Lovely content but for Phone Cameras???!!!

by Sheila on 4/15/22Queen Elizabeth Theatre - Vancouver

The concert itself was lovely. She has a beautiful voice! Unfortunately literally 40% of the Audience had their phones on with bright lights recording the entire concert! It was frustrating to look into bright lights in front of you and to each side. Couldn’t see the stage easily and enjoy her beautiful singing. Phones on Should be Banned!!!! This really spoiled the whole thing for me!

    Stellar

by Bernard Brindley on 6/2/19The Soraya (The Valley's Center for the Performing Arts) - Northridge

I've had the luxury of witnessing Ms. Salonga perform in Miss Saigon, Les Mis, and others. She never cease to amaze me with stellar performance, short of breathless and amazing. She truly wears the crown of international superstar and wears it well with pride and dignity. As high as she has come and continues to surpass others in this lifetime, yet she remains humble and grounded. Qualities she possess that befits true Royalty. Brought several American friends to watch her and was truly proud of the magnificent, effortless and pitch-perfect rendition for a lovely warm evening at the Soraya Theater, Southern California.

    Wonderful

by Lea Salonga Mon and Wed May 13 and 15 on 5/19/19Sony Hall - New York

Her voice is golden and she always does a wonderful show. The venue (sony hall) not so good. A sold out show with some people left without seats, left wandering around near the stage (where I was sitting on Wednesday), creating a disturbance.

    Lea was amazing!

by Aimee on 5/18/19Sony Hall - New York

I got to see the incomparable Lea Salonga perform in NYC’s Sony Hall while I was visiting NYC for business. Her voice is so beautiful I could’ve listened to her all night. I loved the mix of songs she chose for her tour. She sang Burn from Hamilton which made me think what an amazing Eliza she would be.

    Good show

    by M. C. on 5/18/19Sony Hall - New York

Love her voices and the choices of song she sang. Show should start at 7pm instead of 7:30.

    Great Entertainer

    by D. P. on 5/16/19Sony Hall - New York

Being a fan of Lea Salonga it's hard for me to give her anything other than "Fantastic"! Her voice and choice of songs were great. Sony Hall was an intimate venue that made this experience even better. If you get a chance to see her live, don't miss it.

Lea Salonga as expected is phenomenal

    by M. N. on 5/16/19Sony Hall - New York

The venue is too small and the place could use some renovation. The seating arrangement is too tight and uncomfortable.

Very Good Voice but kind of bored on some parts

by j. on 4/22/19Club Regent Event Centre - Winnipeg

She really has a good voice. I have been wanting to watch her ever since but because of her injury, she was just sitting (I understand her situation though) it prevented her to maximize the stage, there were parts that became boring - I almost fell asleep. Didn't feel any energy at all. Overall it was a nice concert. Feel better Lea and I hope I can watch you again next time.

    Very enjoyable. Great voice.

by M. F. on 4/9/19Morongo Casino Resort and Spa - Cabazon

Love how Lea Salonga interacts with the audience. The two screens on both sides of the stage makes you feel like you are sitting in the front row. Saw her with Il Divo, one of the best concerts i’ve ever seen. A big fan of hers.

    Lea was flawless!!

by ShaniaFaith on 4/4/17Tilles Center - Hillwood Recital Hall - Brookville

Lea was great! She really takes her stuff seriously. Her style reminds me of Barbara Streisand! She is very professional and her very long history of performing in theaters always shows in her every performance. Her facial expressions when she sings speak so much!! It was a great night with a diva who definitely deserves more recognition!

    Lea is always unforgettable!

by Kenshin on 6/8/16The Town Hall & Carnegie Hall - New York

I've seen Lea a couple of times in concert. Her vocals are always flawless! She sounds like you're listening to a record. I would see her any time she's around!

    Amazing showcase of Lea's voice

by Lynnevm on 4/4/16Valley Performing Arts Center - Northridge

The venue is state of the art. Sound system is excellent. Lea's voice is amazing. Audience interaction is great!! I just wish she sang more Tagalog songs. I understand that Filipinos are not the only audience but we were the majority of the audience and we (at least I) long to hear Filipino songs in this kind of event.

A superb concert. A flawless performance. Witty and funny spills. However, the after concert meet-and-greet was just very disappointing. It was cold and so rushed.

    No Miss Saigon

by FridayNight17 on 4/4/16Valley Performing Arts Center - Northridge

She is a fabulous singer. The Northridge - Valley Performing Arts Center has superior acoustics. A perfect match. While I definitely enjoyed the show, I was a little disappointed in her song selection, especially in the second half. Most disappointing was her not singing from Miss Saigon.

    Great performance

by M0508 on 4/4/16Valley Performing Arts Center - Northridge

This is my first Lea Salonga event and she did not disappoint. Lea Salonga not only can sing every song in a live event perfect pitch but she convincingly embodies the song right on stage. I am a huge fan! I cannot wait for more Lea Salonga concerts.

    Amazing concert venue ok

by SuzetteAsuncion on 4/4/16Valley Performing Arts Center - Northridge

Lea was amazing. Unfortunately, the employees of the venue need proper training. We were allowed to go in and few minutes later a lady came and asks us to leave. My sister who has limited mobility was asked to leave. She asks if she can stay since her knees hurt, she stated no. Lack of communication and lack of empathy towards disabled people is apparent with the employees. However, one employee did get a wheelchair for my sister, which I am grateful for.

    Best venue ever!!

by ritagone on 4/4/16Valley Performing Arts Center - Northridge

I never miss a Lea Salonga concert (or Broadway show), as she's been my favorite performer since Miss Saigon days many years ago. This time I got to take my daughter, who also loves Lea's voice. We had great seats. I must say that the acoustics at the Performing Arts Center are better than anywhere else in the Los Angeles area, very impressive. And the concert was wonderful. It was over way too soon!!!
