    Accept still great...!!!

    by oscaru66 on 9/28/12Avalon - Hollywood

Been a fan since the early years, but living in Mexico I never tought I would see them live... What a treat , the band sounds excellent and have so much fun playing together, especially in a mid-size venue. A show to remember . ... Kreator is an excellent band , really interesting style, liked the mid speed songs rather than the fast ones, but the Eq was off, and for some reason bugged me to listen to a band with no bass ( or at least didn't heard one)

    Accept was fantastic!!

by Topekafan999 on 9/18/12Beaumont Club - Kansas City

Anyone who was an Accept fan from the 80's should be kicking themselves if they missed this show. First time they've been back to KC in many years and they didn't disappoint. Played some of the best stuff from the UDO days but Blood of the Nations and Stalingrad ruled the show. If you get the chance to see this show it's one of the best metal shows of the year...if your ears can survive the death metal acts that precede it.

Accept was Balls to the Wall Man......

by Goose59 on 9/18/12Beaumont Club - Kansas City

I`m an old school rocker who has enjoyed Accept since I first heard "Balls to the Wall" sometime back in time..saw the show at Beaumont and it was absolutely "Balls to the Wall." Stood about 15` from the stage. Got to shake hands with drummer Stefan Swarzmann after the show. That was a kick as I am a drummer as well. He totally killed it on the drums, as did Wolfe, Herman, and Peter. Singer Mark Torillo was as close to Udo as humanly possible on vocals. Absolute great concert! Hope they make it back this way in the not to distant future. Highly recommend anyone to check out Accept if they get the chance to see them live!! It was a treat..............

    Kreator and Accept

by NoCamerasAllowedWTF on 9/18/12Beaumont Club - Kansas City

ACCEPT was AMAZING!!!! The new lead singer, Mark, is the BOMB!!!! ACCEPT is now as good as they have ever been! 2 band members signed autographs for me!!! They are SUPER nice!! A night I will never forget. KREATOR was so loud people were escaping outside to the smoking area for a break, could not understand a single word, I don`t understand that kind of music. WAY more people were into ACCEPT as we all sang every song along with the band, what a blast!!!!!!!!!!

Show was fantastic. Mark is a great addition to the band and sings the old songs very similar to Udo. A great set list and great sound . The show is a must-see for any Accept fan. I highly recommend it.

    Accept rules!

by cindygriess on 9/18/12Beaumont Club - Kansas City

I loved seeing Accept! The sound guy was off bad. He did not have treble but too much bass. It was hard to hear the sound because it was off. I will see Accept again at another place because I know they sound a lot better than the sound guy made them sound., I got close enough to see them close. It was awesome! Been a fan for many years. Have every cd they have made.

    Accept is fantastic!!

by ColumbusMetalfan on 9/17/12Newport Music Hall - Columbus

First time I have ever seen Accept, but I've been a fan since the Restless & Wild album was released in the early 80's. They had tons of energy, the sound was great, and Wolf Hoffman is a tremendous guitarist. He and Herman Frank shared twin leads several times in traditional metal fashion. The addition of Mark Tornillo on vocals is perfect. The 2 albums they have released with him are excellent, so I knew what the newer songs would sound like. I didn't know what to expect for the UDO-era songs. Tornillo did not disappoint. He sounded perfect on the older material and did a great job of getting the crowd to join him on various songs. They played all of the hits from Fast As A Shark, Balls to the Wall, Metal Heart, to the newer songs including Hung Drawn & Quartered, Teutonic Terror, Pandemic, and Stalingrad. Peter Baltes was great on bass and Steven Schwarzmann on drums was incredible. Don't miss this opportunity to see one of the all-time great metal bands. Surprisingly, Accept went on before Kreator. I assumed Accept was the bigger of the two and would be the headliner, but that wasn't the case this time. I had not heard Kreator before and unfortunately did not enjoy them. They are thrash metal, which is completely different from Accept's style of straight-ahead heavy metal. I don' t like the style of singing that goes with thrash metal (death growls, etc.). However, most of the crowd seemed to enjoy them, so if you like that style of metal then you should enjoy their show.

