Loved every aspect of the state tournament. I wish the teams could’ve been able to set in the bleachers on the sidelines instead of the end zones. Overall, it was great because we won the state tournament.
Obtaining my tickets thru Ticketmaster was a very easy, smooth process. No issues what’s so ever. Very pleased and will use Ticketmaster again in the future.
KHSAA and Rupp needs to go back to the old game times. Fans spend to much time doing nothing in between games. Or make the digital ticket a re-entry ticket so you can walk outside in between games.
It was a great experience. Staff were very kind, courteous and helpful. The only complaint I have was the price of concessions. They are completely ridiculous. It is very hard for a family to justify coming to an event knowing they’ll spend as much on concessions as they would at a nice restaurant.
It was easy to find the tickets and purchase them. I would have like to have had the option to print the tickets. I didn't that as a possibility. I didn't have any problems with transferring the tickets to my phone, but my daughter-in-law was not able to accept the transfer of the tickets I sent to her, so I had to cancel that transfer. I then sent them to my own phone. It worked out, but it would have been easier if she could have had the tickets so she and her family could have entered the arena without waiting for me.
I thought the referees were poor, especially the Harlan County vs Evangel game. The refs changed the endings of several games. Distinct bias when country schools play anybody from Louisville.
1. once you go in for first game , you can't really leave and gain readmission if you've got an emergency of any kind(ex: forgetting wallet, purse, jacket, etc.) 2. Concessions are really high for the families. You are "sucked in"to the prices so one HAS to buy something once in there. Ridiculous prices for food and drinks. 3. cellphones get battery depleted once in there, and theres no charging stations except if you remember to take a phone cord and usb adapter and find an outlet on the concourse to charge it for a little while. 4. No monitors on the concourse to show the actual games while you're charging your phone lol.
The seat that I purchased was in a great location. I was able to see the game and cheer Elijah Howard on. Even though the team did not win, they all played hard. Love to Head Coach Unseld for doing an awesome job with his team.
Very nice event! There were many seats not used in the lower arena. It would be nice if the better tickets were more available to the general public!
WARREN CENTRAL DRAGON #1. IT WAS AN HONOR TO COME BACK A YEAR LATER AND WATCH THESE GROUP OF YOUNG MEN WIN IT ALL. THEY WORK SO HARD FOR THAT MOMENT AND BECAME CHAMPIONS! WAY TO GO! CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT THIS YEAR HOLDS. ALWAYS DRAGON FAN. #21
Watching my hometown team go for a repeat (and nearly getting it) was very exciting.
The event was exciting and entertaining, however the venue is in very poor condition. Rupp Arena is dated and theres absolutely no leg room to sit comfortably.
The tournament was great; however all the service charges for tickets are way too much for kids (and their parents!). Make these tickets more affordable.
Great experience but I wish there was more tickets available on the side court sections. I don’t know how a person whose team is playing in the tournament can get those tickets. If it weren’t for those fans you wouldn’t have an event. All participating teams get the end sections at a limited number.
Games were Great; host City and Venue were Horrible. No Fanfare at all so basically there was nothing to do in between games. Mobile Tickets make distribution of Tickets to Friends and Family Members of more than 2 or 3 People a hassle. Prices snacks too high and they should accept cash; not all kids have access to digital funds.
Confused as to why they still sell paper tickets out front?
Just a great atmosphere in Rupp to watch some highly talented high school basketball. Upon arriving we were greeted with some excellent host, and friendly faces, representing several companies giving out free swag. We had a great experience and very happy we were able to experience history watching Travis Perry break the high school scoring record.
i loved watching Male win Thursday it was fun watching the game and the food was great.
It was put in by the people running the venue we had to use a credit card to do any purchases
