This a capella group always gives an outstanding performance. Their harmonies and dances are incredible. I really enjoyed it.

I was not sure what to expect but thoroughly enjoyed the show.

  • Inspiring and fun

by Serena M on 3/18/25Old National Centre - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

The group masterfully fulfilled their purpose of sharing South African culture with the audience. Their performance was high energy, fun, and inspiring. They shared the meaning of each song and had good audience participation. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

  • An exhilarating experience.

by Mandla Mkwananzi on 3/18/25Old National Centre - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

To say it was action packed does not even describe the show. These guys keeping easing the bar. The y sang and danced for 2 hours stopping only for 15 minutes. This group is a cut above the rest. Halala! Above all they make me home sick! Siyabonga thank for putting all your heart and effort in exhibiting and spreading the Africa culture (Zulu) culture across nations.

Ladysmith Black Mambazo live up to their legendary name and talent time and time again. They are simply amazing.

  • Lady Smith Black Mombazo

by June on 8/14/24The Vogel at Count Basie Center for the Arts - Red BankRating: 3 out of 5

The music was great..but the balcony experience wasn't…The ac was too cold and drafty and there was a noise from a compressor….Also, we had thought there would be drink service but was told that we had to go downstairs to the bar to get a drink.

  • I loved this concert…and best t-shirts ever.

    by Pam T on 8/11/24Birchmere - AlexandriaRating: 5 out of 5

  • The Birchmere

by Frankie on 8/5/24Birchmere - AlexandriaRating: 4 out of 5

This was my first time visiting the Birchmere. I really had a great time and enjoyed the vibe of the place. I arrived early, drew a good queue number, and met a nice gentleman on line. I had a wonderful seat, a good dinner, and saw a nice performance by Ladysmith Black Mambazo. It was a great evening and a nice introduction to the theatre..

  • So Good!

by BC on 8/4/24Birchmere - AlexandriaRating: 5 out of 5

This was my first time seeing Ladysmith Black Mambazo in person, although I've been a fan for many years. I was highly impressed with their showmanship and crowd engagement, the beauty of their mission, and of course, their music. I'd see them again in a heartbeat!
