  • From 'meh' to MIND BLOWN - My Kendrick Awakening

    by AccidentalKundalini_808 on 8/27/25Rating: 5 out of 5

Y'all I only knew like 3 songs going in (mostly from TikTok tbh) but HOLY CONSCIOUSNESS EXPANSION 🤯 The way he broke down HUMBLE. verse by verse had me questioning my whole existence. Left with a reading list, spiritual awakening, and major neck pain from going TOO hard. My chakras are literally still vibrating. Currently downloading his entire discography while burning sage. Thank you K-dot for showing me the light 🙏

  • From 'Yeah he's alright' to 'KUNG FU KENNY IS MY RELIGION'

by spreadlovelikepeanutbutter on 8/27/25Rating: 5 out of 5

Went to this show because my roommate had an extra ticket. Never really got the hype before BUT YO. The way this man controlled the stage?? That MONEY TREES performance literally gave me chills. The storytelling, the visuals, the ENERGY. Left the show at midnight, bought his whole discography by 2am, and wrote this review at 4am still buzzing. My third eye is WIDE open now fam 👁️

  • SOBBED during Alright, security asked if I needed medical he

    by kdotmademecry_808 on 8/26/25Rating: 5 out of 5

I'm literally writing this with mascara stains still on my face. When those first notes of Alright hit and the crowd started chanting, I LOST IT. My soul left my body. The security guard kept checking on me because I was ugly crying so hard, but these were HEALING tears y'all. Kenny really had us floating through trauma and triumph for 2 hours straight. I've never felt more seen or understood at a concert. Section.80 to Mr. Morale, pure poetry in motion. Still processing. 🦋✨

  • From 'who's Kendrick?' to studying Buddhism because of him

by ConvertedByKundalini on 8/26/25Rating: 5 out of 5

Went to this show knowing maybe 2 songs just to hang with friends. Left with my third eye WIDE open. The way he wove storytelling, philosophy, and raw energy had me SHOOK. Been deep diving his discography for 2 weeks straight, reading annotated lyrics, and even picked up some books on Buddhist principles he references?! My Spotify will never be the same. That HUMBLE performance literally rewired my brain chemistry. Thank you K-dot for showing me what real art is.

  • A Masterclass in Modern Hip-Hop Dialectics

    by VinylVirtuoso_PhD on 8/26/25Rating: 5 out of 5

While lesser artists rely on pyrotechnics and backing tracks, Kendrick delivered a dissertation-level exploration of rhythm and prose. His seamless code-switching between jazz-influenced cadences and trap patterns was *chef's kiss*. Even the casual listeners around me, bless their hearts, couldn't help but be transformed by the raw authenticity. Yes, I've seen him 6 times, and yes, this was his magnum opus.

  • A Masterclass in Modern Hip-Hop Dialectics

    by vinylvanguard_theorist on 8/26/25Rating: 5 out of 5

While the average concertgoer was merely bobbing along, I found myself dissecting Lamar's brilliant deconstruction of contemporary sociopolitical paradigms. His live brass section added a delightfully anachronistic jazz fusion element, though some philistines near me seemed more interested in their phones. Yes, the 808s could've been more nuanced, but his metacontextual performance of 'DNA.' was nothing short of revelatory. Reluctantly admitting this was perfection.

  • Amazing show but why no bottle caps??

by WaterBottleGatekeeper on 8/26/25Rating: 5 out of 5

Kendrick absolutely killed it, straight masterclass performance that had me floating. But can someone explain why security confiscated all our water bottle caps?? Had to awkwardly hold my $7 water all night trying not to spill it. Still a perfect show though - Mr. Morale section had me ascending despite my capless bottle struggles. Worth every penny and sore arm muscle.

  • A Visual Masterclass in Concert Production Design

    by StagedesignWizard_247 on 8/25/25Rating: 5 out of 5

The suspended LED panels creating negative space illusions were GENIUS. That moment when the stage split during 'DNA' with synchronized pyro and volumetric lighting? Pure technical brilliance. The hydraulic platforms had millisecond-perfect timing. As someone who designs concert staging, I was taking notes all night. The way they integrated rear-projection mapping with practical effects during 'HUMBLE' literally made my jaw drop. This is next-level production.

  • A Reluctant Admission of Contemporary Genius

by VinylPuristButKendrickSlaps on 8/25/25Rating: 5 out of 5

As someone who typically spends evenings analyzing Miles Davis acetates, I must begrudgingly admit Kendrick's artistry is unimpeachable. His meta-commentary on generational trauma through polyrhythmic flows transcends typical hip-hop paradigms. The orchestral arrangements on 'We Cry Together' were particularly nuanced. My monocle fogged up during 'HUMBLE.' - and not from pretension.

