KIDZ BOP Kids on Tour
There is no stopping the 21st century's most massive musical empire: KIDZ BOP. Since first being introduced in 2001, the self-proclaimed "No. 1 music brand for kids" has transformed pop music's greatest hits — even the most explicit of chart-toppers — into kid-friendly versions. It's proven to be a huge success, with multiple albums reaching No. 1 on the U.S. Kids charts nearly every year. Naturally, the KIDZ BOP franchise eventually grew beyond just recording albums to becoming a live performance force to be reckoned with.
After a nationwide talent search, the inaugural KIDZ BOP tour kicked off in 2007 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and hit up venues across the U.S. for more than six months. But it wasn't until seven years later that the brand took touring to a whole new level.
In 2014, the Dream Big, Sing Loud tour landed in more than 40 cities around the nation with the cast singing current hits by artists like Pharrell Williams, Ed Sheeran, and Katy Perry. This led to similar new tours each year, including 2015's Make Some Noise tour, 2016's Life of the Party tour, and 2017's Best Time Ever tour.
Also in 2017, KIDZ BOP expanded beyond the U.S., forming a cast of British KIDZ BOP Kids exclusively for the U.K. audience. But they also remained a hot ticket in the States, launching the KIDZ BOP Live 2018 Tour, followed by the KIDZ BOP World Tour in 2019.
Of course, each year features new performers, new songs, and new choreography. During these tours, the Kids perform more than 50 live shows each year. The seven-kid cast is chosen through a nationwide casting call that picks young talents to sing on the KIDZ BOP albums, star in their music videos, and travel North America as part of the KIDZ BOP Kids live tours. These kids are all multi-talent threats (some even have Broadway credits already to their name) and may just be future pop stars themselves.
I attended the event with my 6 year old grandson. Awesome!
I took my 6 year old, 8 year old and 13 year old. They all loved it. I enjoyed Also. Well done show.
Going again nice view seating My daughter went up to see them up close
My daughter was a huge Kidzbop fan until the show. It was super short, 90 minutes, maybe. The tickets were $200. The audio was poor. Never again!
kids loved it! parents enjoyed fun and upbeat for all
My 7 year old son and his best friend (7 year old girl) loved the concert. The kidz bop kids did a great job keeping the crowd going and encouraging kids to dance. There are a couple of times during the concert that they throw out t-shirts or beach balls into the crowd, which was really fun, but if you are not sitting in the first couple of sections, it is hard to get, interact and dance. We sat third row, which was great for dancing in front of the stage and getting beach balls. The only problem was... the show was only one and a half hours long. We paid the extra money for third row seats and in the end it felt so short and not really worth the money. I think the kids would have had a blast in the cheap seats with no beach balls.
It was a fun concert for the whole family. It was a 90 minute show including and intermission about 10 mins long so we wished it was a little longer but otherwise we had a blast!
My daughter and her friends loved the show but they were disappointed in how short it was. The total time was and hour and a half with a 15 minute intermission. We all wish that it was at least thirty minutes longer.
My kids are 5 and 9 and they were a bit bored. A few songs got them moving but overall it was more like a talent show atmosphere than a concert
Great show! Money well spent. I would recommend this show to friends with school aged children.
Terrible experience! Very upset that they let all lawn seats upgrade and they only spent $20. I spent $45 for each of my 5 tickets and didn't receive anything and ended up sitting around all the people who were supposed to be on the lawn. I want my money back. The kids weren't even singing.
We felt that the show was to short. Only an hour and half and they took a break. By the time we parked, walked to our seats, got into the the concert it was over and time to trek back to the car and sit in traffic. The performance was good, my kids had fun, but we wanted a little more, underwhelmed! Wouldn't spend the money again!
Kidz Bop put on a really enjoyable concert. My granddaughter really enjoyed herself. She is 5 years old and just loves them. It was her first concert.
Not the greatest area. Very small. Snacks were not very good.
Great show....our girls really enjoyed it!! Will go again
We had a great time! Just don't expect to see the same older kids you see on the YouTube videos. These kids were/are younger. However, the music was great and my kids danced the entire 90 minutes of the show. We'll see them again next year if they come back to Cleveland! Hopefully it'll be a 2-hour show next year.
Great show; kids had a blast and the performers did a great job encaging the crowd. Could have performed a little longer for the cost of the ticket, but overall a great time. Will attend next year.
Kids bop was a great time for my daughter, I however was disappointed that for $60 tickets they only played for an hour. I get "they are kids" but if that's the case maybe tickets shouldn't be as expensive as they are if I'm going to see an adult?
The show was great! The kids sang live even while dancing, now a days most singers lip sync. It was a great show!
This was my 7-year old daughter's first concert. She's nervous at new things, so she took it all in for the first couple of songs. Then she let go and had a blast! The energy is contagious ... In a safe, comfortable family setting. They throw the beach balls for fun, shoot t-shirts into the audience, but mostly sing and dance and it's entirely contagious.
