It was great to have a comfortable fairly priced rental chair to watch show on lawn

I flew to the venue st the Gorge so I could not bring chairs with me so it was very comfortable easy and fairly priced at $10 per chair to rent a comfortable chair to watch the show on the lawn.

Great product to use better then sitting on the ground

I am extremely disappointed. In july, I attended Carlos Santana. Chair rental at the event was not an option, so i purchased a blanket to sit on. Later found out from co-workers (who also attended) they had the option to rent when they walked up ? We attended Pitbull Saturday and they are back to offering chair rentals to anyone who walks up? The policy is not very clear.

Little to no security around the lawn area. Tooooo many conflicts between patrons and takes away from our fun and enjoying the concerts.

It was so easy. We placed our reservation on the website. Once we got to the venue we walked up, they scanned our code and we got our seats. No waiting in the long line to get them.

I am so glad I rented lawn chairs at the Dos Equis Pavilion. The line was long but ran smoothly, it was super convenient and way easier than lugging my stuff in. Highly recommend.

Rental made sense because online prices to buy were $60-150 per chair. Plus my prime concert days are behind me and wasn't sure when I would ever need again. Distribution of chairs could have been better but it wasn't more than 30 minutes in line. Chairs were comfortable and in good quality.

Ended up selling our chairs as there was no room - People spread their blankets and lawn chairs limiting access to the lawn. Lesson learned we showed up late, but there should be some limit to how much grass space you can have!!

I love the convenience of not having to carry chairs into the venue!

I understand that the rental of chairs was included in the price of the season tickets in prior years. I suggest that you restore it again even if you increase the price of the season tickets to $300/ season. One price should include admission and chair rentals for the season. Thank you.

The only downside was waiting to get in venue. We had our chairs and we’re in line but had to wait until 6 . Honestly, we were a little afraid of a stampede! Not fun with a 2 year old excited for the concert

We couldn’t use the lawn chairs because there was no remaining room at the venue to use them. Live Nation sold more tickets than should be allowed at this venue. The chairs should be refunded.

Too many drunk/high kids running around like crazy running over and into our lawn chairs. Very distracting while trying to watch the concert! Took alot of the enjoyment away.

Lawn chair rental line was ridiculous and there was no signs for where the VIP Parking was or notice about full size umbrellas. We drove around the venue then finally found it then got up to the line and had to walk our umbrella back to the car. Other than that our experience was amazing.

It was easy to rent, easy to pick up, and easy to use. It was a fantastic thing to offer. I was so happy to have a seat when I needed it.

Loved being able to rent chairs. However, for those that prepaid for the chairs, it was not clear where to go to pickup the chairs. When you first came into the venue, there was a person standing in front of a chair rental booth when we first walked in, who just said, that we couldn't pick up chairs at that booth, we had to pick up chairs up the hill. No other direction was given. Everyone was standing in the same line to pick up the chairs, until a concert goer told those who prepaid that there was a different line to stand in. It wasn't organized in a way to let persons who had prepaid know that they were standing in the wrong line.

There was no fast pass lane even though I paid for one.I asked every live nation guy or gal and the showed me a T-Mobile fast la e which you couldn’t have a backpack or chair.. No impressed My lawn chair ticket didn’t work The concert was excellent just disappointing live nation action..

The building clearly stated which line you should be in for pre orders and new orders. There was one man directing traffic and had it reversed with the addition of an extra line. I received my chair with time to spare. He should’ve looked at the signage before directing traffic

They are easy to purchase and pick up. Big enough for larger people (230 lbs). Comfortable and affordable.