  • A Visual Symphony of Technical Mastery

    by StageCraftWizard420 on 8/25/25Rating: 5 out of 5

As a production designer myself, I was FLOORED. The LED cube matrix during 'DNA' created impossible geometric illusions. That hydraulic B-stage transition for 'HUMBLE' was butter-smooth. The precision-timed pyro during 'M.A.A.D City' synced perfectly with the bass drops. Even caught the disguised automation tech doing a ninja costume change. Pure technical poetry. Kendrick's team doesn't miss a single cue or pixel.

  • Flew 3,219 miles from Alaska - Worth Every Single Mile

    by MomsDanceBreak_1983 on 8/25/25Rating: 5 out of 5

Left -20° weather in Anchorage at 4am, took 3 flights, slept in the airport, and lived off protein bars just to see King Kenny. When he performed 'Sing About Me' I forgot all about my numb toes and jet lag. The way the entire crowd rapped every word to 'Money Trees' made me realize why I crossed a continent. Even met other travelers from Canada and Hawaii. We're all united by kung fu kenny 🙏 Already planning my next cross-country Kendrick pilgrimage

  • Mind-blowing performance! K.Dot never disappoints 🔥

    by ElConejitoPeluche2016 on 8/24/25Rating: 5 out of 5

Kendrick's stage presence is absolutely unreal! The energy he brought to every song was incredible, especially during N95 and Humble. The crowd was going crazy the whole time. His live band adds so much to the experience - the instrumental breaks were insane. Worth every penny and the wait in line. Already looking forward to seeing him again! 🎤👑

  • Cologne & Frankfurt

by Kendrick and SZA fan for life on 8/19/25Rating: 5 out of 5

I saw Kendrick Lamar and SZA and their fabulous dancers in both Cologne and Frankfurt Germany. My daughter and I went together to the Frankfurt concert and it was amazing. I am GenX and she is a millennial and we both equally enjoyed the show. I am so very proud of both Kendrick Lamar and SZA... they were incredible. The show was electrifying, no antics and absolutely one of the best shows I have ever attended. I am planning to possibly go to the Kendrick Lamar/Doechii concert in Melbourne Australia. Amazing, amazing amazing.

  • Amazing

    by Sassygirl101! on 8/11/25Rating: 5 out of 5

I saw him and SZA this Summer and all I have to say is wow wow and wow ! When he was performing some of his old school songs like “Humble, Poetic Justice, Love, All the Stars” etc , I was so blown away how amazing he sounded! He deserves everything! Such a talented guy and beautiful artistry! If you ever get a chance to see him, just do it !

  • Worth the drive to another state

by Best balance of Rap and R&B. on 7/2/25Allegiant Stadium - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

Kendrick brough in so much energy to his performance and SZA brough in such smooth vibe where both artists had their fans singing the lyrics. So worth driving to a completely new state to see these great artists perform and provide hours of music bliss. I still miss being amongst their presence/energy and thanks for bringing out Doja!

  • Amazing!!

by Keilani on 6/27/25Rating: 5 out of 5

I recent attended the Grand National Tour in Detroit and it was absolutely amazing! This was my first time seeing Kendrick in person and he did not disappoint. I was not a fan of Sza's but I became one during this concert. She sounds like the records, and her production was top notch. I am now planning on seeing Kendrick again in Mexico City.

  • FIRE!!! 🔥❤️

by Dee Dee on 6/26/25Rating: 5 out of 5

I had front row seats to the Detroit show, and it was amazing! The atmosphere was incredible. Kendrick was phenomenal. SZA did a fabulous job, and the crowd was awesome. Great vibes all around. I had the time of my life dancing and rapping along with K.Dot. I dang near lost my voice from screaming so loud. I’ve been a fan since 2011 when I first heard Section.80 my freshman year at Howard. I’m currently a teacher, and I’m so excited to share my photos/experience with my students when school starts! They were so excited when I told them I was going to the concert. I can’t wait to see Kendrick in concert again one day!

  • Kendrick & SZA ❤️❤️

by Olivia Pope on 6/25/25The Dome at America's Center - Saint LouisRating: 5 out of 5

It was absolutely amazing!! The best concert I’ve ever been to.. I wish I could go over and over again. I had a blast. I only wish I would have waited to buy tickets. I was sitting next to a guy who said he paid $157 for 2 tickets I paid $640 for 3. Other than that it was well worth it!!

  • Simply amazing!!!!!

by Lo on 6/23/25Hersheypark Stadium - HersheyRating: 5 out of 5

Kendrick and SZA were amazing. I truly wouldn't go back to Hershey but overall the concert was IT!!!!!

  • A moment in time commemorated FOREVER

by An amazing show per usual on 6/23/25The Dome at America's Center - Saint LouisRating: 5 out of 5

This was a concert to remember! This is my third time seeing Kendrick Lamar. Each time has been different, exciting, and high energy. This time was HISTORIC! First, the format and the back and forth between him and Sza was amazing and made for a good, paced show. Kendrick, even with him being a rapper, gave more than walking back and forth on a stage. I loved the graphics, the background dancers, and the visuals. The battle between him and Aubrey was fanfare; this was the SHOW! I will see Kendrick again and again!
