Chris Cagle is exciting his country music and Southern rock fans during his tour through the United States in 2014. In fact, tickets have already sold out for some of his concerts, which feature his down-to-earth connection with his audience, funny stories, and many of his top hits. Concert attendees will laugh, cry, and rock to his songs. His first album, Play It Loud, came out in 2000 and achieved great success. The hit song “I Breathe In, I Breathe Out” reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs, helping Play It Loud achieve gold-record status in 2002. His 2003 self-titled album was certified gold as well and reached No. 1 on the Top Country Albums, and the hit singles “What a Beautiful Day” and “Chicks Dig It" reached Nos. 4 and 5, respectively, on the US Hot Country Songs chart.
In 2004, Cagle was diagnosed with vocal cord problems that forced him to rest his voice for several months. He worked on his album Anywhere But Here (2005), which continued to showcase his hard country-rock style, and it was another smashing success. In 2008, Cagle released his fourth studio album, My Life’s Been a Country Song. It debuted at No. 1 on the Top Country Albums chart, with the single “What Kinda Gone” peaking at No. 3 on the Hot Country Songs chart. In 2010, The album Back in the Saddle was issued in 2012 and peaked at No. 6 on the Top Country Albums chart. Fans will be able to hear his Top 15 single “Got My Country On” and other favorite songs highlighting his unique blend of country and rock during his tour. Everyone attending his concerts will enjoy his humorous anecdotes and the openness he shares with the crowd.
Always great in concert! The most underrated country singer ever.
I see Chris Cagle whenever he is within a state or two proximity. I absolutely LOVE his dedication to his fans, his energy, honesty, and emotion. I have enjoyed his music since it was played on “Radio”. I am a proud Cagle Head! Life goal…..trek from Indy to Billy Bob’s to see him…..HE AND HIS BAND ARE THE BEST!!!!!!
Lots of energy, great show and entertainment. Would go see him at a live show again in the future.
Great intimate show! Felt like a private show. The small venue and stories between the songs were great!
I did not go to see Chris to listen to his political views plus the young folks there between 21-30 got into fights at this saloon. Would not go back there again.
I have seen Chris Cagle many times. He is so real. 3rd row in Shipshewana was amazing tonight. I would go see him again and again. He puts on such an awesome show with so much energy and interaction with the crowd. My only complaint is that the merch was really bad. Tshirts and hats only :(
I recently saw Chris Cagle perform at the Texas Club in Baton Rouge, and all i can say is….he was AMAZING. Chris was funny, interacted with the crowd, and sang his heart out on the stage. Every song sounded even better than the radio….the show was worth every dollar. Best of all, Chris was very humble and was extremely grateful for us coming out to see him on stage, which set a great vibe for the entire show. I would highly recommend him to anyone: don’t miss out on a chance to see Chris Cagle live!!
I absolutely loved Chris Cagle’s performance, however the crowd was terrible. The young people in there (between 18-21) were drinking and don’t know how to handle themselves. Also felt overly crowded. Disappointing because we usually really enjoying ourselves at Texas Club.
A bit disappointed on the length of the opening act as well as the headliner. The opening act performed for 45 minutes which left a full hour before the headliner came on. Then the headliner only performed for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
The vocals on all the singers was hard to hear but we could hear the instruments good.
