  • As good or better than original

by Chicago Fan on 10/15/25Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

Cover bands can range from awful to outstanding. Leonid & Friends is beyond outstanding. They are simply the best. They started several years ago by covering classic Chicago songs. Then expanded to include songs from Earth Wind & Fire. Now they've added still more: Tower of Power, Steely Dan, Stevie Wonder, Ides of March (Vehicle), the Motown classic "Ain't No Mountain High Enough"and others. Each one is spot on and true to the original. And it is complemented by clever stage presence and choreography. As a former disk jockey who played all the songs many times, and musician and singer I'm pretty critical about reviews like this one. The only complaint I have (and it may be because I was seated on the 3rd row near the sub woofers) but I thought there was too much kick drum on the mix. But to sum it up, I thoroughly enjoyed the concert and will buy another ticket next time they come to town.

  • Fabulous band and fabulous location

by Marybob on 10/15/25Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

Definitely worth the money. Excellent band and the crowd was really into the music. The Majestic is a wonderful venue. Everyone there was in a terrific mood. Almost a sell-out. Total fun event.

  • Great performance. A lot of energy and fun.

by Hornsforever on 10/15/25Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

This is a group of extermely talented musicians. Their music catalog is very diverse. Their stage presence and showmanship is great. I recently saw them in Dallas and the show was outstanding. I wish they wouls have included more of there own music, but there was only so much time, I will go see them again!!

  • Stellar performance.

by Darth on 10/15/25Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

An experienced beyond expectation. Their sound engineer honed in on the perfect blend of vocals and instrumentals. New songs, old favorites and a pitch perfect mix of nearly identical sounds you would have gotten from the original performers live on stage. With my eyes closed, I was transported back in time up to 50+ years and hearing the music for the very first time, where I was, who was with me and how I actually felt at that moment. Something that today’s artists and musicians will never fully master. My only regret was not receiving the one year pass to any of their concerts anywhere in the world. Here’s hoping that the younger members in the audience got a huge taste of what was some of the best music produced during that time period. Clear vocals where you could actually hear the lyrics, no over the top screaming with filthy words, lyrics and physical gestures throughout and the performers on stage truly excited to be there and feeling the outpouring of love and admiration from a greatly appreciative audience.

  • Great Concert, great music, so much fun

    by Pete469 on 10/15/25Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

Leonid and Friends was superb, the audience was giving standing ovations, clapping and singing along. Great music, great time. Worth every penny. Except for one thing the parking tickets I paid for DID NOT ARRIVE IN TIME FOR THE CONCERT SO I HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING AGAIN. I will never book parking through Ticketmaster again.

  • Best Show seen in a Long Time!

by Vern Bergquist on 10/15/25Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

Leonid & Friends is absolutely one of the best shows seen ever! The talent they have from musicians and singers is the best! This is my 2nd show and will definitely make a 3rd show when in Texas again!

  • TOTALLY AMAZING!

by KatKender on 10/15/25Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

This group is so musically "tight"it is obvious that they not only spends HOURS rehearsing together, but that they are focused on the common goal of creating great musical artistry! And they are all masters of their craft! The energy is palpable and draws you in to the group from the first note! This will NOT be my only concert! I will definitely be watching for them to come back to my area!

  • Short review

by Roberto on 10/15/25Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 4 out of 5

The band was tight and talented. Was everything you see on Youtube vids. Only complaint was the sound mixing. We were underneath the balcony and sound was clipping and distorting. Volume was extremely loud (like 11!). The music was too good to be blasted so loud. I realize it was the only show at the venue. But professionals should have taking readings during rehearsals. Other than mixing, the show was wonderful!!!!!

  • Great Concert

  • Dallas Majestic Theater

by GMack on 10/15/25Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 3 out of 5

Enjoyed it but was expecting a bigger show with string Instruments and other singers. Sound wad too loud at times to the point of hurting our ears on some of the ew&f high notes. Seats were very uncomfortable.

  • We LOVED everything about them!!!

by Debbie on 10/15/25Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

Somehow, I stumbled online upon this band and got the chance to see them last weekend in Dallas. In this day and age of concerts costing a fortune, all the pyrotechnics and lighting displays, etc. etc. etc. it was wonderful to actually go see an incredibly talented group of musicians that enjoyed playing MUSIC!!! What a gift they are!!

  • Another Awesome Show

by Charles & Brenda on 10/15/25Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

4th time to see L & F. Best show yet. Majestic Theater acoustics are awesome.

  • Disappointed

by Scotty on 10/15/25Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 3 out of 5

Have seen Leonid/Friends 3 times. This was worst. They have forgotten what made them popular. I love old Chicago and that’s what drew me to them. They only played 6-7 Chicago songs. Now they are playing EW and F, Stevie wonder, a Russian song. It’s not what I came to see. They need to remember what made them and go back to that.

  • A fabulous night of entertainment. So much talent!

by JellyElt on 10/15/25Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

From the first note to the last. Leonid and friends gave their all. Each musician had so much talent and the band had great synergy. We will definitely go see them again when they return to the area. A great night. It's Wednesday and I'm still singing their songs.

  • SPECTACULAR SHOW

by WhitneyB on 10/15/25Majestic Theatre Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

We had the absolute best time at this show! Excellent performance, wonderful venue, and best time ever!!!

  • Very Good and fun concert

by Pam on 10/14/25Aztec Theatre - San AntonioRating: 4 out of 5

Leonid and friends were very entertaining. I would make it 5 stars if the venue (Aztec Theater) had a better and more efficient way of getting people in the door. We lined up outside around the corner and it took 30 minutes in the Texas heat to get inside. Not good.

  • Great weekend

by Al on 10/14/25Aztec Theatre - San AntonioRating: 5 out of 5

Wasn't sure what to expect from this band other than what I had seen on Youtube. DID NOT DISSAPOINT! What a fantastic show to complement the weekend at the Riverwalk in San Antonio! Look forward to seeing them again!

  • A Wonderful Experience

by Margie on 10/14/25Aztec Theatre - San AntonioRating: 5 out of 5

My husband bought the Leonid & Friends tickets months in advance. He greatly enjoyed watching them every night on YouTube and wanted to share their music with me. Sadly, he passed away a few weeks before the concert. The last thing I wanted to do was go to a concert, but my friends convinced me to take a break from my sadness and attend. I went with a heavy heart, but did it to honor my husband's wish. It's impossible to listen to Leonid & Friends and feel sad. It was a very moving, uplifting experience that filled me with hope for the future. Leonid & Friends are super talented singers and musicians! I understand now why my hubby was such a great fan and wanted to share their music with me.
