We missed Chili Peppers but otherwise I would have rated a 5.
To start (and this really isn’t fair cause John got injured) the reason I purchased these tix is to see RHCP. But all the bands we saw where great, we saw Portugal the Man, Garbage, 311 and The Offspring and they where amazing. What was more amazing is how everything was well coordinated . Band after band played and the energy stayed all night. Great show, can’t wait till next year.
I had an awesome time. Each band was unique but provided great performances.
Always a well done event! The KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas is the best event of the year. This event is top notch from entry, pre-concert events, and the great yearly line ups. I will ALWAYS attend!
It was our first time going to the KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas concert and we definitely decided on going again next year Is was a great time and experience
I took my three kids 16 year old son a 11 years old daughter and 10 years old son all 3 of them had an awesome experience and they are waiting for March 2nd for Red Hot Chili Peppers! They want to make it a tradition on going every year to KROQ Christmas event! 🤘🏽😎🤘🏽
Parking at Forum was easy. Staff was incredible from parking to ticketing to all staff inside venue. Everything was clean. Lines were short for all concessions too! Concert was incredible. Just a great experience. Thank you.
Fun night with great performances from new artists and veteran rockers.
I have always enjoyed the AA Christmas concerts that KROQ host. Loved this venue, I had floor tickets and it was amazing. Too bad Red Hot Chilli Peppers were no show. Can’t wait for the concert they promised for next year.
Sound was awesome, energy was epic. Garbage and The Offspring made the show (and the drive) totally worth it! The venue was great, easy parking.
KROQ Acoustic Christmas is always a fun time! Great band one after the other.
KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas is always great. When ever you have the chance you must go, especially if it is in LA at the Forum. It is the best venue to see this. The line up is always great, you will discover new bands and scream to the ones you know so well. It is great. It is not Xmas without KROQ. This year, Garbage stole the show.
I had an extra ticket that I didn’t realize I could sale or had no ideas how to get a refund before the event started ! Besides this it was great !!
Great line up and venue. Staff are very helpful and friendly, but the sound (bass) during Måneskin was deafening. I have to wear an earplugs so that I can stay and listen to the music, but after their performance, it was fine.
It was a great event with excellent bands. There is something for everybody.
The event was very laid-back, but I had a lot of fun. I wasn't sure how the line-up would go because there were so many acts, But it was organized very well and the pacing wasn't too bad. A bit bummed the Yeah, yeah, yeahs had to pull out due to illness, especially because I only went to see them! And also Maneskin. Maneskin basically totally stole the show. Their energy was crazy. Their sound was amazing. I had no idea how fun they were to watch. OMG. Also Youngblud, who I did not know... It was him, a a drummer and a single guitar. Just him. In shorts. And He KILLED it! He has amazing stage prescence and his set was so good. It was just him up their by himself. No pyrotechnics. Just him. He was so good. I liked the eclectic mix made me familiar with these great acts. I got sleepy after 10:30 pm, though and had to leave mid-way through the Black Keys. I just could stay awake. Social Distortion played mainly covers and sounded like a blues-old school rock band. They weren't bad. But I couldn've swore they used to be punk. Honestly, I'm glad Maneskin was early on because they were who I really wanted to see. Also they did not have Maneskin T-shirts in the merch tents, so I was very disappointed by that. That was the only shirt I wanted. A lot of families. And I was by myself, but very comfortable. Just an enjoyable night.
Great bands played. Security was great. Dan Reynolds from ID was AMAZING and we were on the floor four rows from the stage.
It was a fun event but i was disappointed the Yeah Yeah Yeahs weren't able to make it. My boyfriend and I primarily went to go see them.
The artists were all great, but there were just too many of them. The sets felt rushed and everyone was burnt out for the last three bands -despite them being who we wanted to see most.
