoy. Super disappointed for sure.
The access through the VIP entrance was quick and the staff were incredibly polite and friendly. Even taking the time to walk down the line to chat with people. The VIP lounge area was clean, with plenty of comfortable seating and once again incredibly friendly and helpful staff. One supervisor even went out of her way to follow me to my seat carrying some wine and glasses to ensure I could get back to my group (we had been reseated due to a new raised seating area having been built and my ticket did not reflect that). It was an immensely enjoyable experience, made all the better by the very competent staff.
The event organizers canceled the concert so we don’t know what it would have been like… we were definitely excited about but it is what it is.
