It was very good, had a great time. You get what I can give you.
She was amazing, looked awesome, sounded great. The venue could stand to make some improvements. It was hot and crowded bad. We left early because of those reasons.
I really enjoyed seeing Lee Ann Womack at the Birchmere on 23 March 2018. I went with a friend and had a great time. The flatbread pizza was really great! Huge though. We shared a table with some other people and it just made it more fun getting to know other people who really enjoy live music as much as we did. I have a been a fan of hers for a very long time and was really glad when she sang one of my all time favorites "I hope you dance." Beautiful.
Great show! Still has the beautiful voice and sings good old fashioned country songs!
From Lee Ann Womack’s first clear notes piercing the air to her band’s perfect accompaniment, I was transported to another time and place when music and words combined to tell haunting, gritty and joyful stories of life and love. Bravo!
Lee Ann Womack was awesome! The venue Birchmere was just perfect for this lovey intimate event.
Lee Ann Womack put on another stellar performance. Once again, her voice is still as strong and vibrant as ever. She has such a commanding presence on stage. It was refreshing that she went “old school” country on this tour. Even the outstanding back-up band played traditional country instruments-complete with a fiddle, steel guitar, mandolin, and, a stand-up bass. The Setlist included several songs from her latest album, Lonely, the Lonesome, & the Gone, numerous older traditional songs from previous albums, and a few covers from some of her favorite country artists. Womack sparingly sprinkled in some of her popular radio hits. It was a fabulous concert and a fun evening. Charlie Worsham opened. He was fabulous. Worsham played an acoustic set. He writes and sings songs about everyday life. This was my third time watching him live. He is very comfortable on stage and interacts well with the audience. Worsham is a talented songwriter, singer and musician. It is mindboggling that an artist of his caliber is continually passed over while other marginally talented pop country entertainers are thrust into the mainstream.
Lee Ann Womack put on a great show! I had seen her in Sioux City at the Hard Rock Café with Lorrie Morgan and it was a great show too. I had second row tickets and I was very happy with the forum (Bridge View Center) and the show. I would definitely go see her again!
Great show didn't want the night to end. Lee Ann Womack you rock.
This was a very good concert. She sang 2 of my favorites right away. It wasn't over the top loud and I could understand every word that was sang. The new songs from the new album blended in right in with her hits. Lee Ann showed that she has stayed true to her roots and style of music. Very well done.............. Am pleasantly surprised to say that this has ranked as one of my all time favorite concerts!!
If you like music and can appreciate vocal quality, then you should see Lee Ann. if you love country music, then you should run to see her!!
This concert was wonderful, the venue is acoustically perfect. It was relaxing, intimate, and beautiful.
Grant Choctaw is a great place to see a show. Park close, no lines, find your seat easy, get a drink and/or snack quickly and the sound quality is excellent AND you're up close and personal to the performer. Lee Ann put on a REAL COUNTRY MUSIC show. She has a great voice & is a great performer. Enjoyed the show thoroughly.
Lee Anne Womack sounded great, as always but, was very disappointed that I drove 2 hours round trip for a one hour concert!!! I have never been to a concert where the entertainer only sang for one hour. I'm not the only one that felt this way, I talked to and heard several people complaining about it also. When you spend that kind of money on a ticket, you expect more!!!!
She was on my bucket list of concerts to see and she was Awesome!! I would totally see her again!!!!
The Chandler Center for the Arts is such a great venue to see artists. It is a more intimate and cozy place that allows everyone a good view and close proximity to the stage. Lee Ann was absolutely fantastic! Her and her band were energetic and I love when artists interact with the crowd. She put on a great show and I would highly recommend others not to miss her! Her singing was flawless. Her and the band also played a few songs acoustic style. Loved it! Enjoy!
We enjoyed the show immensely. I was not very familiar with Lee Ann's music, so I was very pleasantly surprised at what a beautiful voice she has. EVERY note was 'right on' and sooo clear and perfect. I have since ordered a cd of hers and will probably order more. When and if she returns to the greater Phoenix area, we will definitely be in the audience! Thanks, Lee Ann!
The sound was bad. She needs to dress for her age, not in a mini.
Warm-up singer had no publicity. Why not? Thanks for the encore!
