About
Kings of Leon are a four-time Grammy-winning rock band formed in Nashville, Tennessee. Since their inception in 1999, the group’s lineup has been composed of the Followill brothers Caleb, Nathan and Jared, along with their first cousin Matthew Followill. The band emerged with their debut album, Youth & Young Manhood, in 2003, while subsequent releases like 2005’s Aha Shake Heartbreak and 2007’s Because of the Times further established the band as Southern rock staples in the American and international mainstream. Kings of Leon’s 2008 album Only by the Night earned the band’s first RIAA double-platinum certification with hit singles like “Sex on Fire” and “Use Somebody,” the latter of which peaked at a career-best No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100. Furthermore, 2010’s Come Around Sundown and 2013’s Mechanical Bull both reached No. 2 on the Billboard 200, while their 2016 effort WALLS became Kings of Leon’s first No. 1 debut. In 2021, the group released their eighth album, When You See Yourself.

We flew into Houston just to discover a better place to see my favorite band without the gorging of the prices in LA! It was epic!!!!! I will continue to adventure out where they may be with my girlfriends next time!!! This was my Wedding Anniversary gift and it couldn’t be anymore wild!!!!!!! Thank you KOL… til next time!

Through her, I've become a fan of the band and they blew both of us away with their 27 song set. They played a great mix of songs from all of their albums and played some of my wife's favorite songs. Cold War Kids were amazing too. Wasn't that big of a fan of them when I checked them out online, but their live show impressed my wife and I a lot. The venue was great as usual. COTA never disappoints. From parking, food and drink options, the venue itself... it's always fun going there. Can't wait to see KOL again!

The band just kept on bringing the best of themselves. Every song that my soul craved to hear live was played. My favorite band made me the happiest person alive that night. I danced for the entirety of the concert.
