This band did not disappoint. Truly a remarkable experience being there as they rocked the house. Great crowd interaction, set lists where perfect. Sound was excellent as well.

What a great show. The band was outstanding. I can't imagine how difficult it must be to go on stage night after night with what's happening in their countries. Truly miss Serge.

  • Fantastic band and awesome experience!

by Leonid Brezhnev on 5/20/22Lillian S. Wells Hall at The Parker - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

This band is comprised of best-in-class musicians from many walks of life and several genres (rock, jazz, classical). Together, it's a powerhouse that sounds like Chicago in its prime in the 1970s (although there are other bands that are ably covered by L&F--EWF, Deep Purple, Steely Dan, just to name a few). The arrangements and charts (by Leonid Vorobyov) are faithful to a note, and the execution on stage is flawless and full of boundless energy. Plus, these are some of the nicest people on Earth--fun, humble and with a healthy dose of humor (on and off stage). I was lucky to have attended this live gig (and this was my 3rd time). 10 stars!

  • Leonid and friends always deliver a quality show.

The bands attention to detail concerning every nuance that made Chicago the band it is, would be my biggest reason to see them over and over again.

The show was absolutely spectacular. These guys replicate the original artists perfectly. They are so talented. And seem to thoroughly enjoy performing. It was like I was transformed back to the late seventies and was at a Chicago concert. I can't say enough good things. These guys just plain ROCK!!!!

Excellent performance. Amazing vocals, drummer, keyboard, guitarist and bass player.

  • Absolutely the greatest cover band of all time!

by The Sark on 5/20/22Lillian S. Wells Hall at The Parker - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

If you like Chicago, EWF, Tower of Power, etc. this band plays as good as the originals. Great horns, drummer is world class, singers are all stars in their own right, and sounds as good live as their studio videos!

  • Fantastic Show!!!!!!

I had a sixth row, center seat. This is my 3rd time seeing this group. They were fantastic as always. Unfortunately one of the main singers(Serge) couldn't get out of Russia but the fill in was good. they did a 2 hour show and really connected with the audience. They did a few Earth, Wind and Fire songs and one Ides of March and the rest was all Chicago. It is an 8piece band with 4 very talented singers. Hope to see them again soon. The only female in the group is drop dead gorgeous and very talented.

You say "Cover Band"??? This group of joyous and dedicated musicians is light years beyond a cover band. Their staple is Chicago. Although the first song I ever heard on You Tube was "My Old School" (Steely Dan), it blew my socks off and I watched and listened to it 5 times in a row. They got me through my 14 month pandemic lockdown, and finally I got to see them live. Made up of musicians from Russia and Ukraine, it is a miracle they are even here. Serge, their front line vocalist is stuck in Ukraine looking out for his parents and is also under 60 (applies to men) and prohibited from leaving the country in case needed for defense. Super crowd friendly. Leonind's son flits in and out of sets giving commentary and band introductions in a most friendly delivery. The inclusion of (Ides of March) "Vehicle" was a real treat. The 3 horns (sax, trombone and trumpet) are perfectly suited for this song, as is the entire repertoire of Chicago songs spanning the first CTA album through Chicago 16. The majority of Chicago songs were from the early days, The crowd was certainly uplifted and the energy and aura, and bounced right back to the band, and back at us. Do not pass the opportunity by to see them if possible.

  • Great, from start to finish

by Spyndoc on 5/20/22Lillian S. Wells Hall at The Parker - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

Nice venue. From the opening comments regarding the turmoil in Eastern Europe, to the fantastic music, it was a memorable night. The song choices, musicianship, and charisma of the performers were just outstanding. Amazing vocals! Lost count of the standing ovations. I'll definitely get tickets to see them when they come to town again.

There is so much energy coming off the stage with these guys (and gal). This was my second time seeing them at the Parker and they did not disappoint! I will continue to see them every time they play here in South Florida. I can't say enough about Leonid & Friends, they really feel engaged with the audience and you leave the theater with a huge smile! And the Parker is a great venue, especially for this type of show. Thank you!

While we are concert veterans, this was our first time at the Carolina Theater, and our first time seeing Leonid & Friends live. It did NOT disappoint. The energy these folks put into their performance was contagious. The musicianship and vocals are amazing! We really hope they come back to North Carolina because we WILL be there! Thank you Leonid & Friends for a great Saturday evening of music!!

This band is not only fun, but truly amazing musicians playing note-for-note record replication of Chicago, Earth Wind and Fire and other horn bands. They are a great group of people that become your friends by the end of the show. Such an enjoyable night and look forward to their next tour!