    KREATOR IN ORLANDO 3/30/10

by HAWKMAN on 3/31/10Firestone Live - Orlando

The Kreator has returned to Florida with a vengeance! I saw them last May at the Garage in St. Pete and again this March at Club Firestone in Orlando. It was great to see Kreator at a venue that let them unleash their full fury like Club Firestone did. Kreator played many old school songs as well as three songs from Hordes of Chaos. Sound and lighting were great and so was the pit! This Orlando show was one of the top five concerts I've ever been to!

by Marlenex8 on 3/26/10House of Blues Sunset Strip - Hollywood

the first band that opened up was pretty cheap. a few people around me said "Who the fuck was that?". Anyways Fast forward. the other bands such as Lazarus A.D, Kataklyzsm, and Evile were great! but oh man, once Kreator came out the Crowd went insane. They played just as they said they would. Original and Pure Thrash! Amazing show you guys! :]

    Kreator's Endless Pain!

by WARLOK13 on 3/25/10House of Blues Sunset Strip - Hollywood

This was my second time seeing Kreator at house of blues hollywood, and yet again, Kreator did not fail in kicking my ass! Kreator dominated as always with a 90 min classic set. They played all there good old stuff like Endless pain, violent revolution, tormentor, and surprised that they even played Phobia, and the encore was amazing with Flag of hate. I wasnt really into the other bands except for Evile, they were pretty sick. But Kreator was well worth the wait. Overall this was an amazing event and if you havent seen Kreator, well go see them!

    Kreator was amazing!!!

by Nickowan on 3/25/10House of Blues Sunset Strip - Hollywood

I am a huge fan of Kreator, but I hadn't seen them live since the "Extreme Aggression" tour. Needless to say, I was really looking forward to this show. The first band up was called Lightning Swords of Death. All the pitfalls of a generic death metal band were present: black eye make-up, cookie monster vocals, large spiked armbands, etc. I didn't notice one bit of originality! The singer even spoke in between songs with his "singing voice". They were a complete joke. The only positive from these guys is that their bass player did a pretty good solo. So, find it on YouTube, but miss these guys unless you're into this style of music. Next came Lazarus A.D. from Wisconsin. This four piece band came out and they were really good. All four guys could actually play their instruments and their music brings to mind a cross between Over Kill and Testament. Definitely worth checking out again! Evile from England was on next and they were pretty good. Again, all four guys were talented musicians and I am definitely interested in seeing more from them. The singer had mentioned that it was their first time in America and he made some amusing observations. I believe he mentioned that they were going to be on the Over Kill bill in April, so I would recommend checking them out! The last opening act, Kataklysm, took the stage and unfortunately, I really wasn't that impressed with them. They weren't terrible musicians and the vocalist was a pretty decent front man, but their music just didn't do it for me. Finally, Kreator hits the stage opening with The Pestilence. House of Blues went off! Mille certainly hasn't lost a step and if anything, their music just keeps getting better as they progress. Kreator played a good mixture of songs spanning from their entire career. Their set lasted 90 minutes and unfortunately, there just wasn't enough time to play all of their favorites. Betrayer & People of The Lie are two missing songs that come to mind. All in all a good show! I definitely recommend all Kreator fans to catch them live next time they come back. House of Blues in West Hollywood is a good venue to catch them at. Judging from this show, Kreator will be around for a long time to come!

It's Kreator. Nothing else need be said.

by cannibal4life on 3/25/10House of Blues Sunset Strip - Hollywood

They opened with Pestilence? Omfg. Then at some point, they played When the Sun Burns Red, and Coma of Souls? It's been two days and I'm still sore. This band gets better everytime I see them. All hail the mighty KREATOR!!!

    Kreator goes to hollywood

by IGNITOR on 3/24/10House of Blues Sunset Strip - Hollywood

It was a sick show!! house of blues is a cool venue small enough to pack it easily and big enough were you don't spill your beer trying to get around. The only problem i have with hollywood shows (which I attend frequently) is the times. I love staying out late but most shows go until after 12, and if you love to party for shows you know that the bus system and redline are your savior, problem is the redline shuts down at like 12:20 something so unless you want to clear your wallet and take a cab or do what I've done far too many times and wait at the redline station until like 4:30 something AM for the next subway.
