Live Nation Lawn Chair Rentals Tickets

What a joke. We're told we can rent lawn chairs for the concert, then we're told there aren't any more available. Once in a lifetime show and we don't even have a chair. Totally unacceptable for an aging audience.

I've been looking at the site for weeks trying to figure out how to get chairs since the option to add them wasn't available the day I bought my tickets. They now appear as sold out. This performer appeals to an older crowd - not having chairs is absurd. ALLIANZ AMPHITHEATER Richmond VA

Terrible! Trying to rent chairs, didn't know that I could or needed to rent chairs. Moving on, trying now, informed, the only way would be to sell our tickets, I would have buy new ones. My first experience with SPAC, and my last. New to the area and so disappointed. A gift for my husband's birthday on the ground. I can only imagine what this experience will be like. Me on all fours to get up and down.

We are 60 and 70 years old and they ran out of rental chairs. We can't sit on the ground for the concert of stand the entire time????????? What were they thinking?????? If we can't bring our own chair then they need to have rental chairs for everyone that bought a ticket. Or have it standard to purchase the chair when you purchase your ticket!!!!! Very mad and upset!!!!!!

Jiffy Lube Live instigated a new policy in 2025, fans can no longer bring in a lawn chair. I have tickets to the Cyndi Lauper concert Jul 24, I checked the Jiffy Lube Live website, there are no rental chairs available! This concert looks like it is no where close to being sold out, so why are they not sufficient chairs?

Lawn chair rental was good. It was a little challenging to find the location of where you picked them up - at this venue the arrow pointed up the stairs and it was pretty dark outside already - but we asked a few people, and finally found the chairs. They were super comfortable - and I'm a bigger girl, sometimes the chairs stick into the side of your legs but these did not. I'd rent a chair again!! Highly recommend!!

Concert was Great!!! Sammy Hagar and George Thorogood were Great!! Lawn chair rentals worked out great too..

It's easy to rent the chairs, just remember each has a separate QR code. Maybe they could be cheaper, as you can't bring your own!! How about a season pass for them as well?

Chair rental was worth it! Comfortable seats! Im glad i got them!

Thank goodness for reserving seats ahead, because they sell out! Who'd have thought?
