What a great night. Laughed the whole time. Brad killed it. See you next year.
First comedy show and was blown away. The acts were superb, im going back every year now.
All the acts were great. Ralphie May almost made me pee myself. I went home with a headache from laughing so much. My seats were not good even though they were front row. I was all the way in the corner next to the speakers. I couldn't even see the screen because speakers were blocking the view. Other than that, the show was great.
This show was so funny. My husband was dying the whole time. He had no idea we were going to a comedy show when I brought him and he just cracked up all night long. We had a great time! The comics were so funny - especially Brian Williams. If you ever get the chance to see him perform, you absolutely have to go! =)
Overall an amazing show with a great line up!!!!!!
Loved it!!!! Everyone was amazing. The only thing I didn't like is that people we're sitting on our seats and wouldn't move. But the show itself was amazing. Can't wait to go next year.
Entertained by all. Great comedians. Great pacing. Would go again!
The show was great. Considering how much the tickets cost versus the quality and quantity of entertainment, it was well worth it.
The show itself was great. Don't change anything on how you run the show. My only concern/issue was where we were seated. I thought I was slick, booking us in the first row of the Loge. We were on the very, very end. The sound quality was horrible for those last two seats. My poor husband couldn't hear any of the comedians, and I was able to only hear some of them. The ones that I did hear, were great. I just feel bad that my husband missed all of the show. Next time, I would suggest that maybe you guys should have those last two seats empty. Not even worth it, no matter what the price is.
Ralphie May, Brad Williams and of Course Gabriel Iglesias had me borderline peeing on myself. Great Show, awesome cause and totally worth going to see.
The show itself was awesome. I laughed so much my face hurt. But the seating was the worst. Too tight and I paid $84 per ticket. I'm a thin person and it was so uncomfortable my knees and back are still sore. Would not go to the Shrine Auditorium again for any event.

First KROQ event. Had an amazing time. Drinks were over priced (although it was expected)
The best show ever!!!! Everyone was great I loved the dj
Non-stop laughs. This was my first time there and I loved it! Definitely going next year.
The best show I've been to in a long time I will be going to the next
Before I start, I want to make know that I attended 6 out of 7 April Foolishness events. I missed last year event. This is the second year it is been done at the Shrine Auditorium. The comedians were OK. As usual Brad Williams killed, Ralphie May was funny, Jay Mohr was repeating some of it is material and the rest were just OK. I am not a big fan of Tenacious D and left in the middle of their performance. By the look of it, I was not the only one. Lots of people were leaving the show at that time. It could that I could not enjoy the show as much because of the seats. The seats were in orchestra section but all the way back under the balcony. The acoustics in that area is horrible. I could not hear lots of jokes, because sound from the speakers were drowned by people laughs, screams and other noise. Also it looked like many people in the section were not really enjoying the show either because there was constant beer runs, so on top of not hearing, I could not see with all those people walking around. When the show was at the Gibson the experience was much better.
Started timely. Great acts. 3 hour show was worth the price.
Waited for a few hours for the show to start. The DJ kinda sucked and didn't know the audience. Which did not help the first few performers, although neither did their material. But overall laughed and found a few new favorite comedians. Would possibly go again. It's great that the show supports charities.
Tickets said 6pm but actual show did not start til 8. 2 hrs of my life I will never get back sitting on the floor of the shrine auditorium waiting for the theater to open. The lineup of comedians sounded promising. The opening film was horrible and not at all funny. I didn't need a dj playing 20min of techno music after, that was even worse. The first 2 comedians were awful Jim Jeffries was good and could Adam corolla come up with some new material. I heard that same story 3 yrs ago when I saw him. We left early because we were so hungry we planned a 9 o'clock dinner figuring the 6 o'clock show would be done by then. Overall it was a very disappointing night. All started with leaving our drinks and appetizers at our restaurant to come see a show that didn't start for another 2hrs after the ticket time stated. I am a huge KROQ listener and was so so sad to be let down.
