Well, I did not appreciate how unkind the workers at The Depot were. They kind of ruined the experience. Also, Jp Saxe swore a bunch and that wasn’t my favorite thing.
I'll just come out with it: I'm an old white guy, but was introduced to JP by my teenaged daughter, and gotta say I was blown away by JP's performance. The music was great and inspiring, and JP has a unique on-stage flare when he plays, the likes of which I've never before seen. I think what really connected the audience to him was just how real and vulnerable he is. He lets us know we're all okay, and everything we're going through is part of life's richness. Thank you, J.P.! Only suggestion: nudge down the volume on the bass and drums! I don't know why so many mixers think we want our fillings rattling from bass notes, but they not only annoy, they drown out JP's wonderful voice and lyrics which, after all, are the stars of the show! Oh, and a hint: if he offers a "pre-show meet" spring for it! He talked to every person for 3 or 4 minutes and even sang a couple of acoustic numbers just for the pre-show group! With how good he is, am guessing that ain't gonna last long!
This show was great, amazing lighting, and intimate. However, it would have been nice for the show to be at least 1 hour earlier since it was a Sunday night. I had to miss about 40 minutes of the show because of work the next day.
I already loved his music, but it’s definitely a different experience seeing him live. He’s so talented and relatable. Surprisingly had so much energy. I expected a mellow show, but this was so electrifying
The venue was beautiful and the acoustic were clean! Staff were very noce and helpful
Amazing live show. JP gives his all and sounds incredible. The venue is great and the staff was kind as well. The audience was a bit loud, especially in the VIP section. Mostly, carrying on with their own conversations as JP was pouring his heart out on the stage.
JP Saxe & band were excellent! Don’t miss this show !
JP was amazing. Such a fun show and he waited around after to meet people. Would highly recommend
The concert and VIP experience was awesome! Couldn’t have asked anything more!!
So many missed chances, but alas! I got to see JP Saxe perform live and it did not disappoint!! Such a great entertainer! Would love to see him live again
I love JP Saxe and the last time I saw him in concert was when he opened for Noah Kahan. I couldn’t wait to see him live again and in his own show no less. It was everything I had hoped for and more! He’s so talented and I loved the band that he was playing with as well. The audience was singing along and it gave me chills. Great show!!!
